EL CONDOMINIO ESTÁ BAJO REPARACIONES DEBIDO AL HURACÁN MICHAEL. Servicios limitados. Las piscinas y el acceso a la playa están abiertos. Sin embargo, el contratista general puede cerrar las piscinas por seguridad. El contratista general ha declarado que al menos un grupo estará abierto. El condominio tiene placas de yeso alrededor de las ventanas y el baño que ha sido reemplazado debido al huracán. Simplemente no ha sido repintado a partir de hoy.
Condominio renovado el invierno pasado. Condominio absolutamente hermoso frente a la playa, unidad del tercer piso, con vista a la más grande de las tres piscinas y con vistas a las playas de arena blanca. Unidad de una habitación, una unidad de baño. Cama tamaño queen en el dormitorio, un sofá cama doble y un sofá cama doble. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario para cocinar si ese es su deseo. Las parrillas se encuentran en las tres áreas de la piscina. El balcón es perfecto para sentarse temprano en la mañana o al atardecer para disfrutar de la hermosa vista. La puesta de sol sobre el océano es espectacular. La unidad incluye dos televisores de pantalla plana por cable, uno en la sala de estar y el otro en el dormitorio. Wi-Fi gratis. El complejo incluye gimnasio, cancha de tenis, shuffle board y tres piscinas, una de ellas climatizada. Lavadora / secadora se encuentra en el primer piso. Cerca de todos los buenos restaurantes y atracciones, incluido el parque del muelle. Tiene puerta privada para caminar al lado de Pineapple Wiley.
No se permiten mascotas. Debe tener 25 años para alquilar el condominio y debe permanecer físicamente en el condominio durante sus vacaciones.

Loved this condo!

Very cute condo! Nicely decorated! Worked out perfectly for my husband and two older boys……. Security guards could calm down a bit with the paper wristbands but other than that a great experience! Tony was extremely personable and helpful!

We overall were very happy with our stay. Everything was pretty clean. (we did find a sock down in the couch that wasn’t ours) I would say if you’re thinking of staying here and just letting your kids sleep on the sleeper sofa, it can be pretty cramped. But it still wasn’t terrible. Our family of 4 did fine.

Ruined by Spring Break Students!

Excessive noise, drunken students,d rag racin on S.Thomas, students constantly breaching compound security, police raids on adjacent property Quite frankly Panama City Beach has become a getto during the entire month of March. We will never return again! The property is lovely, the owners are fantastic, but the area is not a place for seniors seeking a quiet beach retreat in March.

Great location. Lorri was nice and helpful. Was not told that the condo had hurricane damage until 3 days before we left...none of the 3 pools was open which is one reason we booked there, dry wall showing in several places. The condo was clean, though the blinds did not shut completely. Lorri did pay for our parking pass and wrist bands due to the inconvenience of the pools. ..

Nearly perfect!

Loved everything about the property and our stay except there was no access point in the room so Wi-Fi signal strength was terrible, I mean nonexistent. Because I was there for the beach and not Internet, I was OK with that, the rest of my family was not however. I will definitely be returning in hopes that when I come back this issue will be resolved.

Do not rent from them!

From checking in, it was a mess. I contacted them to let them know that the room was not even ready for check in hour, which was at 4pm. He answered and said I’m sending someone to clean it up sorry and someone did come 30 minutes later and he said i will clean it in about an hour. When he(housekeeping) came back in realized that the sheets were not washed and had a huge pee stain and he responded with the owner didn’t tell me to wash this. We were very upset and i called several times after and the owner stopped answering , when he clearly said you can call me 24 hours for any questions etc. So we ended up getting clean sheets until the next day around 3pm. So needless to say we took a while to actually get settled in. Aside from that what the pictures show are not recent. Lots of sheetrock walls. And mold on the windows!! We loved the condo sunbird ,just would never go to them to rent for the week!!!

The property is a decent place to stay for a small family or couple.

This is a decent place to rent but we did encounter problems that I hope the owner will better prepare for with her tenants. When we arrived at 4:30 in the afternoon the condo was not cleaned. There were dirty linens on the floor and obvious signs that it had been stayed in and uncleaned for our arrival time. This immediately grossed me out and kind of started things off with our stay in a negative direction. We had to call the property owner to get someone there to clean it. We left and returned after eating out to find the cleaners still there. Both the owner and the cleaner pointed fingers at each other as to why the place wasn't ready. I assume, in the haste to clean the place, they forgot to leave toilet paper and paper towels so after staying one day, we had to go purchase our own. I've never had these problems in the past in any place we've ever stayed. Otherwise, the place is acceptable for staying in and I guess things happen sometimes. The one thing renters need to know in advance when considering renting a place in this location is that you have to buy a parking permit for an additional $25 per vehicle and every person in your room has to purchase an armband. Those are expenses you need to be prepared for in advance.

Superbe emplacement près de l'eau

Le condo est très bien situé. Près de l'eau et proche des commerces et restaurants. Nous avons visités 6 states parks pendant notre séjour pour y faire de la randonnée pédestre. C'était très bien et je conseillerais aux futurs locataires d'apporter des vélos. Nous avons cependant un reproche a faire. Pendant tout notre séjour, d'important travaux de réfection avaient lieu sur le bâtiments. Nous avons été exposé à la poussière et au bruit pendant tout notre séjour. 2 piscines sur 3 ont dû être fermées. Je comprend très bien que ces travaux sont nécessaires mais nous aurions dû en être avisé avant notre séjour.

Great Location right on the beach.

Very nice condo right on the beach. They have 3 pools but 2 of them are closed for repairs from a hurricane. Room was very nice but the sofa beds could used being replaced. The springs are broke and the mattresses fall through the sofa bed. But we still bad a great experince.

DISAPPOINTMENT

Our condo was nice (for the most part.......clean, no), we were given our code to get in to our condo, however, we were not given our condo number or the gate code prior to checking in. Fortunately, I noticed this and emailed the owners so I had it when we arrived. You do have to get a parking pass and arm bands when you get there. The office closes at 5, something again we were not made aware of but we luckily made it. And told very rudely by the security guard that the pass needs to be in our windshield and our bands on at all times or per the owners request, guest without them are thrown out. The place still is under construction from what we understand to be a hurricane from 2018. It is not at all clean and the smell of urine as we got of off the elevator was overwhelming. There are a few luggage carts floating around to help move your stuff to your room but we were told those disappear into rooms and there are shopping carts around there because the owners are too "cheap" to buy any more luggage carts. If we can find them we are lucky. Now we get into the condo itself. It is not bad, seems clean. Then we open the microwave that evening to find stuck, burnt on cheese in a microwave from previous guests. Now we open the cabinet to get plates after I clean the microwave only to find the plates are disgusting as well. Food stuck on and those had to be washed. Now add on I open the dishwasher thinking I would throw the dirty plates in there to the most awful smell and what I assume is food that has washed off of the plates laying in the bottom of it. At this point I am totally not wanting to use a thing in this kitchen so we decide to sit out on our balcony to enjoy the evening. We walk out to a dirty flosser stick laying on the balcony. Totally disgusting and in plain site if it had been cleaned properly. Now we go to the next morning to get a shower. There are 4 towels and 4 wash rags. We are staying for 6 days. Seriously? I cannot believe there are not enough towels for at least the length of our stay. Of course there is a laundry room downstairs. So we make a trip to Walmart to buy towels so I do not have to wash my towels constantly when I am supposed to be on vacation. At this point I was so over this place those 6 days could not pass fast enough. I was so looking forward to this condo and being right on the beach. The convenience of it's location was nice but not worth the money. Unless something has changed, would not recommend.

We decided to take our girls back to the beach and this unit was as listed on the site. The condo we stayed in was completely remodeled and very beautifully done. We had everything we needed for meals and also had access to 2 beach lounge chairs on the beach! I would definitely book with this condo again. The owners were also very responsive and helpful when we had questions about check in.

The property is STILL under construction 2+ years later from a hurricane. The condo itself was nice with a pool and ocean view. We would stay again!

A good stay at Panama City Beach

The only real negative was the constant construction repairs on the building from the hurricane. Most buildings in the area had repairs going on. This is supposed to be finished sometime this summer. There was access to the beach and the pool was open. This condo had everything I needed. The blinds were a little difficult but I understand they are going to be replaced. PCB is a wonderful place to walk around. Wide sidewalks are lighted for evening walks. You can walk to Walmart less than a half mile away. The library has free internet for 60 minutes a day and copies are ten cents per copy; two and a half miles away. A short (10 miles) drive away is Conservation Park which has 24 miles of trails. Watch for the wildlife. Go to Pier Park for some shopping and the ferris wheel. Forget St Andrews - some beaches and a lake (alligators?). Conservation Park much better--- without the fee.

Great Location, Good Property.....Bad Timing

I would like to start this review by saying the property owners didn't have a lot of control over most of the things that went wrong on this vacation. But the day of check-in, the previous renter completely destroyed the room with trash, didn't do any check-out chores and just left the place in disarray. The owner did a great job of contacting me and letting me know the check in was going to be a tad delayed as the cleaning crew needed extra time to get the place ready. Not too big a deal. We learned as we were checking in that the complex had a water main break. The front desk told us they should have it fixed by that afternoon(Saturday). Electricity was on but A/C was not available. We found out Saturday night they needed a part and it would be Monday morning before the A/C was back on. The room was 84 degrees Saturday night, forcing me to go to Walmart to get 3 fans so my kids and I could sleep. Sunday night the room was 87 degrees. Pretty much unbearable. They got the water main fixed Monday but because the glue had to sit up and harden, the AC could not be turned on until Tuesday. By then the room was 89 and I was forced to go rent a hotel room. None of us had slept well in two nights and there was no way we could handle another night. Many other renters had either left or the owners were putting the renters up in hotels until it was fixed. I completely understand that things break. I really appreciate the owners staying in constant contact with me keeping me updated. It would have been much better had I gotten a discount for the night I had to rent a hotel room for over 200 dollars though. The positives are the pool is really nice, the beach was beautiful and the view was great from the balcony. Outside the AC problems for the first 3 1/2 days I would recommend this for future renters.

Property not as advertised

The trip to the beach was overall a good trip with the family. The room and the property however was somewhat miss leading. The complex was being renovated and we were awaken each morning by 7 AM to the sounds of the roof being replaced. In our unit there were numerous walls that were not finished in the bathtub drain would not hold water to take a bath. Rather we each showered waiting an hour between each for the hot water heater to catch up and reheat the water. Between each for the hot water heater to catch up and reheat the water. Only one pool was open and you had to enter the beach via the far end of the complex due to the construction taking place. With kids this made it a little challenging as it was a pretty good walk. All in all we breathe through the setbacks and enjoyed family time together. Complex was a nice location and may consider renting there again only if all construction is complete. Hope this helps as it appears construction has quite a way to go. Maybe next year

Good place to stay

Location was great, close to everything but still private. There was still hurricane damage in the room, and on the building, which was to be expected. The communication could have been better between the owner/property management. I did not notice the attached billing that shows you have to purchase a $33/parking pass and wrist band to be there, plus the fees nearly doubled the amount it cost just to rent. Would stay here again, but would like to see more “hidden fees/requirements” made more known before booking.

Great location! Nice condo!

Our family stayed here over fall break. The condo is nice and has 2 fold out sofas—which were perfect for our kids. Unfortunately, our vacation was cut short due to hurricane Michael. However, Lorri was really great about it and refunded us half our total stay. I received my refund within a couple of days, which I greatly appreciated. She was extremely helpful and I would definitely rent from her again.

We love the location of the Sunbird condominiums. Conveniently located to everything, such as, Walmart, restaurants, pier park, and all the wonderful attractions. Pineapple Willy's is right next door. And, it is right on the beach. You can sit out on the balcony and overlook the middle pool and the beautiful white sandy beaches.
