CHARLESTON HISTÓRICO OFRECE LO MEJOR DE TODOS LOS MUNDOS: INCREÍBLES PLAYAS, FESTIVALES DE AÑO COMPLETO - ARTE Y MÚSICA, VISITAS HISTÓRICAS, COMEDOR DE CLASE MUNDIAL, GRAN CLIMA TODO EL AÑO Y MÁS MÁS ... La ubicación es excelente! Los precios son excelentes! Directamente a través de la calzada de 3/4 millas de las prístinas playas de la isla de Sullivan, en el hermoso y antiguo pueblo, Mount Agradable. Entonces, ¿por qué tasas tan bajas? Tenemos mucha competencia que vencer, y trabajamos duro en ello:)
Ubicado en una zona muy segura, a 1 milla de la playa de la isla de Sullivan's, a 6 millas del centro de la ciudad, a 12 millas del aeropuerto, a 2 millas de los famosos restaurantes de marisco de Shem Creek, a 4 millas de Yorktown en Patriot's Point, y de 1 milla al puente de Pitt Street, este condominio ofrece una enorme cama King de arroz en el dormitorio, así como una cama Queen de primera línea en LR. El baño completo con profundidad extra de bañera / ducha se encuentra a través de la BR. La sala de estar es un concepto abierto con una gran cama cómoda de mezclilla (beautyrest), ala posterior de la silla, y 42 "HDTV, pequeña cocina está totalmente equipada y mesa de comedor para 4 personas cómodamente. Una lavadora / secadora de pila está en el armario del pasillo. 1 lugar de estacionamiento privado fuera de la calle no es lo suficientemente grande como para camiones grandes, ya que nuestro lote es pequeño, bloquean el acceso para todos los demás vehículos y estacionan una prima aquí. Un F150 o Hummer tendrían que usar una alternativa a la vuelta de la esquina. Acceso gratuito a Internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad XFinity y televisión digital por cable. Obtenga Netflix, Amazon, Vudu, Hulu y más en Streaming Blu-Ray Disc Player.
Camina una milla de la playa de la isla de Sullivan precioso y pubs de diversión, o una milla de la otra dirección a Puente Viejo Calle Pitt, un muelle de 1.000 pies, es una bicicleta de favorito, el caminar, pesca de cangrejos, pesca con mosca en el Canal Intracostero con increíbles puestas de sol y vistas al centro Charlestón. En un centro comercial completo, 2 tiendas de comestibles, y 9 restaurantes / bares están a menos de 2 cuadras a pie. Hay cinco campos de golf dentro de 10 a 20 minutos en coche y muchos más de 30-45 minutos.
Una de las mejores características es que estamos ubicados en una zona de tráfico mucho más baja que la mayor parte del área de Charleston. Nótese que esta CONDOMINIO NO TIENE "puntos de vista". Thoe fotos son de la zona. Nuestro condominio frente al mar con tasas más altas sí tiene puntos de vista y balcón ... no es de este apartamento, que tiene una gran ubicación, pero sin vistas.
Los perros deben ser aprobados y cuota de mascotas cubiertos !!! La limpieza adicional después de las mascotas se realiza para futuros huéspedes con alergias leves / moderadas. ¡Los perros que ladran sin cesar cuando se les deja en el condominio tendrán que quedarse con los invitados en todo momento o irse sin reembolso! Esperamos ladridos cuando alguien llama a la puerta de al lado, y tales reacciones normales de protección del perro. No hay gatos - Me siento tener que decir que cuesta más de $ 1000 para de-la alergia a los gatos, y mi hija, así como otros huéspedes, son muy alérgicas, por lo que no pueden aceptar los gatos.
(Proporcionamos una cantidad limitada de productos de papel de inicio, jabones, etc. Nuestros limpiadores proporcionan ropa de cama básica de calidad. Extras también están disponibles para alquiler en nuestro servicio de limpieza, o varios independientes en el área. Algunos huéspedes prefieren traer el suyo para mayor comodidad. Es una práctica habitual que los huéspedes vacíen la basura, ya que pueden tener cosas apestosas (pañales, conchas de mariscos ...) que impregnan el lugar cuando no se limpian durante horas, u ocasionalmente al día siguiente.

A perfect place to get away
The condo was just what we needed for a weekend away. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. I would recommend it to anyone looking for some peace and quiet with a significant other.

Very convenient and comfortable stay
It was our first visit to the Charleston area and this was a perfect location. We could walk to the grocery and a few local restaurants. Apartment has a great shower and the bed was very comfortable. Kitchen space is a little tight, but we managed to make some great meals.

Great location!
Rented this condo for two months to work remotely snd get away from the NE winters. It was perfect for me and my daughter. Great location, minutes from virtually everything! Plenty of room in the condo for both of us, storage for our bikes outside and wonderful, prompt communication from Susan. Great stay.

Convenient!
I had a wonderful stay - property just as described. Perfect location, close to the beach and quick Uber ride to downtown Charleston. The walls are thin, lots of traffic noise and construction around the unit but that didn't bother me. I will definitely stay again when I'm in the area.

Great location!
We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was well appointed and the decor was perfect. Great info from Susan was left for us. Sooo close to Charleston....plus Sullivan island, Island of the palms and Folly Beach! We stayed busy and we just loved this location. Pages Okr Grill was to die for...right down the street? You can't go wrong with this condo! Clean and even better than described..A

Wonderful
We enjoyed staying outside of Charleston in Mt Pleasant, SC. Mt Pleasant had many places of interest also. When we wanted to go to Charleston it was right over the bridge. The condo was very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Love the location. The condo was clean and comfortable!! The king bed was very comfy. We would booked this location again. Thank you Susan for attention to detail!!

So perfect for us!
We relocated to Charleston and this was a great transition home while we waited on the repairs for our house to be completed. Susan is a GREAT communicator, & IF you need her, is absolutely there for you and your stay! Her place is SO centrally located too. We really got out there and explored a lot! Close to so many other parts of town too! The unit is cozy and cute too. She welcomed our fur babies with open arms as well. Highly recommend this unit!

Charleston condo
This Mt Pleasant condo was very nice. Accessible to downtown Charleston, but away from all the traffic and busyness of downtown. Very close to Sullivan's beach. Close to very nice restaurants in Mt Pleasant. Accomodations were excellent, comfortable bed, everything you need the owner provided. Only recommendation is that the owner update the "neighborhood folder" she provides w/ restaurant suggestions.... some of the restaurants have closed. Otherwise, we really enjoyed are stay and would stay there again.

Convenient location
Picked this unit due to its deacription of being family friendly and it being centrally located near the beach and Charleston. When we arrived the unit was as described but after reading the 2 pages of "rules" and "cleaning guidelines," I was wondering if I had picked correctly. Unit is quiet and well stocked but the neighbor sits outside the door and chain smokes. I know the owner doesn't have control over this, but the neighbor smoking causes the living room/kitchen to smell like stale smoke almost the entire stay.
Owner charged a $60 cleaning fee, but requests you wash the sheets and towels along with take the trash out to the dumpster on the other side of the building before you leave. Why am I paying a cleaning service if I'm doing laundry, dishes, and the trash?
Wish there were better details on the unit description, then we could have gone with another unit. We pride ourselves on being a courteous renters and leaving the home in excellent condition, but Susan didn't come off as a courteous host in her notes left on the fridge and in the binder.

I wish that I had heard about this soon upon arrival, Instead of after departure, so I could have handled/clarified these matters immediately. I inquired about the conditions of the condo, thru site And directly, shortly after arrival, requesting to be notified of any issues in order to ACT IMMEDIATELY at hour/day ONE.
1 - Our HOA by-laws require that smokers go outside of the entryway/covered common areas and stairways to smoke, for exactly that reason. I have the phone number of that new, young, and occasionally thoughtless neighbor for reasons just such as this. Signs have been ordered by the HOA as of today to prevent this into the future.
2 - There was an older set of rules there, changed immediately upon notice. Guests USED to be Requested to strip sheets and put in laundry, with $10 lower cleaning fee.
It is and REMAINS standard practice to have guests empty trash, as they may have Stinky trash (shrimp heads/shells, sardine cans, feminine products, diapers...) which permeates the place when not cleaned for hours, or occasionally until next day. If you are offended at taking out your own trash, please do not rent from us.
3 - This guest received apologies and a refund of the entire cleaning fee upon complaint sent AFTER departure. That will not be the case next time.
I would have preferred to Stop the smoking, Clarify no sheets stripped, and that Trash is standard outside of motels, right away.
This stay in a Premium Condo, in Premium Location, Mid-July Weekend cost this guest $137.33 + tax per night, and throwing away their own diapers seemed outrageous?

Great location.
Nice one bedroom condo with comfortable king bed. Street noise is loud in living room, but quiet in bedroom. Can walk to restaurants. Five minute drive to Shem Creek. Susan was really nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Pet Friendly Property
I can't say enough good about this property! It was clean and well-appointed. The king size bed was very comfortable and the couch pulled out, but was nice and oversized for just one person. All of the travel size toiletries that you would expect were provided, but also spare toothbrushes, deodorant, and feminine products! There were even beach supplies (including a cooler) provided for tenant use. We didn't need them, but I was impressed to see a high chair and pack 'n' play provided as well. The washer and dryer in unit was a great bonus! VERY pet friendly! I have a 130 pound mastiff and it's not easy to find places that will allow him. The condo complex was very quiet with respectful neighbors. The location itself is very convenient to everything in the Charleston area. There are several good restaurants nearby and both a Publix and CVS within walking distance. The owner was very quick to respond to a concern about the AC. It ended up resolving itself, but she scheduled a repair man ASAP. I will absolutely book here again the next time I come to the Charleston area.

Comfy and close to everything
Great neighborhood, far enough away from the hectic pace but close enough to do whatever we wanted. Very comfy bed and couch ( my wife never sleeps in). Great Mexican restaurant within walking distance.

Awesome location!!
We had a fantastic visit and really appreciated the convenient location to beaches at IOP and Sullivan’s island with downtown Charleston only 15 minutes away. Shem Creek/Mt Pleasant has plenty to offer as well. The rental was more spacious than we expected based on the pictures and had everything we needed! There is a little road noise, mostly noticeable in the living area but the street is really not that busy by this part of town and it’s probably better here the ground level units in the complex, it did not disturb our sleep. Susan is a very helpful and responsive host and went out of her way to ensure we had a great visit!

Mt Pleasant condo a great spot!
We enjoyed our stay and found the area to be extremely convenient to everything in the greater Charleston area! The owner is a lovely lady who helped us through a few snags! The condo is small but very charming decorated with some very nice furniture! The 4 poster king size bed was comfortable and a nice change for those of us who have lived with a queen size bed for many years. The owner has supplied a book with information about restaurants and attractions in the area. ..a nice touch! She made herself convenient for any questions we had. All in all our stay was a positive experience!

Perfect Spot!!
When we first arrived, we met Susan. Let me just say she is a sweet, charming host, and made us feel beyond welcome to be staying in the condo. She gave us some wonderful tips for things to check out and places to eat, and we had a fantastic time exploring Charleston. The location is perfect - whether you want to go to Sullivan's Island, downtown Charleston, or any of the plantations, it's fairly centrally located, and a quick trip to pretty much anywhere. We like to walk, and found that we were within a stone's throw to some great restaurants, and even the touristy things we did like Patriot's Point were only about an hour away on foot - great exercise and saves on parking! ^_^ The condo itself was perfect for the two of us. More than ample space for us to relax and unwind, and the kitchen was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The area was cozy and quiet, and though there were a lot of other people staying in the complex while we were there, we never heard anyone. No complaints at all - well, maybe just one, in that we didn't get to see everything we wanted to see or go everywhere we wanted to go...we ran out of time! LOL We definitely want to come back to Charleston in the near future, and when we do, you can bet our first call is going to be to Susan to see if we can stay with her again! Thanks again for everything!

Loved it.
Very clean little condo. Convenient to good seafood, groceries, and sites. Had to evacuate due to Florence and owner was very understanding. If you aren't concerned with staying on the beach this is great alternative and very affordable.

Great location-comfortable accomodations
Had a great visit to the Mt. Pleasant area. The condo was in a great location to what we were interested in doing. Only wished it had a porch or balcony to have enjoyed morning coffee. It was very clean and was just as pictured. The king bed was very comfortable. Didn't do any cooking but kitchen looked well stocked. As previously stated the parking is in need of repair.

Thank you for the kind words! FYI future guests-Our parking lot is scheduled to be completely taken up and re-paved, with spots clearly marked this Oct '18.
"1/21/19 UPDATE! Parking Lot reno has been postponed as the weather pushed back all jobs. Will happen early '19"
Also, our beachfront condo 116783 has an amazing private balcony looking at the ocean

Everything was within walking distance and the little place was so cute.
The property was nice just wish the parking g spots were better marked and the path to the back was better maintained. But other than that it was a very nice place to visit.
