Dos millas del corazón del casco antiguo de Scottsdale, este piso condominio de planta ofrece comodidad, privacidad y mobiliario contemporáneo todo dentro de un barrio seguro y tranquilo.

El interior ha sido renovado recientemente con nuevos gabinetes de cocina, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, azulejos nuevos, pintura y ducha / bañera. Las puertas correderas que se ven en las fotos se han añadido a permitir que la luz y la privacidad para los huéspedes adicionales.

HABITACIÓN:

El dormitorio principal cuenta con un nuevo un nuevo colchón pillow top con el apoyo firme y está envuelto en hojas de estilo. Almohadas para el durmiente lado y almohadas para el 'frente' sleeper crean el resto noches perfectas. Hay una cama inflable doble si usted tiene una persona adicional. Dos personas pueden dormir en esta cama. Si usted tiene huéspedes adicionales, hay un sofá doble hacia abajo que tiene capacidad para dos, y un colchón de aire adicional.

SALA:

El salón tiene un sofá de tamaño completo. También hay a42 'pantalla plana de TV de alta definición, reproductor Blu-ray con capacidad de streaming. El router inalámbrico WIFI es lo suficientemente potente que puede transmitir vídeo en su ordenador portátil o tableta. Usted nunca quieren dejar el apartamento!

La sala de 'la luz del cielo' ofrece una pintoresca zona de estar y zona de trabajo. Hay un cómodo sofá de cuero larga duración añadido que se pliega hacia abajo en una cama de tamaño completo. Las obras de arte son pinturas de acrílico originales son míos, tomado de mis galerías para adornar las paredes del apartamento.

COCINA:

Pequeños electrodomésticos incluyen una licuadora, una parrilla eléctrica, tostadora y cafetera. También hay una hermosa gama de artista realizado cerámica. PATIO:

Acceso para personas discapacitadas: Esta es una unidad de primer piso, sin escaleras. La ducha tiene pasamanos para discapacitados. El inodoro es una altura estándar (no hándicap). Hay un banco de transferencia de ducha y una silla de ruedas, bajo petición. Hay un corto paso hacia abajo en el patio y un alto umbral de 2 pulgadas con una rampa de fabricación casera en la puerta principal.

BARRIO: El complejo es simple y tranquila. Es posible que vea vecinos amistosos con sus perros, pero probablemente no verá mucha gente a menos que vayas a la zona de la piscina. Hay dos parrillas agradable y la piscina, un spa y una piscina para niños. Caminando por la calle muy transitada de la escuela india hay transporte público y una parada de autobús justo fuera del complejo, sin embargo yo recomiendo tener un coche. 3/4 milla al oeste es la tienda de comestibles, un gran parque donde es muy agradable para andar en bicicleta, a pie, golf, pesca y observar a la gente.

Two thumbs up!

Very comfortable and convenient to shopping and touring. Great location for day trips to Tucson, Taliesin West and Fountain Hills. If you like to walk go to the nearby Chaparral Park for a lovely paved surface. Decor is superb. Two thumbs up!

Great place

This condo is as advertised. The location is great close to grocery and Old Towne. Be sure to eat at Bessie"s Nashville kitchen while in Old Towne we had never eaten there before. The ambience and food were excellent. I have no affiliation to this restaurant just saying we enjoyed it. Canadace was easy to contact. and we hope to stay in the future>

Very good location just outside the busy downtown core of Scottsdale

Really liked staying in a casita. Private entrance and private outdoor space. Very well equipped ; comfortable for two people. Dealing with Candice was a pleasure. She always responded and acted promptly . Thank you for providing such a comfortable place.

What a perfect place to stay Great, quiet neighborhood, fabulously appointed kitchen Close to old town, 20 minutes from downtown, near Trader Joe’s, Safeway and Chapparel Park is around the corner Comfy bed, sofa and sleeper/sofa Owner provided directions for everything and was readily available I would definitely stay here again!! Not too big, not too small Just right

Extremely clean condo 3 miles from Scottsdale Old Town

Candice is the best host I have experienced on VRBO in over 11 years of using the service. She is very attentive to making your stay the best. The condo was spotless in an older quiet development with friendly neighbors. Located only 3 miles from the heart of Old Town it is an excellent choice for travelers. It's not fancy but Candice has done a nice job on remodeling and decorating the apartment. I would definitely stay here again. David

Perfect location perfect property

I had an amazing few days staying in this condo. The owner provides a lot of photos, but the condo has much more to offer. Location was important to me. This condo is extremely close to Scottsdale attractions… fashion sq mall and restaurants. As far as amenities, this condo has it all. The kitchen has absolutely everything you can need for cooking, etc. I truly appreciate the condo having a full size washer / drier I will definitely stay here again when I visit Phx

First time in Scottsdale

Lovely property. Only reason for the 4 star on description is because we would have loved the pool to be heated a bit. We’re told the heating is only put on after 3 consecutive days of 70 F or better temps.... we never got that so no heat! Even for sturdy Canadians we couldn’t do it! Candace was excellent re: responsiveness and information. I would like to comment that we have booked several VRBO properties and this one is the best re: amenities. No need to buy coffee filters, salt, pepper, other spices etc. Even garbage bags!!! That made it so much easier to just settle in and enjoy the time there. Highly recommend Sedona and Grand Canyon. The picture of the “patio” does not do it justice- it’s a lovely little area and we enjoyed it almost daily. Appreciate all that Candace did in ensuring our stay was great. Nice fluffy towels and the bottle of wine was appreciated. Would stay again.

Thank you for your kind words. I am thrilled that you enjoyed your experience! Yes, I do provide alot of extras like basic spices, sugar and a welcome bottle of wine. Note for other travelors: While I do provide many cleaning supplies, toilet paper and so on which may last a week or so - if your stay is longer then you may need to replenish these types of items. Upon arrival you can expect to find a starter kit of soap, shampoo/conditioner, tea/coffee, bottled water, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, trash bags, facial tissue and more. I apologize about the pool not being heated regularly. Krista, I hope to see you again soon! Thank you for leaving the condo so nicely.

Could not have asked for a better property to rent for our stay in Scottsdale. Location, property and amenities were better than 5 star. Beautiful pool area, great areas to walk our dog, cozy accommodations- felt like home. Candice could not have been more pleasant. Timely and accurate communications. Hope to come back. EARLY DEPARTURE: COVID-19

I will preface this review as COVID-19 definitely played a roll in our experience. Excited to find this little gem so close to walking paths & Old Town Scottsdale. Unfortunately we had to walk away from our ‘lovely spot’ in Scottsdale a month early from our 2 month stay, being asked to return home to Canada. After the new policies set out by VRBO the owner offered us a refund equal to 3 days rent from the 28 days we were unable to use, as compensation... not an easy time for either of us....

Dear Patricia, thank you for your gracious review! I am glad you made it back home before the borders closed and that you and your family are safe. It is unfortunate that your stay here was cut short. I always try to do my very best to make my guests happy within my capacity. Since there are some things that I cannot control, I have written into each rental agreement that travelers purchase additional trip insurance. In the past I have made it optional for the traveler however I might be modifying future rental agreements. The COVID-19 pandemic is unfolding daily as I write this. I expect that VRBO will be changing policies in the future. Thank you again for choosing my condo and that you enjoyed it while you were here. Lovely apartment and ideal location!

We stayed here Jan and Feb and had a great time. The apartment was clean, well appointed, and very quiet. Candice was very responsive whenever we had questions/issues and was a pleasure to work with. Location was ideal, close to dog park, golf, shopping, and the hot tub was an excellent way to end the day. Would definitely recommend this property!

Had a great stay. The condo was super clean, well maintained, and well stocked with essentials. The owner is really helpful and easy to contact and work with. If you visit Scottsdale, Stay here. I have stayed at a lot of rental condos, this is the best for price and value.

AZ Winter Escape

We spent 2 months at Candice's condo; exploring Scottsdale and the surrounding area (Grand Canyon, Jerome, Sedona, Cottonwood, Cave Creek, Tucson, etc.). The condo is beautiful, well-furnished, clean and very accessible to downtown and Old Town Scottsdale. It is also in walking distance of the greenbelt, a grocery store, pharmacy, and Starbucks. Our two small dogs enjoyed the dog park less than 3 miles away as well as the lovely patio. We enjoyed the pool at the complex and found it a very easy place to be overall for our winter escape. Candice was very helpful and friendly and we felt very welcomed. We would definitely recommend this place and will return if we visit Scottsdale for an extended stay in the future. Wonderful experience overall...we feel lucky.

Rating our stay in Scottsdale

I gave this property five stars for several reasons. It's very clean, safe and fits our needs to a T. We like to explore the area, and dine in some of the great restaurants in Scottsdale. One aspect I really like is when dealing with Candice everything is up front. You can count on her to provide what she says in the contract.......................Great experience.

A good experience

We had a great time at this very comfortable, well appointed home in the Scottsdale area. The owner is very responsive; everything was as advertised and we would visit again the next time we vacation in the Phoenix area. Many golf courses a short drive away. Had a great side trip for some hiking in Sedona. Candice is well organized and thoughtful in the way she set up the condo. Many nice touches in the details that made our stay easier. We appreciated her maps, instructions and guides. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. My son, who lives in the area also commented how impressed he was with the condo. We want to come again!!

WOW!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Scottsdale and to this Casita. The owner, Candice is wonderful, helpful and was extremely accessible. Check in was easy and we were greeted with a personalized note, bottle of wine and candy. The Casita was stocked with everything you need to make yourself at home. The pool area was nice and we enjoyed that we basically had the pool to ourselves! The Casita is quiet and Old Town is down the street. We made a day trip to Sedona (2.5 hours one way). Well done and thank you for your hospitality!!
