My sister and I came to the island with our families to attend our nieces 3 day wedding celebration. Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect. The accommodations were flawless - beautiful, clean, tranquil, comfy and and an easy Uber ride to all our activities. Our only disappointment was not booking a longer stay.

It’s a true vacation when every bedroom in the house has an ensuite bathroom - it makes life so easy (although the outdoor shower, which is completely private, got a lot of use - not just for coming back from the beach).The location of the house is perfect. Quick walks or biking to beaches and to town were appreciated.The house is a blend of beach casual well decorated. Add to that the location, it equals perfection.

Great House

Awesome house! Great set-up and perfect place for a family event. We had horrible weather, but the house was awesome for our stuck inside time! It was excellent that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Definitely would recommend for a large family or up to 5 different couples.

Great Place

This house has everything described on the VRBO page and more! So comfortable for a group of ladies on a special long weekend! Spacious; great outdoor space; and room for everyone to have some privacy! Susan was very responsive and thorough in her communications! We certainly hope to return!!!

Magical Wedding Weekend

We celebrated our very small wedding at this lovely home. It was perfect in every way and we could not have wished for more! The photos don't do the home justice, it is just beautiful. Classic Modern Nantucket Beach House

We came to attend a wedding and had a delightful time. The house is in a great location and has everything you would want for a great Nantucket experience. The house is well equipped, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The outdoor space is kept in great condition and added a lot to our visit. Our communication with Susan was seamless. Thanks!

Family Wedding

This home is absolutely beautiful! It is very well equipped and spacious. Location is perfect with access to the bike path and a mile walk to town. Outdoor deck and backyard are great for entertaining with a gas grill and plenty of furniture. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. The downstairs area with bedroom, bathroom, TV area and laundry was a real bonus for our son and his family with 2 young children. I highly recommend this amazing property!

Best Nantucket weekend

I stayed here with girlfriends to celebrate my upcoming wedding. We had lovely walks to town every morning for breakfast and coffee. Half of us walked to Jettie’s beach while the other half biked and it was so easy to get to. We used beach chairs and coolers provided by the house to enjoy an awesome sunny day at the beach. We had catered dinners at the house and had everything we needed to enjoy them. The beds were extremely comfortable and having en suite bathrooms with every room was perfect. Would highly recommend staying here with a group - it was extremely comfortable for everyone!

Perfect Place for Families

It was a great week for 7 of us to gather, relax and cook in a beautiful home in Nantucket. Our 2-year old granddaughter was the center of attention and it was lots of fun to spread out and watch her play with all of the wonderful toys that were already at the house. There were also a number of "outdoor" toys for her as well. We enjoyed cooking and grilling for many of the nights during our stay. A good time was had by all.

Long weekend in Nantucket (early season)

Beautiful home with incredible accommodations. Host was very communicative during stay. Short Uber ride away from town. Next to bike & run path so able to get a bit of exercise while on the island.

Beautiful and well-appointed Nantucket Home

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this beautiful home on Nantucket. The location is great as it’s just a short bike ride to Jetties Beach, town, and Madaket. The home is well-stocked with everything you’d need for a summer holiday. We’d love to rent this house again in the future!

Gorgeous Home

Beautiful neighborhood. Lots of walking/biking/running trails w/ access to steps and cliff beach. Beautiful home with high end finishing. Lots of space for gathering with big group. Awesome deck with firepit. Bedrooms are spacious, comfortable and have own bathrooms. Overall, really great rental!

Family Weekend

Simply Amazing!

The property is stunning! The location perfect. All on-suite bathrooms perfect for traveling with adult children or other couples. Lovely quiet outside sitting & yard. Very well appointed, comfortable beds and all things needed for a great stay. Owner very responsive! Definitely want to come back!

Awesome Nantucket Stay

Thanks you for an amazing stay. Beautiful home, great location. Super comfortable beds. Lovely private yard. Great host, great communication. Our 2020 trip was cancelled by the pandemic, host worked with us to reschedule to 2021. I have stayed at a bunch of VRBOs and this was our best experience yet. Thanks again!

Beautiful, convenient and clean!

We had a great long weekend stay here. The house was a great location to town but also far enough to allow you to explore the island without the town traffic. The rooms were clean and spacious with ample bathrooms for all of us. The backyard space was lovely to sit in -in the sun. Looking forward to our next trip!

Highly Recommended

We had the absolutely most perfect weekend and our homebase was a big factor. We typically stay in hotels given the complication in coordinating check-in/check-out with rented homes, but Susan made it extremely easy and painless to check-in and check-out and I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. The home was beautiful and well kept. 6 Stars!!

Best VRBO Rental!

This might have been my best VRBO rental experience ever...and I have had quite a few. Susan couldn't have been nicer and more helpful! We also rented her Jeep, which was so conveniently parked that our check in process was even easier. We travelled with 3 other couples and the house couldn't have been better suited. It is incredibly modern, impeccably clean and beautiful. I only wished it had been Summer so we could have enjoyed the bikes and the beach. I wouldn't hesitate to return here again!!

Perfect Rental!!

We rented this beautiful home to attend a full weekend of family wedding festivities. This house is exactly as described. Aside from being gorgeous, everything was thought of in the design and in the way it has been stocked for visitors. Any question that came up along the way was immediately answered, and in the nicest manner. It was convenient to town and great for taking walks through the neighborhood. We had 4 couples and each had their own bedroom and full bath. All bedrooms were situated in a way that provided privacy. The house was very clean. Sitting around in the living room to review the events of the day was warm and comfortable. Thank you Susan!

Best Nantucket Stay Yet

Our vacation was the best on the island yet, thanks in great part to this wonderful home away from home. It's bright, beautiful, clean and comfortable. It has the older Nantucket architectural charm but all the modern conveniences of contemporary living. The location is wonderful; walking distance to Steps Beach, Something Natural, the bike path, the Tupancy Links Trail and for those who enjoy a longer walk, to town. The location is very accessible whether coming to / from town or venturing to other parts of the island. The house was stocked with all one needs for a great vacation - bikes, corn hole, wiffle ball, a grill, kitchen supplies, etc. And all of the linens are of outstanding quality. Having four bedrooms, each with their own beautiful bathroom was a wonderful luxury. Susan is fabulous to work with (she was very flexible with our changing schedule) and very responsive. A wonderful home, wonderful owners. Our family of 6 was so happy in this home - we hope to return next summer (or before!)
