This is a perfect house for a small group-- bedrooms for all, lots of hanging out space, and close to the beach!

A Great Place to Stay!

We had a wonderful stay as a group of 8. Check-in was very clear and the space was clean and organized. Cara was very responsive before, during and at check-out. Great location, 2 blocks from the beach!

Great house

The listing and pictures absolutely lived up to the hype. The location was perfect, making everything walking accessible. House was clean and check-in was easy. Will be looking to stay here again for our next visit to Belmar.

Just the coolest little place!

Had a great week at the little Belmar house! Amply stocked, so close to the beach and badges provided. Great eating space outdoors and indoors. Belmar beach is really underrated and we will absolutely be back!

Great stay. House comfortable and well maintained. Great patio area to enjoy Indian Summer. Walk to beautiful beach and boardwalk. 5 minutes to Asbury Park by car.

Perfect Beach Vacation!

This rental is fantastic! The location near the beach is unbeatable, and the house comes fully equipped with beach gear, games, kitchen utensils, and more. Cara and Aaron are incredible hosts who made sure our family had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, creating memories we'll cherish for a lifetime. We'll definitely be renting this house again next year.

Belmar beach

We all enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of beds for all of us. It was close to the beach. We had a few minor issues and they were addressed immediately. We all had a wonderful time.

The 1st day we walk in, you can feel the floor then somebody walk there with the shoes on in and out so you feel the sand. Then we was about to eat the supper. The dishes wasn't clean fully. I don't have pictures, but not big deal. Next house was under constructjohn. But besides that, we have were good time and the place was nice. Thank you.

Property was nice overall, but we did have to request more body wash and conditioner as neither of the bathrooms supplied full containers. We also purchased more TP and paper towels which was a little annoying. We had a leaking toilet but the owner was quick to resolve. And lastly, there was a house being built right next door so not what you want to hear on vacation.

Mothers Day family weekend

This is great house for what we needed! Nice outdoor space. We were multiple generations staying, First floor had all the necessities for our mother who uses a walker while the upstairs offered additional bedrooms/bathroom. Cara was very responsive. Location is a short block to the beach with park right there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The space was clean and conveniently located near the beach. The layout of the house was ideal for our needs, especially as we have older children who appreciated having their own space to relax. We also found the neighbors to be very quiet, which added to our enjoyment. We had a wonderful week and hope to return in the future. Additionally, we appreciated the abundance of beach supplies, such as chairs. Thank you!

It is a beautiful spacious beach house in a great location close to the boardwalk. It is well appointed with all that you would need in the kitchen games and throughout the house. The beds were comfortable. I appreciated the offer from the owner to bring my own sheets and towels for a credit. Although I opted to use theirs. One drawback is that there were no washcloths available only bath towels. The communication with the owners was pretty simple and response. I did have one small issue and a couple of questions once I checked in However I did not hear back from the owner in a timely manner. although we only had one car, there was plenty of parking space in the driveway. I would have loved to have a longer stay to take advantage of the bicycles, and the beach passes with the beach chairs that were provided. thank you for a lovely stay. I would definitely rent this house again.

Beautiful!

This house is perfect, a block from the beach & local entertainment. It is clean, beds are comfortable, some hangers, plenty of pillows, comfy couches in two separate living rooms & a fully stocked kitchen. The second fridge & washer & dryer upstairs came in handy. The shower pressure was good and water stayed hot while many of us showered. We enjoyed the fire pit and spacious outside areas. From the front porch to side balcony to backyard. Parking for 5 but can easily hold 7. I can go on and on, the owner was quick to respond and very kind. We lucked out! I would rent this house again and recommend it to anyone. AC worked perfectly.

bitter feeling

Wrong property description, first time ever happened to me. And this is for all 5 stars reviews and a superhost! 5 bedrooms listed, but actually 4 bedrooms house; 2 beds in a room in description, but 1 bed in reality. Host is not talking responsibly, saying it is all VRBO fault, as if she does not know her property and never saw a VRBO description. Shame!

Girls Get Away

This beautiful home was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a beach vacation. The back patio was private with a grill, hammock , firepit , seating, and a table for outdoor dining. Only a short walk to the beach and the property has parking for 5 cars which is really a convenience!

Great house and location!

Our stay included 2 families both with a 4 year old. The kids loved the toys upstairs, the wagon was a hit as well as the scooters! The house was clean, great walking distance to the beach and loved hanging out in the side yard after a day at the beach! We will definitely be back again!

Great Shore House

Everything you need is in this beach house - coolers, chairs, beach bags. My nieces loved the scooters. Easy walk to the beach. The side yard was our favorite. We enjoyed our stay!!!

Very nice house, well stocked and convenient

The house is great for up to about 8 people. Great parking, very accessible backyard, very close to the beach. Bedrooms are a little small, but the beds are comfortable.
