Habitación principal con baño completo (combinación de bañera / ducha). Nuevo HVAC. Tres habitaciones privadas, dos baños ubicados en una comunidad cerrada orientada a la familia de Ocean Lakes. Porche delantero, gran terraza trasera con sillas, parrillas y tendedero. Wi-Fi gratis. La sala tiene una nueva televisión de pantalla plana de 60 "con cable, sofá y dos sillones reclinables. Decoración náutica. Concepto abierto. Comedor con mesa y sillas. Cocina totalmente equipada con microondas, cafetera, estufa, refrigerador, lavavajillas, fregadero y vajilla. El dormitorio principal tiene cama de matrimonio. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de tamaño completo y el tercer dormitorio tiene literas de tamaño completo en ambos niveles. Calefacción central y aire acondicionado, muchos asientos. Ambiente tranquilo Gran lote se encuentra en secuencia privada. Casa a nivel del suelo. Unidad de concreto completa lo suficientemente grande para 2 vehículos más carrito de golf No arena! Ducharse en la gran ducha privada al aire libre con agua caliente. Weekend Beach Getaway

Quaint beach cottage located in the Ocean Lakes community proved to be the perfect spot for a quick beach hang out! The hosts were very accommodating and with the use of their house golf cart made beach to house travel simple, safe and convenient! Great house for a small family or group!

Quick family getaway

We lost our original booking with another property and stumbled upon this property. Robin was easy to communicate with and quick with responsiveness. The property was clean and so nice. They provided everything we didn’t think to bring and even things we did bring. This home has it all!

Memorial Day Weekend

This is the nicest camper with addition rental that we’ve seen. The owners have done a great job renovating to make this place feel like home. It’s beautiful and very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook up several meals. Our kids enjoyed feeding ducks and turtles from the back deck that overlooks a stream. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Kayla, we are glad you enjoyed our beach house. In fact, the only thing left of a camper are they baby moon hub caps hanging on the wall in the dining area. It is a fully stick built cottage now. Thanks for staying at our little place at the beach!

LOVED THIS PLACE

Normally stay in a condo at the beach, but we loved Ocean Lakes -- something to do for all ages (especially kids) and you don't have to go off the property (you can even walk to Walmart to buy what you need)). The McCoy's property was GREAT, exceptionally clean, well equipped. We loved sitting on the back deck relaxing (even has a shade tree if you prefer to sit in the shade.) We had no problems what-so-ever. We will definitely plan to go back again. The McCoys are so accommodating and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need.

Great Family Vacation Home

The property itself was extremely clean, located in a great area, and felt like home. The decor was great and storage was utilized very effectively. Everything was labeled, so there were no questions about anything. We really enjoyed the golf cart rides at night. The property owners Dale and Robin are both awesome people. I felt like I had known them forever and could talk to them with ease. They were quick to respond to questions I had. The texts messages I received the day we were to arrive and the day we departed were really touching. They wished us safe travels and hoped we had a good trip. To some this may not mean much but to me it meant a lot. As hosts of the property I feel they go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. I started out as a first time renter but now I look forward to repeat visits as long as they will welcome us to their property.

Fabulous vacation

I cannot say enough about this property. My family had been visiting ocean lakes for the past 20 years. This rental property was clean and inviting. Coffee is a must and the provided drip coffee pot along with the keurig covered all the bases! The black stone griddle was perfect when preparing food for a crowd! My husband is now ordering one for our home! The owners were amazing! The golf cart was so much fun!

Kate, we are so happy you found everything you needed and most importantly, the beds were comfortable. We pay close attention to this because if you sleep well, you tend to feel better. While you are on vacation, you definitely want to get your rest! We love the outdoor shower, especially when you have children. It has hot and cold water so is perfect to either rinse off or take your shower since it is a private outdoor shower. Thanks for the review!

Very clean and very nice little house!

The house was much cleaner than most properties I have stayed at in Ocean Lakes. The interior has recently been remodeled and everything works like it should (TVs, kitchen appliances, ect). I would definitely recommend staying at this property!

Wonderful stay!

We had an amazing time at this property in Ocean Lakes! The house was absolutely perfect for me, my sister, and my young niece and nephew. We had plenty of room and the house had everything we needed. The McCoys were amazing to work with and made sure our stay was perfect. The golf cart was an added bonus and made trips to the beach or the pool quick and easy. The location of the house is great, it’s in a quiet area of the campground but only a few minutes golf cart ride away from all the action. We will definitely be staying again!

Great home; wonderful stay!

My family of four truly enjoyed our stay at this terrific home. Everything has been beautifully updated, and the house has everything you need! The golf cart worked wonderfully and was great for getting to and from the beach and pool quickly. The house is on a quiet street and convenient to all the amenities Ocean Lakes has to offer. The homeowners were extremely nice and so easy to work with. I highly recommend this property if you’re planning a vacation to Ocean Lakes!

Perfect vacation house

This house was perfect for our family of 4. The golf cart made it easy to get to the beach with 2 kids. The house is very cute and updated. The outside shower made it easy to wash off all of the sand after the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!
