This was our first trip to the Keys and I have to say We have had a great time in this condo. We were here 3 months It is well equipped.The pictures and descriptions provided were accurate.The kitchen had everything we could have wanted, and there were lots of little extras (beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and fishing rod) that make this place the complete package, as we didn't have to worry about either packing them or buying them. There were no surprises clean, modern and has a great pool which was always quite and never crowded .We would highly recommend staying here in the heart of Marathon. We can't say enough about the place.It was super clean and beautifully decorated. Quiet, comfortable surroundings. The neighbours are very helpful and friendly and make you feel very welcome. All in all a fabulous property for a lovely relaxing holiday,and a location that is central to everything a golf course across the street, walking and biking paths and there are some great neighbourhoods to walk or bike through.There are 2 Grocery Stores, Gym, Restaurants, Drug Stores, and Sombrero Beach. are all within walking distance. The owners gave us helpful tips about the Florida keys and Marathon which we found very beneficial.We rode our bikes daily usually to the bridge (7 mile) and walk the bikes to the end and back 5 miles or ride up and down each side street on either side of the main road from end to end of Marathon.We kayaked often from the new dock ( it's easy in and easy out ) and enjoyed exploring the shoreline, nearby islands and mangroves tunnels at boot key.There are a number of places we kayaked from during our stay but going from your back door is so cool.There is lots to see in the canal boats big and small ,manatee, tarpon rays and dolphins..You can watch the tides go up and down as you have your morning coffee through the screened lanai We spend a day in Key West, just an hour away and it’s a must see.We had excellent communication from Vivian and Juan .They know how to treat guests and help out first timers like Us They promised us we would love it here and we do .Needless to say we will be back !!
