Great condo in Coco Plum, newly renovated, on a wide deepwater canal with private boat launch and trailer parking. Canal goes out to the Atlantic. There is a heated saltwater pool. It is l mile from sandy Coco Plum beach and a few miles from sandy Sombrero Beach park with facilities. There is a 7 day minimum rental. The rental rate of $134/night is for 2. Additional guests will be an additional charge of $15 per guest/per day. The maximum for guests is 4. Best fishing in summer months!

The host was absolutely awesome to work with. The condo was beautiful and super clean. It was also a plus to have a private launch and boat dock at our fingertips. We will definitely be back and recommend to friends and family!

Private boat ramp was a big positive on Marathon. You can catch fish at the dock too. We saw a Manatee in the canal as well!

Very nice little place to stay. It was clean and the perfect location. Hosts were very nice and easy to talk with. Anything we needed was attended to immediately. Would totally recommend!!

Vacation rental exceeded our expectations. The fully equipped kitchen was clean, organized, and everything was in working order. The boat slip on the private canal was wonderful and made our boat rental and DIY fishing trip too easy. Thank you Sharon and Ashley for being wonderful hosts.

We had a wonderful time relaxing here A very nice and friendly neighborhood and close to several places of entertainment and beaches. The owners went out of their way to make us comfortable. We will definitely stay with them again

We really enjoyed our stay. Since it was on the second floor it was great to leave the windows open and turn the AC off just for some breezy fresh air. We have a boat, but we did not bring it. It would be a lot of fun and the dock is a good size. The location is fantastic because we could go to Key West anytime we wanted to, but at the same time we could also make our own meals with the full kitchen. These days food is so expensive that it was great to be able to just go to the very nearby grocery store buy what we like and then have meals ready. The decor is really cute. We found the bed to be extremely comfortable. In fact I felt like I was sleeping on my own bed at home. The neighbors were very quiet and there was a lot of parking available. Also, the neighborhood seem to be extremely safe. There were large homes on the canal and people cared for their properties.The host/hostess was a person that has great communication skills. If we went back to Marathon, I could see staying there again, but possibly with our boat. Thats a really wonderful amenity. We teased the host/hostess about a peeping Tom because there was an iguana in the tree near our bedroom. It became a funny joke when we found out that she fed it carrots he was a cute little iguana, and I would stick my tongue out at him, and he would stick his tongue out at me, so it was pretty funny. I think we took more pictures of the iguana than we did the keys.

Returned for another fantastic stay!

My husband and I have stayed at this condo several years in a row. It’s always clean, quiet and exactly as described. Owners are easy to contact. Property amenities are perfect for us. Local restaurants, attractions and fishing spots are just a short drive away.

We had a great stay. House was well stocked in kitchen and with towels etc. Met some really nice people. Located close to everything we needed and right on the water. Hope to come back soon.

Great value and location!

As a frequent visitor to the keys this property a great value and middle keys location. There are great restaurants close by and easy access to Atlantic Ocean for getting on the reef. The property is well maintained and clean. We had a great stay and some amazing spear fishing!

Perfect location!

The place was just what we wanted, had a relaxed vibe very clean. My husband was able to fish right there on the channel. I thoroughly enjoyed the pool and as an added plus we had some manatee’s visit.

Nice little place right outside the hustle bustle

Place was nice and everything you need you need for a place in the keys. Central location on the islands, quite neighborhood, deep canal with lots of fish and wildlife.

Lovely condo stay

The condo is updated,, clean,, quiet, with nice balcony and view of canal, and boat slip. QWe really enjoyed ease of access to both ocean and bay by boat. Loved the location with all amenities close by. Also nice area for walking.

Coco Plum Pleasure

This was exactly what we expected. My husband & I came to fish. We had a wonderful week of fishing after 2 rainy days. It is technically off season in Marathon now so we felt like we were at a private resort for just us!Our condo was well stocked, beautifully decorated & clean. We met a few other couples who were very nice. We found a few great Happy Hours for dinner & drinks. (Castaway Waterfront, Dockside Boot Key Harbor, Island Fish Company)We look forward to a return visit!

We live in the Destin area in Florida but we have been going to the Keys for more than 30 years at Christmas. We always camped at the state parks which are really hard to book, so we decided to finally buy a place where a boat can be docked. Our son is also a captain and teaches sailing in Key Largo when he can.
