Segunda cochera piso encantador con dos dormitorios y un baño además de una ducha al aire libre. Totalmente renovado y con todo lo nuevo para el 2015. Capacidad para 4 personas.

Escalera lateral conduce al rellano del segundo piso. Sala de estar y cocina completa en la habitación principal. Baño completo con ducha. Dos dormitorios brillantes y mucha luz en todo el apartamento.

Techos abovedados en la principal zona de estar y dormitorios. Todos los muebles nuevos y ropa de cama, cocina y accesorios de baño y suelos y paredes renovado. Aire acondicionado con wifi y televisión de alta definición en el salón.

Situado a sólo dos cuadras de la playa y cerca de todo en Rehoboth - restaurantes, tiendas y entretenimiento. Un lugar asignado fuera de la calle más un pase de aparcamiento para el estacionamiento en la calle. Cocina totalmente equipada.

Una escapada perfecta y todo nuevo. Creemos que es el secreto mejor guardado de la ciudad para los turistas en busca de un nuevo apartamento privado, bien cuidado en el una gran ubicación.

Property was exactly as pictured and described. Great communication with property manager. Very comfortable beds. Heat/air was easy to use. Nice size kitchenette. List of directions were easy to follow & complete. Great location, 3 blocks from beach & 2 blocks to Rehoboth Avenue. Walk to all shops & restaurants. Would recommend for a couple or maybe a family with 1 small child.

My friend and I planned a last minute weekend in Rehoboth snd luckily found Carriage House. It was very convenient to the beach, shopping and eating, cozy, comfortable for two. The bathroom was great as was the kitchen. We had a little trouble with the smoke detector and dishwasher but the matter was resolved quickly. Be prepared to walk up outside steps over garage to get there. We’d love to stay there again!

Super location just off the Main Street walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and bars. Host was extremely responsive. Quite cozy and clean. Super value!

Location, location, location! The Carriage House was perfect for me and two teens for a long weekend. It is a couple of blocks from Rehoboth Ave - the main shopping and dining street in Rehoboth Beach - and within walking distance of the beach / boardwalk. A parking spot in the driveway is also included which is a major bonus during peak beach season in Rehoboth. I received detailed check-in instructions (note, you need to bring you own sheets and bath towels) and getting into the property was a breeze thanks to the key provided in a lockbox outside. The Carriage House was exceptionally clean and the living room couch was a comfortable place to watch the flat screen tv powered by Roku. We enjoyed our stay and I'd highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Rehoboth who wants to park their car when they arrive and then walk / bike everywhere.

Clean, Cool, Cozy & Convenient

My family had a wonderful stay at the carriage house over the 4th of July! It was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 young children. The location is amazing and really can’t be beat. We enjoyed being able to walk to all the nearby restaurants and to the beach and boardwalk/Funland. The parking space was a little tight as we had a larger car, so appreciated the included parking pass to be able to park in the street as well. They really maximized the efficiency of the space and everything felt modern, clean, and newly renovated. Beds were very comfortable, dressers spacious, the area was quiet, and the central AC was such a nice surprise - the house stayed so cool despite the heat. Overall we loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Cozy spot w good location

We just stayed here - the place was cozy, clean, and functional. It was just 2 adults and a kid. The listing says there is a pool - there is not. It’s close to beach, Funland, and lots of shops and restaurants. Parking is tight, but doable in the driveway. The parking instructions were not current - there is no concrete driveway to avoid on the right side because the neighbors have construction going on (not too noisy though). Communication with the host was okay with some questions being answered quickly and others taking a long time for them to get back to us.

Our family had a great vacation in Rehoboth and really enjoyed our stay at the Carriage House. The location is great, the house is clean, and overall a great choice for our needs.

This carriage house was great! It was in the perfect location… we didn’t have to use our car once! It had everything we needed and was very clean. We loved it so much that we are booking it for next year!

Hidden gem in a great location

The property was clean and well maintained! Easy walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. Like most short term rentals at the Delaware beaches, guests do need to bring their own sheets, bath towels, hand towels, and beach towels. Best way to contact the host during the busy season is by phone, and the host was very responsive, polite, and happy to answer any questions when we spoke.The property was a little cramped for our group of four adults, but we made it work! Would happily stay here again.

Romantic get away

It was amazing! Perfect little cozy spot near the beach. Really functional kitchen.This is not a big complaint, but the dishwasher could be checked because it did not clean the top shelf even with the longest cycle.i am sure the owners will fix it since they are very attentive to details and responsive. Would def stay there again

Beautiful space, perfect location!

Nicely, efficiently designed small space. Comfy bed, nice fixtures, lighting, bath, all very comfortable for 3 adults or two adults and two kids. Quiet as you are on 2nd floor with no neighbors directly below. Tasteful beach theme. 3 minute walk to the main shopping street and boardwalk/beach. We would definitely stay here again

Great location!

The carriage house was clean, modern and in a great location. Check in and check out were very easy. Read the listing carefully because a lot of items aren’t provided, but the listing is totally accurate. It’s a great spot for a few days for a couple. Small space but just right!

Great location and stay

Great place to stay- excellent location, cute, and sufficient space for two close friends. The response to the booking request and the check-in info were both delayed (with apologies), which caused minor issues with planning on our end. I also think that the cleaning fee is too steep considering the to-do list upon checkout and needing to bring our own linens and towels. Still, if you need two beds this place is an excellent value and choice

Great place - awesome location!

We spent 3 night at the House and enjoyed every bit of it! The place is clean and well stocked. A bit small for the family of 4 (including 2 teenagers), but it is VERY cozy and sweet. The location is perfect and the parking is great too. Thank you so much! Looking forward to be back.

What a delight!

This was a perfect fit for my hubby and I who were celebrating our anniversary. It was cozy but felt much larger due to the high ceilings and sunlight. It is a thoughtful renovation with a beautiful spacious bathroom- something that is frequently overlooked in small spaces. The carriage house is a block or two away from restaurants but is situated in a quiet neighborhood. Its location made it easy to keep our car parked for the entire t. We walked everywhere. Michael, the property manager, was responsive to a couple of small issues we encountered. He was pleasant and friendly and immensely helpful. We can’t wait to visit again!

Property is in a great location and was clean and cozy. Street parking was easy with the permit. It fit two of us nicely but three would have been tight. Owner should probably remove two references in the listing about a private pool.

Perfect little place!

I liked this cozy little place so much! It was just what we were looking for. With it being so close to the beach, boardwalk, Rehoboth Avenue (shops and restaurants), and a quick drive to Dewey, it was very convenient to walk mostly everywhere. Even though it’s close it was still very private and quiet at night. I would definitely stay again!

Cutest Little Guest House in Rehoboth

This little carriage house is over a garage behind the main house. It is so adorable! It was very clean and comfortable. It's perfect for a couple with 1-2 small kids or 2-3 adults. The water pressure in the shower is fantastic. We only spent two days there, but I would absolutely stay there again. It is small, but we spent most of our time at the beach or sightseeing so this place pefectly fit our needs. The property managers were great as well. They were very responsive and friendly when we had questions.

Great weekend getaway

This is a lovely little place with enough room for 3 adults to stay comfortably. There is a nice kitchen and sitting area and 2 bedrooms. It is at the top of an outdoor wooden staircase so we got our steps and floors in during our stay. The host is very helpful & responsive. We hope to return sometime.
