Con la playa y los servicios locales a solo 10 minutos a pie, esta villa es el lugar perfecto para que parejas o familias tengan un descanso fácil y relajante.

Valoración muy postiva

El alojamiento era tal cual el anuncio. Estaba muy limpio y era tal cual aparece en las fotos. El propietario muy atento en todo momento. La zona muy tranquila. Quizás, por poner una pega, no teníamos televisión en español, pero, nos resultó fenomenal para tener unos días de máxima desconexión. Lo recomiendo al 100%, ya que las playas de la zona, son maravillosas.

wonderful stay with great host

We arrived at El Portet and from the start the host Elliot was very communicative and helpful. The apartment is very well equipped and the aircon works very well. The views from the balcony are very nice, one side there is Seaview, the other side is trees and mountains. The pool is very nearby in a well maintained and lovely garden. It's in a quiet area and walk to the beach is 15-20 min. El Portet is really nice. We would come back and stay here again

El Portet - July 2019

This lovely and well presented Villa is in perfect location. Knowing the area reasonably well we know that El Portet is our favourite - this Villa was perfect for our family trip this July. The Villa was clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and AC in both bedrooms. Plenty of equipment for cooking inside or out and everything clean and well presented. Front and rear areas are peaceful and private enough to enjoy the sun all day long. The Pool is amazing and the communal areas are really well maintained. Very peaceful, friendly neighbourhood and very relaxing. Eliott was a gent - responsive and supportive to every enquiry we had in the lead up to our stay and deposit returned timely with follow up communication to make sure everything was fine for us. When we were there the team that look after the villa were at the end of the phone if we needed them. Parking is tight but as long as you're careful you'll have no bother. Beach is about about a 3 min drive to get parked. You could walk it but it was easier for us to drive with the kids beach games and stuff. This is a great little place and ideal if you want a pool close by with one of the best Spanish beaches on your door step. We'll be back. Thanks Eliott for the use of your lovely Villa. Great stay

We recently spent a week in Eliott's property with our two kids (9 and 10 years) and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area up in the hills with beautiful surroundings and friendly neighbours. It is clean, well equipped and has a spectacular view of the sea and the valley from the from the front balcony. Since we had quite a few meals at home, the dishwasher came in really handy. Thumbs up for the AC in the two bedrooms as well. You can walk to the El Portet beach in about 15 minutes, but due to the uphill walk on the way home (a bit to hard for the kids in the heat) we ended up driving to and from the beach. The El Portet beach is very pretty and it wasn't overly crowded during our stay at the end of July. We checked out a few other nearby beaches as well, but this one was definitely our favourite. We enjoyed swimming in the communal pool in the evenings - very calm and relaxing. Eliott is an excellent host and his agents Paul and Shelley were accommodating. I am happy to recommend this apartment to anyone looking to visit the El Portet area.

Best spanish stay ever.

We are well travelled around the spanish coast line and feel this area ticked the boxes for us to return.It could be described as very residential with a mixture of villas and apartments It was not typical of the coastline as its away from mass tourism and hotels that dominate the skyline.Bliss. The beach is quite a walk from the apartment but there is free parking close by to unload. Its a gentle shelf at the beach with safe bathing for families.Public toilets and a restaurant close by.Moraira is a busier resort with everything you need with a weekly market and lovely tapas bars which are a must. You need a car to get around from El Portet but its cheap enough. The apartment shares a pool only 5 mins away. The accommodation offers a lovely sun terrace with views down to the sea.The fitted kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals with a fridge freezer for storage. There 2 areas to sit and eat outside front and back of the property.Parking in front of property. Some dvds and games to use with sky tv for entertainment.WIFI

Peaceful and relaxing stay in El Portet

We stayed at the property for 2 weeks in August and overall it was a really good place to stay. It was very relaxing and charming, with very little passing traffic or any other disturbances. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms, which was a god send. The complimentary sun loungers at the property also came in really handy for the trips to pool. The property is in a pretty good location in the hills overlooking El Portet bay, just a 15 minute walk down to El Portet beach and 35 minute walk to Moraira marina. Although, at nighttime there is no street lighting on the streets back up to the property, which is pretty dangerous, so would advise to always take a taxi back from an evening out. The neighbourhood pool was 100 meters from the property and was never overcrowded. It was clean and did the job. Overall we would consider returning to the property.

Amazing holiday

We have just returned from a great holiday staying in Eliotts fabulous appartment. It had everything we needed for a family holiday and Eliott was very accommodating when giving us a later checkout as we had a late flight. Im sure we will be intouch very so for a return visit.

Very nice appt in a lovely area

We took our two teenage daughters to El Portet for a week and overall we were pleased with our choice. The appt is clean and well equipped, although maybe a little small for older children. The pool was a short stroll away and was clean and pretty. The walk to El Portet takes around 15 minutes and then from El Portet it takes a further 25-30 to walk to Moraira town centre, this was a little further than we hoped so as it was so hot we tended to use the car a lot. Shelley and Paul were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, especially when we had an issue with the air con - this was dealt with efficiently. El Portet is a lovely beach and the Oasis bar is very friendly. Moraira is a lovely town with a great beach and loads of restaurants to choose from. It's a safe, friendly, family environment which is perfect for families and couples.

Perfect

I stayed here with my daughter who is 9 years old. We flew into Alicante and after a car journey along the coastal roads we arrived at the apatment. First impressions were very good, as we noticed the well maintained garden outside the property. Walking up the stairs, we took in the amazing views of the surrounding area, including the sea and also noticed how quiet it was. We could see the communal pool from our balcony too. As soon as we opened the front door we were met with a spacious lounge area, with a TV and DVD player and with a child thats a real bonus. The lounge lead onto a fully equipped kitchen. We soon found our bedrooms, again very spacious and the beds really comfy. The washing machine wihtin the apartment proved really handy as it meant going home with clean clothing!! Along with the spacious balcony at the front to the property there is a back garden area which is a real sun trap and private enough to dine alfresco. I did make a comment that as two females travelling (with way too much clothing) a few more coat hangers would be a benefit and within hours of us arriving 4 new packs were provided by the landlord, which I thought was excellent service. We walked into the town several times which did not take long at all. The apartment I felt was in a perfect location. As a mum, travelling with a young daughter, I felt safe and happy. The neighbours were all very freindly. I would not hesitate to recommend this place and I am already looking to book up again for next year.

Support received when it was most needed!.

MY WIFE AND I WERE DUE TO TRAVEL TO MORAIRA IN JANUARY 2017.UNFORTUNATELY MY WIFE SUFFERED A STROKE AND WE WERE UNABLE TO TRAVEL.ELIOTT HAS BEEN SUPERB!.HIS UNDERSTANDING AND SUPPORT HAS BEEN GREATLY APPRECIATED AND ALTHOUGH HE DIDN'T HAVE TO,HE HAS REFUNDED OUR DEPOSIT IN FULL!.MY WIFE AND I WILL BE STAYING IN ELIOTT'S VILLA WHEN SHE IS FIT & SHOW OUR APPRECIATION OF HIS SUPPORT.

Very comfortable villa set in a lovely position with a view to the sea and valley below

Recently spent a week at Eliotts Villa in El Portet, Moraira. Villa was very comfortable with all amenities including Wi-Fi. The Villa had a back patio which was ideal for dining al fresco and a balcony at the front with views to the sea and valley below. You could could sit here in the evening with a cool drink and watch the sun go down. The pool was very inviting set in a very well looked after garden. The beach and bay at El Portet is very pretty and only a 10 minute stroll away from the villa. Moraira town is a further 10 minute stroll with lots of good restaurants and bars. If you haven't been to Moraia before you will not be disappointed. We found Eliott the owner very friendly and helpful while we were there so would recommend the Villa to any one.

Exactly as described. Really lovely.

The villa is exactly as shown in the photographs but what you cannot describe are the beautiful views. You really do have the best of both worlds. Views from the front balcony are over a lush green valley and the sea and there is a lovely rear terrace providing extra space for alfresco dining. The villa was well presented very clean and with the added bonus of very comfortable beds, great pillows and plenty of storage space. Booking, access and handing back the keys was fast and efficient. We received great advise and help from the owner and from his agent. You can manage without a car but we personally found it a bonus to have one. El Portet is stunning and its a short walk into Moraira Centre where you will find a good selection of quality restaurants and roof top terraced cocktail bars. To name a few Vespa's , El Chamizo and the Yacht Club. The communal pool is a superb place to spend time and the other residents are friendly and helpful. The beaches are small but clean with lifeguards on duty. There is a good selection of water sports available. Would we recommend the villa and the area, yes absolutely.

Paradise in el portet

Just spend 2 faboulus weeks in this wonderful villa. Enjoyed breakfast With a ses wiew at The balcony in The mornings and dinner at The spacious and private terrace in The evening. Modern design indoors With comfertable beds. Fast wi-fi and english channels. All you need for a fantastic holiday, can't Wait to go back! Actually just booked a long weekend in september. Estoy tan feliz :) I strongly recommened this beautiful place.

Beautiful and relaxing

Stayed here for a week to chill out. Villa in a beautiful and peaceful location with everything required to kick back at home or by the great pool. Picturesque El Portet beach a few minutes walk away with some great beach side restaurants and a shop. More vibrant small town of Moraira close by with plenty of restaurants, shops and bars.
