Absolutely gorgeous villa with amazing views across the bay. The hill is a little steep leading to the villa, but fine if you are able bodied. The kitchen was modern and very well equipped. Very relaxing week!

May half term holiday

Great property, the pool was perfect and the views were amazing. We really enjoyed going to the bars and restaurants on the sea front and it was only a short drive to lindos. We were pleased we got a hire car to make the most of the trip

The Villa was situated up a short steep road, which was fine by car and for a careful walker. We walked to two lovely restaurants within 5 mins. The beach is just 5 mins away and supermarket close by too. Taxis were available from the bar down the hill. Bus stop about twenty minutes walk away. Great trips to beautiful Lindos and St Paul’s Bay. The outside space is lovely and the view amazing. The decking area could do with an update as it is quite worn and rough in places. Fully recommend the Villa for a family holiday.

Inside. A very well equipped modern kitchen with everything you need and comfy sofas in the lounge. A comfortable double bed and more than enough wardrobe and drawer space. It was also good to have loads of coat hangers A slight issue with the seals on the shower screen as the bathroom floor flooded after each use, but the shower is very good. Outside. Fabulous views of the bay, a well maintained pool and comfortable pool beds. The villa sits atop a hill which is very steep for about 40 metres but we soon got used to it. I recommend you make use of the supermarket delivery service, details are in the welcome pack. The nearest within walk distance is Acropolis Supermarket, which has a very limited stock of food and is expensive. We used two restaurants in the town. Lindian Jewell which was very good and Gaea, which was exceptional. Both are within 5 minutes walking distance from the villa. Overall, a very enjoyable stay in a lovely town.

Villa Neos is a great place to relax with a splendid view. It is clean and spacious and great location. Has a nice pool. Walking distance to Vlycha beach and short drive to many other beaches. We recommend it 🇬🇷

Good holiday

Great house in a superb position . Vbo s description was nonsense it’s not five mins walk to St Paul’s bay or walk to Lindos . However it was great for us and although not a lot of charm in our village it was perfect no crowds sea was wonderful, the sunbed guy was so friendly . All in all good for us Also the local restaurants were euro food personally would have preferred authentic Greek . The house was great and pool area. Lovely with great views . House was well furnished with all we could need

well appointed property with exceptional views

Generally met with expectations, well equipped throughout but upstairs bathroom needs upgrading and drainage issue sorted. The overflow into the outside area left us treading through muddy water most days to get to the parked car. Some extra lighting to alert one to level changes around pool at night would increase safety. Loved the little bedroom balconies and enjoyed the pool and space. Most memorable location !

the villa supplied us with plenty of space for a party of six,it was very comfortable and had all the mod cons to make our stay very relaxing.The bedrooms were nicely furnished and well equipped as was the open plan kitchen.Outside the garden is large with a good size pool and sun loungers and a shaded patio area with sofas,dinning table and barbeque.Lindos has lots of good restaurants beaches shops and sight seeing its worth a visit by day or night.Rhodes on the whole is a great island and has plenty for everyone to enjoy we hired cars for our stay so exploring was easy.The villa is situated in easy reach to explore.The owners of the property supplied us with everything we needed to know including detailed instructions from the airport to the villa.All in all we had a great holiday.

Perfect villa

The villa was fantastic with amazing views . It’s a short walk downhill to the beach and 2 small local hotels serving great food and a supermarket . The hill has a steep section but we found taxis more than happy to drop us at the top ( but we managed to climb it without issue and aren’t the fittest) We loved our stay and it really was the perfect location for us - nice and quiet but with places to walk to .We had a car and it’s a short drive into lindos and handy for bakery etc but if you not travelling too far afield and are happy to pay for taxis it’s not essential but helpful. Villa had everything we needed . We landed to hear that areas were being evacuated due to the wildfires but Simon couldn’t have been more helpful in answering all my queries straight away and alleviating my worries , villa area wasn’t affected at all. Any minor issues ( slight leak under sink ) was dealt with promptly by Charlie the lovely maintenance man. Villa Neos is a great villa in a lovely location perfect for exploring the rest of Rhodes r just chilling out with view of the beach and a book. We hope to return again.

Great Property , Stunning views

Just returned from 2 weeks at this property..... Location is stunning, overlooking Vlicha bay. Photos provided by the owner do not do it justice. The bay itself is really quiet. You can hear a little music coming from a distant hotel but nothing other than that. It made for a very peaceful and relaxing holiday. Within the property, everything is supplied. The kitchen is fully equipped, and utilities were of a modern standard. The only thing we had to buy was new batteries for the XBOX controller as my son worn them out. There is a good standard of Air Conditionng in all the main rooms and bedrooms Outsude the roperty there are ample sun loungers and umbrella, plus garden furniture to relax in. We didnt see any ants or insects you usually see in most hot countries which was nice for a change. The pool was cleaned at least three times a week and wasnt the quick 5 minutes clean but a deep clean each time. We did have a couple of minor questions for the owner and he always responded within minutes with a solution or answer. The owner will also recommend the best restaurants, and locations to eat and shop. The villa is quite close to Lindos, which is a tourist trap, and can be quite difficult to get in and out of, taxis will come to the property however the queue to get one on return can be a bit of a wait as you are competing with many other people. There are a couple of good restaurants/tavernas within a couple of minutes walk too

Absolute stunning views!!!!!Lovely villa and well equipped with everything you need.Communication with the host was superb at all times from start to finish and made some great recommendations of restaurants and places to visit.I already miss waking up to the beautiful views from this villa.A fairly steep walk up the hill to the villa but worth every step

Schöne Villa mit privatem Pool, traumhafter Blick, schnell am Strand

Es war ein super schöner Urlaub in der Vorsaison. Es waren nur ganz wenige andere Touristen auf Rhodos. Die bezaubernde Villa war sauber. Der Vermieter, Simon, war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Die örtlichen Kräfte waren sehr bemüht uns einen schönen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Der Ausblick über die Bucht ist ein Traum. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Très bon séjour

Les étoiles que j'ai attribué indiquent bien que nous avons apprécié la villa, son emplacement et et notre séjour de façon générale. Petit bémol cependant concernant l'annonce : elle indiquait la présence de produits de toilette et d'une trousse de secours mais hormis un savon à mains les salles de bains n'étaient pas équipée et nous avons cherché en vain un désinfectant et un sparadrap dans la trousse. Par ailleurs il me semble assez peu probable que chaque locataire utilise à chaque fois tout le sel ou poivre et autres épicerie. Comme nous avons cuisiné, nous avons fait le plein d'articles d'épicerie que nous n'avons pas consommé dans la totalité : la villa devrait être équipée au moins pour les prochains locataires !!

Quel bonheur

Mais quel bonheur de voir des propriétaires comme Simon . C est vrai qu on ne l’a pas rencontré mais à chaque message il Était dispo pour nous . De la résa jusqu au départ . Maison très Propre , il y a tout ( vraiment tout ) ce qu il faut dedans et dehors , le moindre soucis est géré aussitôt par des personnes disponible , nous y sommes allé à 4 adultes et 2 enfants … vraiment une superbe semaine . Endroit très calme mais à 100 m de La plage . Je recommande et y retournerais sans soucis .

Very good place!

A beautiful house, good for families (pool, view....) and friends, near by the sea, near by culture.... and it is possible to book the house next door - than you can go with a group of max. 15 persons. We where 10 and it was perfect!

très belle villa avec vue imprenable sur la baie, mais ménage jamais effectué (sans doute en raison du covid mais d'autres intervenants y venaient quand même) et surtout pas de wifi durant tout le séjour (20 jours) : la wifi étant devenue quasi indispensable de nos jours...

Erholung pur nahe Lindos

Das Objekt liegt auf einer Anhöhe mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht auf den Vlycha-Beach. Nach Lindos ist es mit dem Auto nur ein Katzensprung. Das Haus ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Auch die Infos zum Objekt sind vorbildlich. Wenn wir wieder Urlaub in Rhodos sind, dann ist die Villa Neos erste Wahl. Danke!

Excellent place to stay

Very nice property in a good location. We (2 Adults and 2 teenagers) would recommend this villa, as a good place to visit the island. As Simon messaged me, I would also recommend a hire car. The property was nice and clean. Can’t fault it really. It’s as advertised.👍

Amazing stay at Villa Neos

We have just returned from an amazing 10 day stay at Villa Neos. The Villa was absolutely fantastic, the views were incredible. Everything about the property was perfect, from the welcome pack, to the information about the local area and restaurants, to the very high quality furnishings and facilities. The view from the pool and the balconies will live long in the memory. Truly a wonderful villa and i couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Villa Neos Review

The villa was nice bit a few problems when we arrived - no WiFi and no air con down stairs - contacted the property company and took 3 days to fix. Toaster kept tripping out all electricity so needed to be replaced (hasn’t been). The big issue was the parking area was covered in stagnant water from the property above - it was muddy and full of algae and my husband slipped over twice trying to get the car out. We told the property company but they said the owners knew about it. It attracted lots of mosquitoes and wasn’t nice as we couldn’t use the parking area much. The water ran all down the road to the street below. Other than that, we had a lovely time and it was a good base to explore Rhodes.

We also have a further rental property in Wales and more recently we have expanded the use of our land for glamorous camping in Mongolian Yurts! In each of our investments we have set our standards in quality of accommodation very high.

Villa Neos was chosen not only because of its fantastic location, virtually on the beach and with a few minutes drive from the centre of Lindos, but also we could have some say in its construction. Lindos is almost certainly the most popular destination on Rhodes and whether visitors are experiencing the area for the first time or not the appeal will never diminish.

The strong points of the villa include the stunning views and its location. The furniture, beds and bedding, appliances, entertainment equipment and the overall finish is to a high standard. Nothing spoils the feel of a property more than providing poor quality furnishings and utensils! We have set our standards high to hopefully please all our guests.
