The villa is a three-story building dating back to the 19th century. It features a rigorous architecture with a linear façade and sober colors, and it is one of the rare villas in the Lake Como area with a direct view of the lake, separated only by a vast and elegant English lawn.
It has features 9 bedrooms for 20 guests and 9 bathrooms, plus extra some extra beds for additional sleeping accommodations.
For a few weeks each year, the Adinolfi family opens the villa to the public, making it available to selected guests who wish to enjoy an unforgettable stay.
The villa is accessed via a long driveway immersed in the lush greenery of the surrounding park.
Due to the exceptional beauty of the park – a jewel of our Italian landscape – Villa Adinolfi has joined the “FAI Spring Days” (organized by the Italian National Trust), opening its gates to visitors.
The immense park, spanning approximately 6 hectares, creates an enchanted atmosphere, offering an evocative natural stage for any type of event. Careful maintenance has restored ancient splendor to oaks, magnolias, holm oaks, cedars of Lebanon, beeches, taxodiums with their fairytale aerial roots, apple and pear trees, fig trees… On summer evenings, the lawn becomes dotted with bright dancing fireflies. In spring and autumn, the park shows its most enchanting face. Scattered throughout the park are corners of rare beauty: a small lake surrounded by weeping willows and dense woodland, and a rose garden from the 1950s behind the greenhouse, which from May bursts with thousands of intensely colored and fragrant roses.

The villa features an outdoor swimming pool. The large pool, measuring 23x8 meters and nestled in the silence of the park, is entirely made of quartzite slabs: at night, thanks to skillful lighting, silvery brightness and magical reflections are created.
Next to the pool, accessed by a gently sloping staircase, the hot tub rests against a stone wall from which, on command, a cascading water jet emerges. In addition to outdoor showers, there are spacious underground changing rooms and service areas.
