Phenomenal accommodations

The unit was unbelievably clean and gorgeous. We are frequent travellers and this was easily in our top 3 for most beautiful units with NO Issues at all.

The beach and pool views are amazing to wake up to! The villa is spacious and beautifully furnished. We only used two of the three bedrooms, but they were all set up nicely. It took us just a bit to get the hang of the primary TV, but then we loved all the options once we were used to it.

Incredible unit, the only thing that would have been nice is to have regular tv. The Open Championship was on and it would have been great to watch it. Because it was in England it was on early and over by 11am, would loved to have watched it with my coffee before the family was up and moving

We regret that this guest was disappointed in their stay with us. The hot water was, indeed, non-functioning for a couple of hours due to an issue with the main supply line at the resort, but our dedicated maintenance staff resolved the issue quickly; The oven door has been inspected but no issue was found. The washer and dryer are new and just recently installed. After testing, it was determined that the guest may have had the appliance on an incorrect temperature setting. It was unfortunate that these things happened all at the same time but we are grateful none of these issues impeded/prevented the guest from enjoying their panoramic oceanfront view for which this unit is known and appreciated. We are pleased to offer this guest a 20% discount on their next reservation in the same unit. We would lov to have you back.

Million Dollar View

The views this penthouse has is amazing, with double opening slider doors to bring the outside in! The kitchen is stocked with utensils and such to have small meals, and a large dinning table is great for a larger group to eat at or play games In the evening. The bedrooms are spacious, 1 with a king bed the other 2 rooms with double queens. We has just a few problems with the internet and plug outlets in the master bath, both were rectified after maintenance fixed them. The clothes dryer ran, but did not dry our clothing. A side note; it is a hike to that last unit via four flights of stairs, or zig zagging through the hallways, so if you have special needs, keep this in mind.

Not the Relaxing Getaway We Paid For

While the property is attractive, our stay was severely impacted by unresolved maintenance issues, security lapses, and an intrusive management style.1. The AC never cooled below 78F, even after several service calls, making sleep uncomfortable throughout most of the unit. We were sweating while sleeping.2. The hot tub didn’t work for the first two days, and once it did, it was placed on a locked timer. 3. The dishwasher malfunctioned, emitting toxic fumes from a melted part, and was never repaired.4. The front bathroom had a persistent sewer/mold odor, only addressed with a can of Lysol.5. And most seriously, staff entered the villa without notice for a “pre-checkout inspection” two full days before we were scheduled to leave, while we were away—and left the interior door unlocked. That is a violation of guest privacy and a serious safety concern.We immediately reported and addressed two minor incidents (a sherbet spill and a child’s accident), paid staff directly for cleaning, tipped them, and cleaned the areas ourselves. Despite this, we were contacted on five separate days during our 7-night stay, disrupting our vacation over minor issues that should have been handled discreetly and professionally.We’ve stayed in many luxury rentals. This was the first time we felt micromanaged, surveilled, and penalized for trying to be cooperative guests.If you’re looking for a relaxing, professionally managed experience, we strongly recommend looking elsewhere!

For the benefit of future travelers, we’d like to clarify a few points: • The air conditioning system was inspected and is working properly; in Cabo’s summer climate, sliding doors must remain closed for the villa to cool effectively. • The hot tub was reset and fully functional, with a timer in place as a standard safety feature. • The dishwasher did not malfunction; a wheel roller was repaired during the stay. • A temporary bathroom odor was addressed promptly, with additional servicing performed after checkout. • Our staff follows professional procedures regarding property access, and we apologize if any scheduling caused concern. It’s essential to note that the villa required deep cleaning after this stay due to damage beyond normal use, which was communicated directly to the guest. We have proudly welcomed many guests who have enjoyed seamless, relaxing vacations here and continue to maintain the property to luxury standards. Vacation Getaway

This villa had everything that we could ask for! We had a private chef cook for us, food was delicious, I highly recommend getting the chef. Very spacious with beautiful art through out the villa and amazing beach views. Watching the sunset from our private Jacuzzi was the cherry on top to a fabulous trip! My husband and I return to Villa La Estancia every year, till next time Cabo.

Getaway adventure

This Villa had everything we could ask for! Amazing views, our own private Jacuzzi, spacious rooms and beautiful art through out the villa. We got a private chef to cook for us, the food was delicious. The balcony is spacious and the sunsets look phenomenal from here. My husband and I enjoy our stays at Villa La Estancia, and continue to come back each year.
