Una vez que pase tiempo en esta unidad abierta renovada de 2 dormitorios, 2 baños y cuarto piso, NO querrá irse. ¡No hay alarmas, no hay horarios, solo concéntrate en las vistas, los sonidos y la sensación del océano! Descansa Relájate Reagrupa !!!! La cocina cuenta con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Los baños están bellamente actualizados con granito, azulejos y vidrio. Loved this property! I am from Wilmington and familiar with Station One but hadn't stayed before. This unit was perfect with beautiful views and an unbeatable location. Nice and clean and we definitely want to stay again!

Nice place bad king bed

Nice place but desperately needs new king bed mattress. Also pool is not heated. Disappointing!Place is newly remodeled as advertised.

Stay was great. Clean condo. Intercostal management was great to work with. Checking in and out we’re seamless. This was our 3rd stay at station one. Love the property. 3rd different unit we have stayed in.

Family trip

The location was perfect and the unit was great. However, the master bed mattress was horrible. It was hard as a granite slab and the springs were poking up in various areas. My husband and I had to sleep on the couches, as we could not sleep in the bed.

Great place!

We had a great stay! It was very clean and we didn't see a single bug the whole time we were there! The only issues we found were small and not a big deal: sliding glass door locks were hard to operate and some of the microwave buttons didn't appear to work but it was still usable. Also, I couldn't figure out how to get the cable TV to work but Roku was available.

Amazing rental!

Great location! Great unit! Lots of updates, very well equipped kitchen, and great touches all around. Thank you for a wonderful stay and will definitely be back to Wrightsville and Station one in the future!

Beach Vacation Exactly as Advertised

The unit at Station-1 was just as advertised. There was no "bait and switch" here. The unit looked just like the pictures. It was very nice, very clean with a perfect view of the beach and ocean. Sitting on the balcony was amazingly relaxing. We did end up using our beach lawn chairs on the balcony vs. the wooden stools. There were pillows provided, but the provided chairs weren't comfortable for folks 55+. The kitchen and dining areas were plenty spacious and well equipped. The only thing I can think of that was missing was dishwashing liquid for washing in the sink if desired. A $1.49 bottle of Ajax liquid soap solved that issue. We left it for the next occupants. Clean linen and towels were provided in sealed plastic, which we liked. The bathrooms were very clean and the shower facilities worked just fine with good pressure. The bedrooms were nice. The master bed was a king. The mattress was very firm, even for me. I prefer firm over soft, but this was extra firm, but I slept good enough considering all the other perks. In the living room, they have a nice sized flat screen TV with Spectrum Cable, Roku, and DVD. We had no issues watching whatever programming we wanted. WiFI was also available. The system also had a Samsung sound bar with subwoofer, so the overall set up was terrific. Overall it was a great unit, and I wouldn't hesitate to go back for another week. When I booked it, I thought it was a bit pricey, but after staying there a week, I felt like I got my money's worth. The location was awesome, listening to the crashing waves at night was glorious, and we were less than 20 minutes from anything we really wanted to do or see. Great trip.

Beach vacation

The view from the balcony can not be beat!! We spent a long of time sitting outside. The accommodations are nice, clean and comfortable.

Relaxing Summer Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the property and room were excellent. We stayed at the Station One Property next door last year (4F) and knew what to expect. Two items to note: there was a room key in a black box outside the front door which was open access. We took the key out after realizing it could open our room but replaced it upon leaving. I believe this box should be locked or the key removed. Second, all the washers and dryers are coin-operated, but with the national coin shortage you can't get quarters anywhere. These should be converted to take credit cards. Otherwise this was a lovely room and met or exceeded all my expectations for family vacation.

A very well appointed condo with great views. We really appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with condiments, spices and left over cleaning agents from prior quests (I always pondered why cleaning crews throw these things away between rentals as it is such a waste). It would've been an even better stay if there was a washer and drier inside the condo, but overall we loved this condo. Thanks!

Location can't be beat, and the building and condo layout are easy and wonderful. Our only source of dissatisfaction is in cleanliness and in the condition of the king size mattress in the master BR. Glasses in the kitchen are often iffy and we often stick them in the dishwasher before using them. The kitchen floor was crumby. The mattress really needs to be replaced. It's mushy and uncomfortable. Having said all that, next summer we'll probably stay in the same place because the good FAR outweighs the bad.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well the last time I reviewed a place, I was not allowed back and I’m being allowed to review this 4E unit so here it is! For the 1st 3 days I looked and looked to find something wrong. I gave up this unit was very, very nice. We had a nice week and have no complaints at all about this unit. It was very well kept and well stocked. The owner had notes all over telling us to please feel free to use many items. Everything was in nice condition.I even changed a few light bulbs to help out. It was very nice of the owner to have some amenities such has all paper goods, some soap,TP, condiments etc. Check in even went smooth, upon arrival we were told that the cleaners just came back to re do unit because upon their walk thru it wasn’t done good enough. FYI the mattress topper in master BR is nice but it really throws a lot of heat, 1night I woke in a sweat. I would like to suggest a all in one remote for the TV units since the living room has Netflix, sounds bars etc and you need 3 remotes to work it. But thank you it’s a big plus to have the Netflix and nice sound. It was great sitting on balcony with coffee watching the beautiful sunrise each morning.This is for station one association- something MUST be done with the lock on the door for beach access that last few days we had to walk around front to get back in or wait in heat for someone to open it, the keys DID NOT work. This has been a issue since we have been coming in 2011.PLEASE fix this. So many guests I spoke with are upset and fed up with the locks to get to the beach not working. We enjoyed Sweet and Savory and Bluewater restaurants. We would definitely come back to Station One and unit 4E.....the staff was nice also,Ian and Carey. thank you Susan!

The bed in the master was nothing short of a torture device, we actually went out to Bed, Bath and Beyond to purchase a bed topper at a very high cost so that we could sleep at night.

Strange that there was no pantry space to store purchased food but that was easily rectified by moving some of the kitchen cabinet contents around . Reviewer Comments: We stayed in a great condo (4E) and the location for Station One is amazing. But two big issues, cleaning staff for condo is no thorough and the pool area is not maintained very well. Pool deck was filthy everyday, no one was spraying off the acummilation of packed dirt in many places. And when we checked in there were many places in the condo that we had to re-clean. Countertops and tables especially were overlooked. Entryway carpet was soaking wet and full of sand.
