I can assure you the home was cleaned as we had renters depart on the day your group arrived, but it does sound like the housekeepers missed some big items. We truly apologize about that.  I am very glad you were able to find the reset on the water heater. We apologize if we came off as unresponsive in any way- that is absolutely not okay. We are available everyday around the clock, but anything that needs a response after business hours, must be to be brought to the attention of our on call worker via a voicemail message on the emergency extension of our main telephone line. While I can understand your surprise if you had expected a return email after hours, we wanted to share this information to you and to future renters so that you know how to reach us for any emergencies in the future! We have since run the washing machine and can assure future renters that that the water heater is no longer tripping.
