RECIENTEMENTE RENOVADO (12/2018) ... pintura fresca, alfombras nuevas, muebles nuevos y ropa de cama nueva. Bienvenido a Island View Home! Casa de tres habitaciones, dos baños. Admite mascotas, hermosas vistas de Santa Rosa Sound desde la cubierta trasera envolvente. Duerme 10 con rey en maestro; Reina, dos gemelas sobre literas llenas. Al final de un día de sol en la playa, hay entretenimiento para todos con televisores de pantalla plana en toda la casa en cada habitación. Disfrute de su café de la mañana y del desayuno en la sala de sol recién retirado, justo al lado de la cocina, con hermosas vistas de sonido, luego cocteles y cenas al final del día en la cubierta de gran tamaño - parrilla de barbacoa incluida.

Great Getaway

Very nice, new and welcoming! Entire process very easy. Great view of sunsets and sound off back deck. Very convenient to beach and other area attractions. Beach chairs umbrella and bikes as well as kayaks provided. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Family Beach Get Away!

We really loved the house. Plenty of room for everyone. We loved the location because it gave us several options for entertainment. If we wanted to hang out in Santa Rosa sound without the waves and kayak or fish we could. If we wanted to head to the beach for the day we could. It came with everything we needed: beach chairs, toys, fishing poles, life jackets. It was also just far enough from the business, yet close enough to run up the street to eat and/or shop. Would recommend this place and for a family!

Good for the price

Close to the beach right on the main road. Wish we knew ahead of time that the room with the bunkbeds was on a separate floor. Not ideal when you have small children staying with you. House had everything you needed from cooking utensils to bikes, sand toys and kayaks.

Most beach rentals don't have a view, but this one looks out over the bay, and is uncrowded because it's beside a hugh empty lot that is apparently a right-of-way. Just crois the street and walk one block to the beach. The deck on the house definitely needs to be upgraded. Don't walk on it barefoot! The lower floor needs a bathroom. But we still loved the place for its location.

We took our 2 dogs with us and there was a dog beach a couple miles east which we loved. I think the house needs new outdoor chairs as they have a lot of rust on them but other than that we loved the house. We will stay here again!

Reviewer Comments: The home was exactly as advertised; beds were new, new appliances, very clean, beach just across the road, sound with beautiful sunsets off the back deck(very short walk), we brought 3 large dogs and their xpen-perfect, they have several very nice backpack type beach chairs, several bicycles, 2 baby gates, well stocked kitchen. It was the best rental we have ever experienced and are planning on reserving this house again. We have no complaints. Super dog friendly, worth the price! Easy check in and check out!

Pros: Amazing rental company and service, short walk to bay or beach; downstairs bunk beds were great for teens; kitchen well stocked; bikes on site were a huge help; loved the wrap around porch, and plenty of parking.Cons: As previous reviewers mentioned, owners NEED to install black out curtains on front bedrooms to block light; slight noise from being on well traveled road; no bath downstairs so bunk rooms shares with upper baths; climate varies from up to down by 15 degrees. Definately a good stay, and recommend.
