A pocos kilómetros de Alghero y sus playas blancas, enteramente en piedra traquita sarda, inmerso en el hermoso valle de la 'Scala dei Cavalli', con el verde rústico del matorral mediterráneo a su alrededor, el lago Cuga, silencio total, interrumpido ocasionalmente por llamadas de los pastores y de los animales de los pastos circundantes. Muy cerca de Sassari, Stintino, Castelsardo y a 4 km de Uri, un pueblo típico de Cerdeña. Ideal para quienes desean pasar unas vacaciones relajantes.
Las habitaciones son tres:
Dormitorio 1: cama doble (160 × 190 cm) con baño privado;
Dormitorio 2: cama doble francesa (140x190 cm) con baño privado;
Dormitorio 3: 2 camas individuales (90 × 200 cm) con baño privado.
También hay un entrepiso (en el dormitorio 2) con una cama individual (90 × 190 cm).

Lovely Property with Wonderful hosts

We had a wonderful time at the Villa, it is a perfect spot for exploring the area! Our hosts were so thoughtful to greet us upon our arrival and provide us with a bottle of wine, antipasti treats, desserts and even coffee for the morning. They were responsive to our questions and needs. The home decor was magazine worthy, and the Villa had all the amenities we needed. Sitting under the covered terrace looking out over the pool listening to the sound of sheep bells in the fields for dinner was a wonderful way to relax after exploring Nuraghe sites. The location was off the main road with quick access to Uri, Alghero, Ittiri and the road to Sassari. Staying at the Villa was a big highlight of Sardinia! Thank-you. Carol

Amazing

Gianella and Franco provided for us the most beautiful picturesque farmhouse for our vacation. Their home was better than described. She has a special decorating knack with so many thoughtful and beautiful touches. The pool and hot tub were perfect. We enjoyed it all times of the day! It felt like home there! One of the top air Bamd b’s that I have stayed in. Very authentic experience. Great linens and a fully equipped kitchen. Well groomed yard yet rustic Charming! We drove Paulau for an amazing boat trip to the islands. Do take the scenic route as the road over the mountains was nail biting! Worth the trip and the beaches are incomparable. The outdoor space was outstanding! We ate every meal outdoors. We explored the Neptune caves in Alghero… worth it! All communication with the owners was excellent amd quick! Although the property is in a rural area and we were three women, we felt secure at all times! Would highly recommend to anyone! Great for families!

Couldn't have gone any better!

We arrived late at night to meet Giannella, her husband and son at the property who were delightful and very professional. Their son Mario speaks very good English if your Italian is as limited as ours. First impressions are that the photos don't do the property justice - it is more spacious than it appears and the living room is a good size, not that you'll use it much as most living is done in the outside terrace. We'd requested a cot and high chair and they'd bought them new for us. They made up the cot with a pillow and two sheets which our one year old loved, and was a thoughtful thing to do. We spent two weeks eating pizza, pasta, ice cream and swimming without a care. The view from the terrace is tremendous, particularly at sunset when the fills are painted orange. If you've managed to tire the kids out, then it is a great time to have a G&T and relax. Around that time it is very quiet - you do hear the bells of the sheep moving around in the fields which is quite tranquil. OK - not quite without a care - one day the hillside went up in flames about 1KM away, so our son got to watch helicopters putting it out. The hosts rushed round and kept us informed until the fire was out. The pool is a good size - we taught our 4 year old to swim in it this year and the 1 year old paddled on the steps or floated around. With temperatures around 37 degrees, the pool was icy cold - you really have to plunge in or you won't make it! We had friends staying down the road in a huge "castle" on the hill. While they had space, their villa lacked any sort of homely touch. The decor of Cassacia is fairly eclectic with lots of lovely little touches. One visiting friend said the terrace reminded him of an Ibiza chill out bar. What you get at Cassacia is a homely feel - not just the decoration but the high quality of the equipment, utensils, fixtures and fittings. The Air Con is superb - you could keep the house at 19 degrees if you wanted to, and it makes sleeping very easy. All windows have shutters so you get complete black out. Internet is satellite and fine for email, browsing and Spotify (2.5mbs down). I would download any HD films before arriving. The road is close and could do with being screened. You only tend to notice in the evenings when outside at the big table. It didn't bother us at all. If you live in a city, then it has probably been a long time since you saw the stars so clearly - you're in for a treat.

Klasse Haus, äußerst nette Vermieter

ein wunderschönes Haus, etwas abseits der täglichen Infrastruktur gelegen, trotzdem alles per Auto in relativ kurzer Zeit erreichbar, liebevoll bis ins kleinste Detail eingerichtet, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, herrlicher Garten mit großem, sauberen Pool, absolut hygienischem (sauberen) Whirlpool, und sehr netten und zuverlässigen Vermietern. Franco hat auf jede Frage sofort und verbindlich geantwortet und für alles eine Lösung gehabt. Sollten wir nochmal Sardinien auf dem Urlaubsplan haben, ist dieses Haus mit diesen Vermietern garantiert wieder ganz oben auf der Liste. Grazie Franco.

Pfingsturlaub in einer tollen Villa

Das Haus ist wunderschön und sowohl der Garten und der Pool werden sehr schön gepflegt. Alles ist sauber und funktioniert einwandfrei. Vor allem die Freundlichkeit von Franco und Giannella sind hervor zu heben. Wir wurden bei der Ankunft mit einem tollen Essen verwöhnt und auch dass wir zu früh waren war kein Problem. Der einzige Grund wieso ich bei Lage nich 5 Sterne geben kann ist die Nähe zur Straße. Wir waren zu 6 und alle waren sehr zufrieden. Danke noch mal and Franco und Giannella. In Italien: La casa è bellissima e sia il giardino che la piscina sono magnificamente mantenuti. Tutto è pulito e funziona perfettamente. Soprattutto la cordialità di Franco e Giannella devono essere evidenziati. Siamo stati viziati all'arrivo con un ottimo pasto e anche che eravamo troppo presto non era un problema. L'unica ragione per cui non posso dare 5 stelle è la vicinanza alla strada. Eravamo in 6 e tutti erano molto soddisfatti. Grazie ancora a Franco e Giannella.

Urlaub mit Freunden

Herrliche Villa mit schönem Pool und toller Ausstattung (Gasgril, Kaffeemaschine mit Pads, Handtücher und Pooltücher sind genügend vorhanden). Großes Gelände in ländlicher Idylle und kurzer Distanz zur quirligen Hafenstadt Alghero. Die Liebe zu geschmackvollen Details ist an jeder Stelle der Villa und im Garten zu spüren. Die vielfältigen Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terrasse und am Pool bieten Raum für gemeinsames Essen oder ungestörte Lektüre. Die Vermieter, Giannella und Franco haben uns mit Gebäck und anderen Spezialitäten der Region begrüßt und auf Nachfrage unaufdringlich gute Tipps zu Ausflugszielen, Restaurants und typisch sardischen Speisen gegeben. Die bereits mehrfach erwähnte Straße hat uns nicht gestört (bei geschlossenen Fenstern kühlt eine Klimaanlage jeden Raum). Volle Punktzahl für die Gastfreundschaft auf Sardinien!!!!

Lovely villa and owners

We stayed for two weeks and the pictures to not do the villa justice. The villa is spacious and well quipped. The pool is a really good size and we really enjoyed cooling off in it. The villa is next to a fast road, but the traffic is not constant and you do get used to it quickly. As the beautiful garden matures it will provide more of a barrier. Getting to Alghero is quick and easy by car. The owners are very attentive and will do their best to assist you with any queries. Our Italian is none existent, but we managed to communicate just fine. The view is great looking over to the hills. A great place to spend your holiday.

ein perfektes Ferienhaus mit sehr aufmerksamen Gastgebern!

Was soll ich sagen: in diesem Ferienhaus fehlt es an nichts. Tolle Ausstattung: Kaffeemaschine mit Pads, ( die auch schon vorhanden sind ), Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine ( Tabs sind auch vorhanden ), Gasgrill, Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer, Handtücher und Pooltücher sind vorhanden. Der Pool ist perfekt, sehr sauber und groß. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir waren als Paar mit unseren 4 Teenies für 10 Tage Gast in diesem schönen Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Ein Traum ist auch die schöne überdachte Terasse, wo man sehr entspannt sitzen kann. Die Lage: Vom Haus fährt man 5 Minuten nach Uri zu einem kleinen Supermarkt. Nach Alghero fährt man ca. 10 Minuten. Zu dem wunderschönen Strand Maria Pia fährt man ca. 15-20 Minuten. Vielen Dank nochmals an Guianella und Franco !

perfect stay! 完美的一周

our stay at the villa was amazing! one can really feel the thoughts put into all the details from the tidyness to decoration. the pool was very spacious and perfect for swimming in it. almost everything you need is in the house and there are so many seating possibilities! the rooms have all private bathrooms which is rare for a countryside house in sardegna. the hosts are extremely friendly and care-taking. on top of the perfect experience we must give a compliment to the mosquito nets on all the doors/windows! 我们在Giannella的别墅里好好享受了很放松的一周，别墅里所需的一切应有尽有，巨大的烤箱可以装得下一整只烤乳猪，在花园里还有额外的两个烧烤炉。游泳池非常干净，每隔一天房东还会来清洁泳池。从别墅前往附近的城市、海滩都非常方便，驾车到Sassari只需要15分钟，到Alghero也仅需15-20分钟。总的来说如果是为了纯粹的放松享受这个别墅是绝对适合的！

Stilvolle Villa auf dem Land

Villa mit allem Comfort ausgestattet wie Gasgrill oder Kaffeepads die wie ein paar Getränke bei Anreise schon vorhanden sind. Ein paar Arbeiter kommen jeden 2. Tag am Morgen um Garten und Pool sauber zu halten. Sowohl innen als auch aussen mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Nachbarn gibt es keine auf mehrere Kilometer ausser ein paar Schafen. Pool auch für Kinder eine willkomene Erfrischung. Störend nur die bereits mehrfach erwähnte Strasse jenseits des Einfahrtstores: Hier brausen Autos mit mehr als 100 vorbei und lassen einen kaum einbiegen. Einkaufen 20 Minuten in Sassari mit mehreren Supermärkten oder in Alghero. Besitzer sprechen leider nur Italienisch, in den Orten um die Küste können die Leute aber auch andere Sprachen

Individuell, sehr geschmackvoll und toll ausgestattete Villa im Innern und Äußeren !!

Familie Parisi betreut die Villa mit viel persönlichem Einsatz ! Es hat uns in der Villa und im Garten/ Pool an nichts gefehlt ! Es ist von allem reichlich vorhanden ( Inventar, Hand-,Badetücher etc), so als wäre man persönlich gut bekannt mit den Eigentümern. Man merkt , dass Ihnen die Pflege und der Erhalt des Anwesens sehr am Herzen liegt. Wir haben uns 2 Wochen super wohl in dem Anwesen gefühlt und es fiehl uns schwer das wunderschöne Domizil zu verlassen. Wir hoffen aber auf ein Wiedersehen ! Sardinien ist einfach wunderschön!!! Von der Unterkunft kann man wunderbar die Nordhälfte per Ausflüge erkunden. Vielen Dank und alles Gute!

Sehr geflegte Villa mit großem Pool

wir sind insgesamt sehr zufrieden und haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Gianella mit Familie sind sehr freundlich. Wir wurden direkt am Flugplatz abgeholt. Nochmals vielen Dank! Die Lage an der Straße stört kaum bzw. nur am Anfang etwas. Nach kurzer Zeit belendet man die leicht hörbaren Geräusche wenn ein Fahrzeug vorbeifährt, aus. bei maximaler Belegung mit 7 Personen haben 3 Personen quasi ein Zimmer, wobei 2 der 3 Betten auf einer kleinen Galerie stehen. Diese im Zimmer durch eine Treppe erreichbar. Für Kinder kein Problem. Ausstattung ist sehr gut.

Sehr schöne Villa mit großem Pool

Wir (7 Personen mit 2 Kindern) hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der sehr gepfelgten und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Villa. Giannella mit Familie waren sehr freundlich. Wir wurden sogar noch um 23 Uhr vom Flugplatz angeholt. Nochmal vielen Dank! Die Ausstattung ist super! Der Hinweis auf die Nähe zur Straße ist bereits in einer der letzten Bewertungen erfolgt. Nach kurzer Zeit belendet man die Geräusche aus. In einem der 3 Schlafzimmer (In der Abbildung nur 1 Bett, rotes Bett und rotes Bad) befinden sich eigentlich 3 Betten. Zwei davon stehen auf einer kleinen Galerie. Diese ist über eine schmale Treppe erreichbar. Für Kinder kein Problem. Ingesamt ist die Villa sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir hatten einen überaus stilvollen und unkomplizierten Aufenthalt in dieser wunderbar eingerichteten und komfortablen Villa ! Wir haben nichts vermisst und eine herrliche Zeit dort verbracht. Die Ruhe und das kühle Nass des Pools waren herrlich ... Unsere Gastgeber Gianella & Franco waren überaus herzlich und sehr zuvorkommend! Danke für Alles und bis zum nächsten Mal Hemos pasado 10 días en la casa y solo decir que ha sido una estancia maravillosa. Todo: la casa, el jardín, la piscina, todo perfecto, todo cuidado y muy límpio. Sehr gepflegte Villa mit großem Pool

Die sehr gepflegte, sehr saubere und äußerst liebevoll und stilgerecht eingerichtete Villa können wir für eine entspannte, ruhige Urlaubstage empfehlen. Da wir nur zu viert waren, 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, hatten wir genügend Platz. Jedes Kind ein eigenes Zimmer + Bad. Das Highlight ist der sehr große Pool, zum Spielen und Schwimmen. Außerdem ist er von der Straße nicht einsehbar und die nächsten Nachbarn sind auch einige hundert Meter entfernt. Die Lage ist ideal für viele Ausflüge und auch für Radtouren. Ein großes Danke an die Eigentümer, die sehr zuvorkommend sind und das Haus, den Pool und den Garten in einem äußerst guten Zustand halten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Séjour remarquable

Nous avons séjourné, cinq adultes, dans cette ravissante maison tout confort. L'espace est restauré avec des très beaux matériaux et avec goût ce qui donne à cette maison une ambiance accueillante. Tout est bien adapté, (3 salles de bains, cuisine très bien équipée, grill extérieur, étendage pour le linge etc), pour passer un séjour remarquable. La terrasse et le jardin, avec sa piscine, sont propices à la détente. On en oublie la route qui passe à côté de la maison. Les hôtes sont très prévenants et disponibles. La distance avec Alghero est de 10-15 mn. Par contre la situation sur le plan d'Abritel est fausse: la maison se situe près du lac Cugha en direction d'Uri. Je recommanderai cette location à des amis et y retournerai volontiers si je visite à nouveau cette partie de l'île. Il y a tant de choses à voir en Sardaigne que c'est sûr que j'en ferai à nouveau ma destination de vacances, par contre je ne suis pas certaine de retrouver un séjour aussi agréable. Béatrice Sauty

Un rilassante soggiorno

Gli ingredienti per trascorre un piacevole soggiorno in questo bellissimo casale immerso nella natura ci sono tutti. Un'attenta e curata ristrutturazione; camere da letto arredate con gusto dotate tutte di aria condizionata e bagno (quello del piano terra stupendo). Una moderna e funzionale cucina dotata di ogni comfort e una rilassante zona soggiorno. Il pergolato che si affaccia sul giardino e una fantastica e invitante piscina che ti fa quasi quasi dimenticare il mare...E per finire l'accoglienza gentile e generosa dei Signori proprietari. Il tutto a pochi km. dalla città di Alghero. Consigliata +

Wunderschöne Ferien

Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr schön und es wurde mit viel Geschmack und Liebe eingrichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Durch die gute Lage des Hauses kann man einiges besichtige. Der Lärm der Strasse hat bei den hinteren Zimmern etwas gestört und es sollte erwähnt werden, dass 2 der 7 Betten eher umständlich zu erreichen sind. Wir haben unsere Ferien absolut genossen und können das Haus uneingeschränk weiterempfehlen.

un petit paradis

Cette maison est tellement agréable, qu'on en oublierait presque de sortir visiter la Sardaigne.Endroit très tranquille, à 10 minutes D'Alghero, ville incontournable de l'île !Très bien équipée , très accueillante (excellent goût pour la déco), comme les propriétaires d'ailleurs, efficaces et discrets.plus d'hésitation pour dire qu'l s'agit de la meilleure "loc" jamais prise .

Schöne Villa zum Entspannen

Wunderschöne Villa mit großer Gartenanlage und traumhaftem Pool. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Erwachsenen (Alter 27-30) und konnten hier prima entspannen. - Die Angaben im Online-Inserat hinsichtlich Ausstattung und Lage waren sehr zutreffend. Wir geben 9 von 10 Sternen, wegen der Lage direkt an der Straße. - Die Villa an sich war sehr sauber und gepflegt und wirklich liebevoll eingerichtet. Durch den Einsatz einer Sprengleranlage (pfft) ist auch der Garten in einem super Zustand. Wir geben 10 von 10 Sternen. - Wir wurden durch die Vermieter herzlich begrüßt und zu jeder Zeit gut betreut - Grazie Mille! Am ersten Tag erhielten wir sardisches Gebäck zur Einstimmung und konnten auf den tollen Kräutergarten beim Kochen zurückgreifen. Wir geben 10 von 10 Sternen. - Wir können diese Villa nur weiterempfehlen und sind uns sicher, dass, sicherlich auch, weitere Reisegruppen hier eine wunderschöne Zeit verbringen werden. - Da wir mit zwei Mietautos unterwegs waren, konnten wir die von uns gewählten Ziele (wunderschöne Buchten, Sassari, Alghero) sehr gut erreichen. Lediglich die Fahrtzeit sollte dabei beachtet werden. - Insgesamt geben wir der Villa 10 von 10 Sternen und sagen noch einmal "Grazie Mille"
