Esta casa de pueblo es de 2850 pies cuadrados con un amplio garaje para dos autos.
Se encuentra al lado de una unidad idéntica - también propiedad de nosotros. Ambos se pueden alquilar por un descuento y las unidades combinadas pueden dormir 32 en camas.
Esta casa individual tiene cinco dormitorios, 3 1/2 baños - y va a dormir 16 personas en camas. Está convenientemente ubicado en medio de los parques nacionales y estatales y se encuentra fácilmente a la salida de la I-15.

Construido a finales de 2014, esta propiedad está decorada profesionalmente y equipada con las comodidades necesarias para que su escapada sea agradable y relajante.

Zions Gate II se encuentra en medio de los parques nacionales y estatales más bellos de nuestro país, y está construido en un tranquilo vecindario con un amplio estacionamiento. Esta propiedad es un retiro de vacaciones privado y conveniente, a solo diez minutos a pie de la casa club del campo de golf Coral Canyon. Awesome house

This was an awesome place to stay. The kids loved the community swimming pool and there was plenty of room for our group. We couldn’t get the door to open when we first got there but the host was quick to respond to fix it.

Great place for a large group

I highly recommend this property. The bedding was very comfortable and the furnishings were also very nice and new. The owner and property were easy to work with and attentive to our needs. We stayed here over spring break so the community pool was very crowded but there is a rec center ten minutes away with an awesome pool and other activities. I would stay here again.

Great for a large group

We came down to golf and ran into much rain. This allowed us to stay in the condo more than expected and we certainly weren't disappointed. The house is large enough to accomodate the eight of us and we enjoyed the experience. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

Better than expected!

This beautiful home worked very well for our family reunion. It was better than we expected! It has plenty of rooms and comfortable beds for several families. Everything was clean and we were greeted with homemade cookies! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone staying in the St. George area.

Golf Destination

This is an ideal property for a group of golfers that want to get away from the north. The sleeping arrangements worked very well, the cooking facilities were great and all our needs were met. The owners (or their reps) were close at hand but there was never a need to contact them. Most importantly the golf in this area is terrific. Would recommend the property for couples or up to 8 men (or women) who want a golf destination.

rent both Karleen's neighboring homes for even more space!

I rented both of Karleen's neighboring homes plus another set of 2 neighboring homes down the street for my 60-person family reunion and it was a great experience. Karleen was quick to respond to emails, and was full of suggestions for local attractions, etc and was a pleasure to work with all around. I would recommend her homes to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay close to Zion. There aren't a lot of accommodations made for large groups but renting these 4 homes, plus getting together for pizza at Highland Park just down the road one evening, made for a terrific time.

What a great place! No complaints.

We have always had great experiences with VRBO, and this was no exception. The property was well appointed, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped. With 2 master suites it was perfect for 2 couples . . . and with 2-3 extra bedrooms would be great if each couple had a child or two. Beds were comfortable and showers/bathrooms were all you could ever want. We WILL definitely stay here again. Thanks Karleen for providing such a wonderful place for a few days away. If there were 10 stars . . . I'd be giving it a 10.

Great place for a family gathering

Our family members rented both of Karleen's side by side units for a long weekend extended family gathering. They were perfect for both adults and kids. Everything was ready, clean, and in top shape. They are very nicely furnished and decorated, and very comfortable. The kitchens are very well equipped. The beds are comfortable. There is a much needed new clubhouse swimming pool under construction that will make the amenities even better (the current one is small and was pretty crowded). It was close to a great golf course. There is plenty of convenient parking for multiple families. We've rented through VRBO several times and this is one we wouldn't have any problem returning to.

Everything we could have hoped for and more!

We had a wonderful time hosting our family Christmas party at this beautiful condo. It has everything we needed for preparing meals and plenty of space for our group. Upon arriving we realized that the remotes to the PS4 were missing the charging cords and so after notifying the onsite property manager we were delivered a brand new charging system for the remotes within a few hours. Several details that I really appreciated were the freshly baked cookies when we arrived, Christmas music playing on the TV and a very clean spacious condo. Everything was perfect....we will definitely be back!

Loved Loved Loved Our Stay in St. George

This is a wonderful townhouse in great location. We had a mini family reunion with 9 adults and 7 small children. All were comfortable in beds and one portable crib. The gourmet kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook for the everyone. There are many large screen TVs, wi-fi and games for the adults and kids. We also used the clubhouse heated pool and hot tub on numerous occasions. We also used the BBQ grill one day. This property is on a championship golf course and near national and state parks. We had one small issue the day we came and it was resolved within an hour. We will definitely use this home again if and when we come back to St. George.

Beautiful home in a great location

Our family loved our stay in this house during our Spring Break. We made a day trip in to Zion which was super easy and really enjoyed downtown St George only 15 minutes away. We also spent a day in Snow Canyon State Park which was gorgeous. It wasn't super warm during our stay so we didn't spend as much time outside as we would've liked and we did make one Pool Night but the water temperature was warmer than the air so it was a little tough for the adults but the kids all loved it. We had asked about having a camper stay on site and were told it would be OK if it fit in th driveway but the community specifically does not allow campers or trailers per the welcome letter we got and multiple posted signs. The driveway was also too shallow and slanted to have fit a camper if allowed so that was a little disappointing but we had mad alternate arrangements to park off site.

Top of the Line Everything

To say I'm a seasoned vacation home renter is an understatement. So take this to the bank when you read it: Best stocked houses yet. Not just what you need (pots, knives, coffee maker, beds) but the best stuff (kitchenaid pots, katuki fired knives, both drip and keurig coffee makers, tempurpedic or some other memory foam beds). Stocked with all the soaps for kitchen, laundry, and bath. The range fans emptied outside (not in your face). The grills are mainlined to the house's gas, so you never run out. 2x 50gal water heaters, so 10 people can shower and not get frozen out. Cooking essentials supplied (flour, sugar, spices, oil, coffee grounds/k-cups). Enough flat/silverware that you needn't run the dishwasher more than once/day, if that. Etc etc. Trust me, it's the quality of the stuff supplied that counts: knives that cut, pans that lay flat, beds that refresh, water that's hot, and enough relaxing furniture to go around. Stayed here for 2 weeks, also had the attached unit. Had about 10 people in each. Used it as a canyoneering base of operations for our rope-time in Zion. Back patio was good for drying wetsuits/rope, fireplaces inside were great for drying boots (mid-spring, outside wasn't hot enough that time of year for an overnight dry, though it is in the summer, I guarantee it). Also, had 2 balconies, which was handy for them in those rooms who wanted to dry their wetsuits when we filled up the backyard wall. Plenty of parking for the 3-7 cars we had. When we got there, we found the hot water was severely lacking, so we just cranked that up in the garage, and turned it back down when we left. If you follow our lead and do this yourself, be careful how high you set it - lest you jump in the shower and scald yourself. While I was hoping to find units closer to Zion (La Verkin, or closer), these units were a good 15 minutes closer than the rental houses in StG. Young units, but well stocked; if you have a large-ish group, the capacity and accommodations make up for the distance.

Perfect group getaway

This was the perfect spot for a big family getaway for the holidays. Everyone fit, and we had everything we needed. The community pool and hot tub were well heated in the cold months, so the kids spent time there everyday we were in southern Utah.
