Este estudio cuenta con un montón de espacio y está al otro lado de la piscina y sólo unos pocos pasos de la hermosa playa de Siesta. Conocido por su polvo de arena blanca playa y la brisa tropical. Temperatura promedio es de 70. Los dos grandes piscinas están climatizadas durante todo el año. Esta unidad tiene un colchón nuevo King 11/17 y una reina extraíble. Hay muchas canchas de tejo una pista de tenis y está cerca de todo. La playa cuenta con sillas de playa y pabellones cubiertos. Alquiler de barco también está disponible. Puestas de sol son tan bonita, con tonos de rosa y morado !!! Hay varios restaurantes que se encuentran a pocos pasos.

Wonderful stay!

I had such a great stay! The location was very accommodating and has everything you need. The beach is so close, which is great. Would definitely stay here again.

wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful time on our vacation to Siesta Keys. Our arrangements where we stayed were clean, updated, convenient to the beach, and easy to find. Hope to return in the near future and would stay here again.

Little condo at the beach

We enjoyed our time at the condo. For the price and location I dont believe you will find better in Siesta Key. Unfortunately the weather wasnt the best the week we were there, but thats nothing the owners could help. We definitely wanna come back and enjoy the condo and Siesta Key with the sun out!

They thought of everything!

My husband and I stayed Thursday thru Sunday, great location, clean and the owners were very helpful with all of our needs. Honestly they’ve thought of everything from sunblock to a crossword puzzle. I’d definitely rent again. 😊

Perfect Spot for a Week on the Beach!

My husband and I stayed here Easter week. It is a sweet little studio condo with everything you need for a comfortable and fun beach vacation. Right on the beach (you can’t see it from your condo, however), a few steps from the pool...it’s the perfect location. After a day of sunning and swimming, the condo has everything needed to throw together dinner and cocktails. And the comfortable bed will recharge you so you can do it all again the next day! Thanks, Tessa, for making this a vacation to remember!

What a Gem!

This was our first time to book through VRBO and what a great experience it was. Brian and Tessa's condo was perfect for my husband and I. Condo has everything you need for your stay in Siesta Key and is very homey. The beach is so beautiful and just steps from the condo. Just steps to paradise

You can’t beat the location of this cute property! While the beach is only steps away, please note that it takes many more steps to reach the water. Several conveniences such as grocery stores and restaurants are only a mile away. The condo is clean and includes all the necessities. The owners communicated honestly and clearly and were always available. We highly recommend!

Perfect Beach Location

Although my family has vacationed at Siesta Key in the past we have stayed at Crescent Arms. This summer it was only my husband and I and we didn't have quite a week to spend. We found this unit that rented nightly and it certainly fit the bill. Everything was beautifully maintained in the unit and the grounds! The beach is huge and never crowded. We did rent a beach umbrella but other than that everything was provided. Spent our days on the beach and then went to the local spots for seafood every night. It was a terrific vacation and the location of the unit to the pool and beach is fantastic!

Gorgeous beach and perfect condo for two

Had a wonderful time on our first visit to Siesta Key. The beach is incredible and so convenient to Sarasota. The charm of the SIesta Village just adds to a vacation atmosphere. This condo is super convenient and perfect for a couple. Comfortable bed, clean, and loved the palm tree decor.We had everything we needed: even beach chairs and towels, umbrella, and cooler for the beach! Owner was attentive and even allowed me to change dates due to a death in my family. There are great choices for restaurants all around and several Publix grocery stores nearby. Found some pretty shells near the "Point of Rocks". The sand is so white and cool on your feet. The water is calm and clear.Will definitely be returning!

Paradise

This is the perfect studio apartment for two on the gorgeous Siesta Key Beach. The condo was clean and safe. It's fully stocked for beach activities, which made my packing lighter. The décor is nice and the bed and couch were comfortable. Parking is right outside the unit and there's even a clothes line for drying suits and towels. They have also stocked the kitchen with some basics to make cooking convenient. The pool is nice and there is a volleyball net on the beach and shuffleboard near the pool. The owner was very easy to work with and readily available for any questions. There's not one thing I would change about the property!

Think We Found Our New Annual Vacation Spot!

Wife and I stayed with our two young daughters and had a blast! My daughters wanted to live there and didn't want to leave! Swimming pool literally just steps away from the door, beach with beautiful soft white sand is also just a short walk away! Tessa's customer service is top notch! she responded quickly to questions I had leading up to our stay, had beach and pool toy's for the kids, umbrella, chairs, beach towels, and cooler for the beach! We took advantage of the full sized fridge and the community gas grill which is also just steps away from the door! as well as the laundry area just a couple of doors down. The condo was nicely decorated and clean, has designated/reserved parking outside the door, which is also nice! Zero complaints and would definitely recommend! we just returned and can't wait to return! we plan on coming back very soon!

Perfect Condo unit in a Perfect Location in Siesta Keys

My boyfriend/I just returned from a 10-day vacation to Florida. We stayed at 3 different places, 2 hotels elsewhere and this VRBO condo in Siesta Keys. Our favorite of ALL 3 was this VRBO rental. It was PERFECT in every way! We couldn't have asked for anything better! Immediately as you enter the condo unit, you fall in love with it and are excited about the rest of your stay. The condo unit is well supplied with everything you can think of. Only thing we needed to buy was laundry supplies as we did take advantage of the laundry machine/dryer available in the complex. Of course it would've been better having it INSIDE the unit, but it didn't take away from our enjoyment of the condo unit itself! It is located just 3 doors down so very convenient and accepts quarters only which we managed to get at the grocery store during our trips! Kitchen/bathroom were well stocked. We are used to staying at VRBO rentals and this condo unit had all the basic supplies you needed. They supplied us with enough towels for everyday of our stay which was really nice since we love fresh towels. The A/C and fan in the room were excellent keeping us cool at all times. There was a local small grocery store about 5 minutes away that was very convenient for us. The downtown was nice with plenty of stores to shop for souvenirs and restaurants to dine at. It's a nice walk as well if you just want to get away from the condo and venture out. We ended up having ice cream there for dessert one evening after a walk in town! Having the #1 beach within 2 minutes walk from the condo was AWESOME! We enjoy our long walks on the beach and that was the highlight of our vacation was just having easy access to the beach and not having to drive to it. Thank you for making our trip to Siesta Keys memorable, we look forward to returning sooner than later!

Great location to the beach!

Have stayed in several different properties on Siesta Key Beach. This condo was spotless and the location to the beach is excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to beach.

The owners are very nice and quick to respond to issues. Had a ant issue and owner tried to have it taken care of quickly. It is nice for a four day stay but too small for a extended stay. The WiFi has intermittent connection. We had nothing urgent online so it was only a minor issue.

If you are looking for a getaway vacation at Siesta Key which is always 1 of the top rated Beaches in America with it's white soft sand I would highly recommend Casa Mar.The host Connie has everything u need for a special occasion and the place is clean and well kept up.Top notch all the way around
