Este estudio cuenta con un montón de espacio y está al otro lado de la piscina y sólo unos pocos pasos de la hermosa playa de Siesta. Conocido por su polvo de arena blanca playa y la brisa tropical. Temperatura promedio es de 70. Los dos grandes piscinas están climatizadas durante todo el año. Esta unidad tiene un colchón nuevo King 11/17 y una reina extraíble. Hay muchas canchas de tejo una pista de tenis y está cerca de todo. La playa cuenta con sillas de playa y pabellones cubiertos. Alquiler de barco también está disponible. Puestas de sol son tan bonita, con tonos de rosa y morado !!! Hay varios restaurantes que se encuentran a pocos pasos.

Great location to the beach!

Have stayed in several different properties on Siesta Key Beach. This condo was spotless and the location to the beach is excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to beach.

The owners are very nice and quick to respond to issues. Had a ant issue and owner tried to have it taken care of quickly. It is nice for a four day stay but too small for a extended stay. The WiFi has intermittent connection. We had nothing urgent online so it was only a minor issue.

Perfect Vacation on the Beach

Had a wonderful stay here. It was quiet, clean, and a perfect location to walk everywhere on the key. Owners were easy to reach and helpful with questions.

If you are looking for a getaway vacation at Siesta Key which is always 1 of the top rated Beaches in America with it's white soft sand I would highly recommend Casa Mar.The host Connie has everything u need for a special occasion and the place is clean and well kept up.Top notch all the way around

They thought of everything!

My husband and I stayed Thursday thru Sunday, great location, clean and the owners were very helpful with all of our needs. Honestly they’ve thought of everything from sunblock to a crossword puzzle. I’d definitely rent again. 😊

Cute place, so clean, and a great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Mar. great location on the beach, walkable to both the village and the captain Curt’s square area. I got lots of lunch food for the week. I loved that you could go out to 41 and be at Trader Joe’s to the north or Costco to the south within 10 minutes. Also near Costco is a Total Wine and Liquor shop. They have everything. One night we got Mellow Mushroom to go and the kids ate it on the beach. These a coupon for MM in the Taste magazine/flyer. It saved us $10. Also on Mondays they have large cheese pizzas for $10. I had rented a car so I’m not sure if they deliver to Siesta Key or not but I would guess so since it took me 6 minutes to get there. Connie was easy to reach and extremely attentive. I felt like she would have jumped through hoops for us if we needed. We didn’t need a thing because everything was perfect. She even had a cooler, towels, a noodle and pool float, beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use. The place is old Florida style, shuffleboard courts and all. There are two small pools, but everyone took turns and we always found a chair when we wanted and even though I’m fairly certain the place was 95% full, we always had room at the pool. The unit was great. It has everything you need for the kitchen, a huge comfortable bed, a beautiful bathroom with lots of high quality towels and TP. The laundry room was just about 5 doors down and it’s $1.50 for a load plus at least $1 to dry. Bring quarters or plan ahead. The office has them, but has limited hours and I asked 7 places in town and not one would give me quarters! Literally not one! The laundry room gets crowded and the regulars have favorite machines. I set my alarm and returned within 1 minute of my wash cycle ending and a lady was taking our things out. The washer next to ours was free but she was touching our stuff. It definitely felt weird, but she clearly had a favorite washer and she wanted to use it so I just kind of laughed and learned to come back 2 minutes before my load ended. My daughter and I stayed together and many of her classmates were down the beach with their families. The kids alternated between the public beach and the Casa Mar beach each day. They loved that our place was less than 100 steps to the beach so they could make lunch and use the bathroom every day. I met up with the parents at Jamaica Royale where they had rented tents and chairs for the week. We were there during spring break a

An incredible experience. Great location and set up.

I have to be honest I made a last minute reservation for labor day weekend and found this studio in Siesta Key. There were not a lot of pictures in the page but I read up on the location and saw a video someone had posted from 3 years ago and said to myself DO IT! When I walked in both my husband and I were very surprised at the design of the place, all the accessories in it (as we bought groceries and cooked in all weekend long) including a blender, and cooler, beach umbrella. The place was very clea , my husband who is a clean freak walked barefoot and told me, they cleaned this well..including below the bed. The proximity to the beach as well as the almost empty pool was a delight! We will come back in the future.

Great property

Let me start with the reason I gave this property four stars instead of five. Our neighbors directly next door, and the pool were both pretty loud. Each night it was loud until near midnight, and the final night we were there, we couldn't get to sleep until 1:30am, and had to be up at 5am. That being said, the property itself is very nice and well appointed. Connie was extremely helpful and attentive, and checked in on us to make sure things were going as well as possible. It is VERY close to the beach, as advertised, and the pool is right outside the door (which was one of the reasons for the noise). The noise isn't something that the owners can control, obviously, and it likely wouldn't be that way for others who stay here. I think we just happened to get unlucky with our stay. Thank you, Connie for being so responsive to my questions/requests.

Just steps to paradise

You can’t beat the location of this cute property! While the beach is only steps away, please note that it takes many more steps to reach the water. Several conveniences such as grocery stores and restaurants are only a mile away. The condo is clean and includes all the necessities. The owners communicated honestly and clearly and were always available. We highly recommend!

Love Siesta Key

Perfect location. Like new appliances, we’ll stocked with basic provisions, bed was very comfortable, response time by owner was good. Only minor negatives were furniture & paintings need updating & sheets were not of very good quality.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Once again we were completely happy with our stay. It was my husband's birthday and when I requested some surprise decorations, Tessa said no problem. We only had a couple of decent somewhat sunny days, but that deter us from enjoying the conveniences of our stay. We strolled the village, cooked in and watched movies. We have stayed here before and will continue to make this a regular annual trip. The beach access is unbelievable - seriously it is right out the back door and 3 steps up to the short patio walkway. It's also a great quiet area to fly a kite. Love, Love, Love it here. Thank you Tessa and Brian!

wonderful place to stay

This place has a wonderful layout. Right in the middle of everything. My condo was right next to the pool and only steps from the beach. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will do it again next year
