Located just 150 yards from Crescent beach, one side of this duplex offers a 2 bedroom and 1 bath villa, and is in the heart of the South Village, within steps of numerous restaurants, bars, shops, grocery store, drug store, and things to do!

Here you can enjoy a heated salt water neighborhood pool, private beach access, and your own personal beach gear to use!

The villa highlights a private fenced-in patio, private parking, and a fully equipped kitchen.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The beach was just a quick stroll away, and the home came stocked with all the gear needed for a perfect day by the water. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared with all the essentials. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and hassle-free. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone planning on visiting Siesta Key.

The place was immaculate! It was a great location, close to restaurants and stores. Very short walk to the beach and great refreshing pool will definitely stay again. Had everything we needed in the unit.

Excellent Location and Great Owner

Was only a short stay due to a hurricane but John was excellent with communication and was awesome to work with. We look forward to going back because the location was just a block away from the beach as well as several restaurants we look forward to trying!

Perfect little cottage! Close to the beach, restaurants, and nice pool. Cottage is well stocked and had great technology. We were very happy with the accommodations we needed. Would highly recommend!

Awesome location to beach

We enjoyed our stay! The location very easy access to beach and pool. Pool was never crowded and there was always plenty or room at the beach. Walking distance to several fun restaurants/bars. We will def come back!

Lovely and very clean!

I highly recommend staying here. The beach and pool are a very short, safe walk around the corner. This would be perfect for a girls trip! Everything was accurate in the owners description. If you’re looking for an updated, fun, clean place this is it!

The Villa was perfect for myself, wife, and two children. John was an excellent host and was very prompt in answering any questions I had. The property was clean, located in walking distance to beach, restaurants and stores, and had all supplies needed to enjoy the day at the beach. Will definitely visit again.

Location, Location, Location !

Perfect location walk able to the beach , pool , bars & restaurants. 7-11 located just across the street for coffee, morning paper or treats. Breakfast restaurant across the street as well as a Deli, Pizzeria & Irish pub / restaurant. Immaculate duplex with all new appliances , front porch & enclosed patio with washer dryer. Will stay again in a heart beat!

Clean and Comfortable

Property was very clean and spacious. We had plenty of room for 3 adults and an infant. Space for two small SUVs and outdoor seating to enjoy morning coffee. Property is right on the main drag, so there is noise from street traffic. The front bedroom can get a little warm, but if that bothers you, call dibs on the back bedroom. The beach gear was a huge plus and you cannot beat the proximity to the beach! We would totally stay here again!

Spring break

This property was perfect for our stay over spring break. It’s updated and very clean. The location is a short walk to the beach, pool, and several restaurants/shops. There is a trolley stop close by that takes you up to the north village. It is located on a busy street but the noise level quiets down late evening. The owner is very pleasant. We had a small problem accessing the keypad one day but John responded immediately. We definitely recommend staying here!

Great Stay

I really enjoyed staying at this place. It was very close to the beach (5 min walk) and restaurants, small markets, and 7-11. There was everything we needed - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, beach chairs, towels. John was also very communicative leading up to and throughout our stay. The only thing I would note is the house is off of a main road so it was a little noisy from the cars and somewhat disrupted my sleep. If you’re a light sleeper, then it might not be the right place for you. Otherwise, it was perfect and I would stay here again!

Fantastic Location & Communication

Perfect location, steps to everything: pool, beach, bars, restaurants, shopping, boat rentals, etc. You do not need a car as you are walking distance to everything the south village offers and can easily hop on the trolley to head to the north village or other areas of the Key. Incredibly convenient. Some of our favorites were: Toasted Mango, Big Water, Jake's and CB's. However, if you do have a car, it is quick access to the south bridge for exploring the surrounding area. The unit itself is very thoughtfully appointed with everything you need for a great beach vacation and John is an excellent communicator and just all over great and accommodating host. I would not hesitate to rent any of his properties and highly recommend!

Being on the South Village puts you in close proximity to the beach, pool, fishing, boating, sunsets and some of the most amazing seafood that the area has to offer. You can make your vacation as adventurous or as low key as your heart desires.

Being within 150 yards of the beach, and in the heart of the Village with many restaurants and shops, this property is the perfect location! The garden patio out of the back door is such a wonderful space for friends and guests. Grill out or go out as much as you like! Right across the street is Big Water Fish Market, Miguels, Tiki Bar, Toasted Mango Cafe, Captain Curt's, Davidson's Drugstore, a grocery store, and a bike rental list goes on and on! You don't need a car!
