Esta casa de vacaciones privada tiene capacidad para 6 personas. Ofrecemos dos habitaciones con una cama doble en cada habitación. Hay dos de la cama supletoria disponibles bajo petición. Una cocina completa está incluido y un comedor con capacidad para seis. Hay una amplia sala de estar, con chimenea eléctrica, sofá y varias sillas. Un baño completo está en el pasillo, con tamaño bañera / ducha completa. Se proporciona agua municipal, con un ablandador de agua. Una lavadora y secadora está disponible si es necesario para estancias más largas. La propiedad es pintoresco, con parcela privada, boscosa, sin vecinos cercanos. Relaxing weekend getaway

Clean, well-maintained property in a convenient location for exploring nearby wineries and craft breweries. We also enjoyed the outdoor space. Matthew and Gary were very responsive. Would stay again!

Nice place to stay

Overall this was a great place. Near the wineries and breweries, very clean, good communication with the host. Only negative was the mattresses. They were very uncomfortable.

Great place

Myself and 2 friends stayed here on a motorcycle weekend ride in the Finger Lakes. It was clean and well equipped. With no neighbors we felt like we weren’t going to disturb anyone if we had a fire or coming and going.

This is a great place. Very clean, plenty yard space, easy to access and in close distance to the town. Matthew was very attentive and provide us with everything we needed. Overall, it was a great experience.

Great stay

This property is exactly how it's described. The location is secluded and yet super convenient to restaurants, wineries and hikes, and is 10 minutes from downtown Geneva. They have a room filled with brochures which was really helpful. They were very kind and welcoming. I recommend staying here for the price, convenience and hospitality!

Perfect!

This was the perfect place for us to stay during our kids’ proposal weekend! Right on the wine trail, but also close to town. We loved being able to unwind in front of the bonfire at the end of the evening. The owner went out of his way to accommodate our need for an earlier check-in. The woodsy setting is very peaceful and the house had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

we booked thinking 4 of us was staying then we ended up with 6. It was fine for us. The place was centrally located to go to places on the lake. The best BBQ was within walking distance of the house. The owner's son met us there to go over everything. Very friendly and helpful. We seen deer in the yard everyday.

Better than promised

This place will not disappoint. Everything I needed was already there. The owners were fantastic. Our every need was met. Accommodated 6 comfortably. Close by to many things. Freak storm caused power outage. Owner was there in 5 minutes to provide lighting till the power came back on. My family is already looking forward to staying again next year. AA++ to Gary and Matthew.

Great location

My husband and I rented this property because my daughter was staying locally for a girls trip and needed us to keep our granddaughter but also needed to be able to pop in to feed her. Anyway, the location was awesome. Close to everything but still felt secluded. We could quickly get to stores and restaurants. There were tons of wineries and beautiful views. My husband said he felt like we were in a cabin in the woods somewhere. The home was clean which was our biggest concern because of the baby. She could easily sit on the floor and play. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive. My husband and I think we’ll go back just the two of us and explore the area a bit.

Convenient, clean and cozy

We needed a place near kashong point and this was wonderfully walkable! We biked and hiked a bunch too. The roll-a-way beds worked best for kids and allowed us to flex for 5 people. The kitchen was thoroughly and thoughtfully supplied and the living room and dining room were especially comfortable. Plenty of fans to make sure everyone was cool and comfortable too. Scent sensitive folks should plan for some windows-open time after unplugging the air fresheners. We found them initially overwhelming, but it didn’t take long to make that minor adjustment to suit our needs.

Comfortable and Clean

My family and I stayed for 3 nights while in town to participate in a race. The property was very well maintained and comfortable and overall we would stay again. Communication was excellent and the host was very helpful. A few small neutral issues were: The plug in air fresheners were overwhelming but we unplugged them and they were no longer an issue. We also could hear a good amount of traffic noise from the roadway and did hear the train during the night. Also I prefer a contactless check in during a stay, especially when arriving late at night like we did when I just want to get the kids into bed. We did have a good stay and it was a very affordable comfortably place to stay in this gorgeous area!

Excellent place to stay

This was a great place to stay. It was very clean. And the communication for everything involving this place was fantastic. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you for this experience as it was our first time renting a house instead of staying in a hotel.

Girls weekend

Location was everything it said. Very comfortable and clean. It was very hot out and the house was extremely comfortable. Plenty to do and see in close proximity... will Def do again.

Great private home in Finger Lakes

Owner was friendly and great to work with. House was clean, private, and well-equipped with linens, kitchenware, games, and books. Wi-Fi worked well. The property is close to Geneva, Penn Yan, Seneca Lake, and numerous wineries. Would recommend!

I was very familiar with this property and personally knew the people that have lived there. I have enjoyed meeting people from all over the world that have stayed at a previous VRBO property I owned. I decided to purchase this property and offer it as a more flexible and affordable option to people visiting the Finger Lakes area.
