Ideal para una visita de la antigua Roma. El apartamento 80 mq: 2 dormitorios, para 6 personas, salón con cocina (22 mq), baño, balcón, calefacción, ascensor, internet WI-FI, TV, aire acondicionado y con vistas de la Basílica de San Pedro se encuentra en el centro de Roma y está a sólo 100 metros de la Basílica de San Pedro. El apartamento está en el 4 piso y tiene ascensor. El apartamento está situado en una zona tranquila.
Todas las atracciones turísticas más importantes (San Pedro, los Museos del Vaticano, el Coliseo, Campo de 'Fiori, Plaza de España, la Fontana de Trevi, Plaza Navona, etc.), son fácilmente accesibles a pie o en autobús y metro.
El apartamento es ideal para aquellos que vienen a Roma en coche, ya que se encuentra en una calle privada donde se puede aparcar con facilidad y de forma gratuita. Above and Beyond!

The apartment was incredible! It was just as described and better! The location is perfect, close to transit, a 24 hour market, and as mentioned close to St. Peter’s and all the biggest and smallest (of which there are millions!) Rome sites! Well worth the price and a very safe neighborhood... We will definitely go back!

El alojamiento superagradable.

El alojamiento ha sido perfecto. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable y confortable. A un paso del Vaticano y de las paradas de bus que te llevan a cualquier parte de la ciudad. Tanto Emidio como Cristina son un encanto y te dan toda clase de explicaciones. La ropa de cama y las toallas están limpísimas y en la cocina tiene todo lo necesario. Se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo que quiera visitar Roma. Nos llevamos un buen recuerdo y como tiramos las monedas en la fontana de Trevi, seguro que volveremos. Hasta pronto.

Отличная квартира

Отличное месторасположение, оформление апартаментов, чисто, уютно. До основных достопримечательностей рукой подать. Супермаркет в 3-х минутах ходьбы. Хозяин очень приветливый, готов помочь с рекомендациями. Планируем в ближайшее время приехать туда снова на подольше.

Fabulous place to stay!

Our family was in Italy visiting our child in the Military who is stationed near Venice. We drove to Rome and stayed for 3 nights. It was a wonderful "home away from home"!! Walking distance to Vatican City and many other sights close by! Emidio is a wonderful host! He gave us a tour of the closest places to buy groceries, eat dinner, get gelato, and provided a bus and train schedule with times, etc. It was extremely clean, comfortable and has wifi (which the children loved) We would certainly recommend this rental to our friends, family and anyone who looks for a place to stay in Rome. Thank you, Emidio!!

Prestation de haute qualité

L'appartement est propre et de tout confort. Il se trouve proche de tout commerce et des transports ainsi que de la place Saint Pierre. Alles war super!

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Appartement war in einem top sauberen Zustand, Lage und Umgebung waren ebenfalls super. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich direkt wohl gefühlt. Ich kann diese Adresse nur weiter empfehlen.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft

Von der Schlüsselübergabe angefangen bis zur Abreise - alles total nett. Das Appartment ist sehr gemütlich und sauber. Gute Lage. Alles was man Braucht in der Nähe. Sehr freundlich und netter Vermieter. Einwandfreie Kommunikation und unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. War während des Aufenthalt immer erreichbar.

Optimale Lage

Die Wohnung ist super schön eingerichtet, sauber und sehr gemütlich. Wir wurden super nett empfangen haben ganz tolle Restauranttipps bekommen und uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

EXZELLENTE AUSSTATTUNG UND BETREUUNG

Sehr geräumige Wohnung und gut ausgestattet: die Betten sind gemütlich und das Wohnzimmer ist groß und nett eingerichtet. Die Lage von der Wohnung ist super. Man erreicht alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß und man hat viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Bei unserem Gastgeber hat alles gepasst: dort zeigte er alles und gab uns auch Hinweise für schöne Locations. Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden und würden gerne wieder nutzen wollen.

A wonderful week in Rome

My wife and I traveled to Rome to celebrate our 10th year anniversary and we are so glad to be hosted by Emidio in his delightful apartment. TOLLE WOHNUNG IN HERRLICHER LAGE

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, eine tolle Lage mit direkten Blick zum Petersdom. Emidio kümmert sich liebevoll um alles: er hat uns einen Menge Tipps und Tricks gegeben und eine super kleine Gaststätte nicht weit von ihm gezeigt. Wir kommen wieder!

ELEGANT APARTMENT NEAR THE VATICAN

That a beautiful apartment in Rome! It is spacious, exceptionally clean, artistically decorated and very comfortable. We loved the gorgeous marble floors and the small terrace with a view of dome of St. Peter's Basilica. Emidio (the owner) was very helpful when we were inquiring about it and also very accommodating when we were there. He even helped to arrange for a taxi to the train station on our last day. The apartment is in a great location near both the bus and train stops, easy walking to a large grocery store and right below are restaurants, cafes, bakeries and a quick walk to the Vatican grounds. Emidio showed us the bus and metro stops and recommended that we get a pass for these which worked out very well. We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Rome and highly recommend this special apartment!

EIN SEHR SCHÖNE UND SAUBERE FERIENWOHNUNG

Die Ferienwohnung ist im Top-Zustand. Sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Wir hatten einen tollen Rom-Aufenthalt. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Hat uns vieler gezeigt (Supermarkt usw.). Wir kommen wieder. Und die Lage ist natürlich auch super. Blick auf die Peterskuppel. Besser geht es nicht. Danke.

Très bien situé et très propre

L’appartement est très bien situé tout près du Vatican. Les commerces et les transports en commun sont également proches. Nous avons apprécié la propreté du logement et l'accueil du propriétaire: nous avons été très bien accueillis (avec tous les renseignements utiles à notre séjour) malgré un retard important de notre avion.
