The apartment was squeaky clean! It is furnished as if you are living at home! The decor is exceptional! Beatiful view and fantastic location! We have rented at least 40 vacation rentals in our travels over the years. As far as overall condition, furnishings, decor, and location, it's the best we've ever rented. If I could give it 10 stars, I would!

She is an excellent communicator and got back to us very promptly ensuring our needs were met. As an aside, the traffic noise is somewhat relentless for those who have sensitive hearing at night time.

Beautiful Apartment

The location, building, and space were beautiful. There is no air conditioning and it was a bit hot in the apartment given the time of year, but we didn't spend a ton of time in the apartment during the day. It wasn't an issue for us, but it may be for others. Otherwise, we highly recommend this apartment. It was a great home base to explore Lima. The host was responsive and gracious. We enjoyed the apartment and felt safe.

Peruvian Vacation Dream come True

This place was amazing! The apartment was cozy, clean and super comfortable. I brought our 3 and 7yr old and they had a blast. The balcony had a magnificent view of the area/ beach and it is just a few blocks away from the main square (restaurants, movie theater, running trail, grocery store, etc). We loved this place and the owner, Annette, was super helpful. She was always responsive, and willing to answer any questions. She helped me through the rescheduling of my trip. I can't say enough great things about this experience. Please enjoy this wonderful place. You won't regret it. Thank you, Annette. You are an amazing person. Can't thank you enough. Thank you for taking care of my family, like they were your own.

My family and I (husband and college age kids) stayed at this property June 2026. I can not say how impressed I was with the owner, Annette. She was extremely communicative throughout the entire process, even when we arrived in the middle of the night and needed a different code for the property. She texted me within minutes and resolved the issue. Our family traveled to Machu Picchu during this stay, and Annette was extremely helpful with securing tickets and giving advice that was priceless. FYI you need tickets for this far in advance. She was able to put us in touch with the right people and thankfully everything worked out! The property itself is exactly as pictured. Very clean with a beautiful view in a extremely safe building with a 24 hr manned door. You are a 5-7 min walk to a very popular area in Miraflores with restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this property!

Dear Melissa, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a wonderful and detailed review! It was an absolute pleasure hosting you and your family in Miraflores. I am so glad I could help resolve the check-in code quickly for you, even in the middle of the night—making sure my guests feel supported from the moment they arrive is always a top priority. I’m also thrilled that the Machu Picchu logistics worked out seamlessly for you all! It really is a magical destination, but as you mentioned, navigating those tickets can be tricky, so I'm incredibly happy my advice and connections helped make it a success. It’s great to hear that you enjoyed the apartment's views, cleanliness, and central location. You and your family are welcome back anytime! Warm regards, Annette
