plancha y tabla de planchar.
Los precios dependen de la temporada y el número de invitados, los precios indicados son para un máximo de 4 personas. Our family of four had a delightful and immersive experience in this Cefalù property, right near the duomo (center square). Our host was kind, responsive and incredibly helpful as he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The apartment was in a quiet cul de sac with easy walking access to incredible restaurants, shops, stores and the beach. We parked in the port for free and paid eight Euros to get a ride on a golf cart into the square with our luggage. We enjoyed cooking breakfast on most mornings as the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. We appreciated the AC units in all of the rooms and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Cefalù!

Return to the home country

My family came to the United States from Cefalù. It was very emotional for me to be there. The property is incredibly near cathedral. I could not ask for a better location.

Ideal cefalu stay

My family and I felt so at home in Patricia’s colorful creative house. Our location to duomo was ideal for all adventures around cefalu, to restaurants, beaches, shops, and hikes! Patricia was the perfect welcoming, supportive host!

The best accomodation

Our group of 7 really enjoyed staying at Patrizia's home. The location of the property is great ..very central, yet quiet . It is a 7 min walk to the beautiful sandy beach with blue crystal water. Also, there is. 5 min walk to the start of the hike of La Rocca ( which i highly recommend as there is an amazing view of Cefalu, the sea and surroundings) Lots of shops and great restaurants in walking distance and the Cathedral is just around the corner. The house is a typical italian house ( which is just beautiful), with air conditioning, comfortable beds, washing machine ,microwave and everything a family needs. The bonus is the patio where we enjoyed a cold drink in the evening.. The house is so much more beautiful than shown in the pictures. The neighborhood is completely safe . Patrizia is an amazing host....she went above and beyond to make sure we enjoy our vacation. We arrived late at night and Patrizia found a great restaurant which was open until 3 am and she waited for us and explained us all about the house. Did I mention that there was wine, water ,juice in the fridge for us? Also, we were with a 5 years old boy who loved the sand toys Patrizia had at the house....and beach umbrellas and chairs were so helpful. I highly recommend Patrizia's house and getting to know Patrizia is definitely an unique, beautiful experience. We will definitely come back to Patrizia's great house in beautiful Cefalu .

A week in Cefalu

We had a wonderful time in Cefalu with our family. Our host, Patrizia, was welcoming and helpful. Our accommodations were comfortable and quiet and the location was perfect. The area was central to absolutely everything including the wonderful bakery right around the corner by the duomo and the many shops and restaurants. We climbed La Rocca, took the train to Palermo and had a fabulous tour of the Aeolian Islands. The beach was so beautiful and convenient also. Cefalu in May was a dream.

Schönes Haus in der Altstadt

Für uns vier war viel Platz in dem schönen Altstadthaus in ruhiger Innenhoflage. Wir haben die kurzen Fußweg sowohl vom Bahnhof als auch zum Strand, zum Bummeln und zu Restaurants sehr geschätzt. Patrizia war sehr hilfsbereit und ansprechbar. Das fehlende WiFi hat nur unsere Teenies gestört. Die Eltern waren rundum zufrieden!

bella posizione, centrale, proprio dietro al duomo. eravamo 9 ragazze e l'appartamento sviluppato in più piani è stato comunque comodo. ottima accoglienza con anche vino e frutta. appartamento servito di tanti confort per la spiaggia come gonfiabili, sedie, ombrelloni e eventualmente giochi per bambini.

Wonderful!

I stayed here with my husband and two small children (3 and 4 years old) for 5 nights in July 2022. The house fit our needs perfectly. The location is fantastic-- a short walk to the beach, right around the corner from the Cathedral, and a short hike to the park entrance for hiking La Rocca. Our host, Patrizia, was so sweet and accommodating and responded to our every need. Early check-in/late check-out was incredibly generous. We also greatly appreciated the beach umbrellas, beach towels, and sand toys for the kids-- so convenient! The AC worked perfectly and the beds were very comfortable. Overall we loved our time in Cefalù and can't wait to come back! :)

Amazing gem in Cefalu

We loved our accommodations. The location was central and walkable to the beach, the Duomo, as well as shops and restaurants. The home was spacious, clean and felt very Italian. Would definitely stay here again.

cozy place in heart of the City

The place was cozy & clean, Patrizia the host was very forthcoming and no problems with any communication. The terrace is very handy and the housing is just one block from Cefalu main square and 3 mins to the beach.

Lovely place in beautiful Céfalu

Very nice place, in beautiful Céfalu. The apartment is very central located, close to the Duomo. In few minutes you reach the beach, there is plenty of choice of restaurants. Breakfast you can get every morning fresh from the bakery just outside the apartment. The flat is located in an inner court, your neighbors are all locals which gives your stay a very authentic touch. In the house all essential things are provided to make you have a perfect stay. The house is kept very clean and is maintained well. Patrizia, the owner, and her husband offer you all the help and advice you could need and Patrizia contacts you already early in advance to find out what you need. We really liked staying in this beautiful place and recommend it to anyone, looking for a central location in the beautiful Céfalu. Thanks a lot for the nice welcome and perfect stay, Patrizia!

Cefalu in summer

This was our second trip to Cefalu in the last 3 years. We chose Patrizia's apt because of the location and it did not disappoint. One via from the Duomo, yet tucked away on a private viccolo and court yard. Fantastic location. Only one hiccup...was probably the hottest summer in 50 years in Sicily. The air conditioner malfunctioned and we did not have air conditioning. Patrizia did every thing she could to remedy the problem..from having technicians out 3 times, buying two mobile air coolers and a promise to refund the daily charge for the air conditioning. She could not have done more, except maybe personnally fanning us herself !!! It was difficult but we still love Cefalu.

Maison dans la vieille ville au calme

Nous avons été très bien accueillie par Patrizia dans cette maison en plein coeur de la vieille ville, à deux pas du duomo. Ç' est une maison sur trois niveaux avec une terrasse pour les petits déjeuners et dîners. La maison est très propre et bien équipée avec des petites attentions de la part de Patrizia. A recommander pour celles et ceux qui veulent bénéficier de la ville et d'un accès à la plage proche.

Simply a perfect host and a very comfortable flat

We have been a family of 6 adults and 2 children and even for such big group the flat is definetly large enough. It has everything what is necessary for a short stay and has been very clean. On top we have received a very warm welcome and our host has been ready to help us with and kind of question. We would definetly enjoy to return once.

Masser af plads og hygge midt i Cefalú

Dejlig bolig midt i hjertet af Cefalú. Hvis man ikke er bange for lidt trapper er her masser af plads med tre soveværelser og dejligt opholdsrum. Terrassen bliver hurtigt omdrejningspunkt for feriens måltider. Patrizia er altid disponibel og meget venlig. Vi kan kun anbefale denne perle som udgangspunkt for en ferie med strand og by på samme tid.

Prachtige locatie, alles wat je nodig hebt is op loopafstand te vinden. Patrizia is een geweldig lieve gastvrouw en zeer attent, je voelt je meer dan welkom! Echt een aanrader voor iedereen die niet tussen de massa's toeristen wil verblijven, maar het Siciliaanse leven écht wil beleven!

Really central flat, quiet and ample space

We had a really nice time in this flat. We were two adults and four children and Patrizia went out of her way to accommodate this in terms of sleeping arrangements and was very helpful in general. Great communication all round! We enjoyed having dinners on the terrace. Afterwards the kids ran out for ice cream at nearby gelaterias. In the morning we picked up freshly baked bread from the baker’s around the corner. We also really enjoyed getting a taste of authentic Cefalù life as the flat is situated in a courtyard alongside other residences with regular Italians :-). You can easily get to the beach as well. All in all we highly recommend this flat if you’re up for an authentic experience right in the centre of Cefalù.

Beautiful home

We loved this home. Plenty of room for six of us and very comfortable. The location was perfect. We were close to everything. We were here for a wedding in which the various events were scattered all over the town and we felt very centrally located. All the amenities we needed were included and the host could not be more accommodating. Anything we needed she was able to help us with. The best part was the 2 minute walk to th Plaza every morning to have coffee and breakfast. I highly recommend this house for your stay in Cefalù

Sizilianische Lebensart pur in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Cefalú und eine professionelle, unkomplizierte und vor allem sehr herzliche Betreuung durch die Vermieterin. Freuen Sie sich auf ein süßes Ferienhaus in einem bezaubernden Hinterhof, der Sie mitten im Alltag der Einwohnen aufnimmt und ein erholsames Plätzchen mit allem Notwendigen nach den spannenden Entdeckungstouren rund um Cefalú bietet. Die Eigentümerin steht zu jeder Zeit freundlich und herzlich zur Verfügung. Die Kommunikation läuft problemlos in englisch :) Sehr empfehlenswert und sehr gerne wieder!

Fantastic place in a Fantastic city!

This beautiful appartment right in the middle of the city gives value for money. Fully equipped, three bedrooms, small but functional kitchen, two bathrooms and a terrass in the garden. Couldn’t be better. The surroundings with the Dome and old, narrow alleys, close to both shops, restaurants and the beach will fill Your schedule. Palermo is leds than one hour away and the coast and mountains is just around the corner. The owner is a very charming lady who speaks very good english.

Patrizia ist eine offene herzliche Frau, die uns am vereinbarten Treffpunkt zu ihrem Haus in der Altstadt von Cefalú führte. Das Haus entsprach dem Beschrieb der Fewo-Plattform, war sauber und voll ausgerüstet mit allem was man so in den Ferien braucht. Der Einstieg in den Ferienanfang wurde uns leicht gemacht, denn auf dem Tisch war einer Schale voller Früchte und im Kühlschrank war der Sekt bereits kühl gestellt. Die beiden Frauen wurden ausserdem mit einem kleinen Sizilianischen Geschenk begrüsst. Wir fühlten uns in den 2 Wochen sehr wohl und haben auch etwas sizilianischen Alltag miterlebt, da das von uns bewohnte Haus mit anderen Häusern einen Hof bildet. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus gerne weiter. Was immer hervorragend klappte war die Kommunikation Etwas mühsam war die Zahlungsabwicklung, da Patrizia nicht über Fewo abrechnet - dies jedoch nicht klar ersichtlich ist (seitens FeWo)

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Comprar casas en Cefalu fue la realización de una de nuestras sueño Hemos estado tratando durante años una verdadera "casa" y no sólo un punto de partida para salir al mar. Estábamos interesados principalmente en una casa para vivir todo el año. Este es el hogar perfecto: amplio y cómodo, con una hermosa terraza para disfrutar en todo estaciones. Es agradable playa fuera de temporada para disfrutar de los ritmos tranquilos de Cefalù, tan diferentes de la animada verano. Siempre que los compromisos de trabajo le permiten venir aquí para recargar nuestra energía, nos encanta el buceo y kayak, footing y hermosos paseos por el paseo marítimo ... fuera de temporada son experiencias increíbles. Alquilamos esta casa porque me parece importante compartir estas experiencias con las de unas vacaciones en busca de algo mejor que el "hit and run" o simplemente un "pied a terre"
