En el extremo occidental de nuestra pintoresca ciudad costera se encuentra Southern Serenity Cottage, un hogar perfecto para una gran familia o grupo de escapadas para parejas. La arquitectura inspirada en las Indias Occidentales es el estilo por excelencia de Rosemary Beach, y su cómodo interior te hará sentir como en casa.

El primer piso cuenta con el dormitorio, que incluye una habitación con cama King y la segunda habitación con cama Queen unidas por un baño completo Jack and Jill. El dormitorio principal tiene una cómoda cama King y su propio baño privado con bañera de hidromasaje, encimeras de granito y vestidor. Cada una de las habitaciones tiene su propio televisor de pantalla plana que incluye un desván cerrado en el tercer piso con baño privado y dos camas individuales, perfectas para los niños y para contar historias hasta tarde.

El piso principal del segundo piso cuenta con un plano de planta abierto, techos abovedados y múltiples balcones privados, lo que lo convierte en un espacio fácil para entretener a muchos invitados. Mire su juego favorito en el televisor de pantalla plana de gran tamaño con sonido envolvente, anidado junto a la chimenea, o póngase cómodo en la mesa de juego mientras prueba el ajedrez. Tanto Cabana Pool como Barbados Pool están a poca distancia a pie, así como boutiques locales, deliciosos restaurantes y nuestras hermosas playas. Encontrará sillas de playa, tablas de surf, juguetes de playa y flotadores para niños, convenientemente ubicados en el garaje para su uso también. ¿Prefieres quedarte en? No hay problema. Relájese en su propia piscina privada con terraza con sillas, parrilla y área para comer al aire libre. Sweet Southern Serenity - un dulce hogar lejos de casa.

We recently stayed in the house for a friends weekend and had the most wonderful experience. The house is so well appointed and in the best location in Rosemary. Contact with the management company was thorough and follow up on any questions we had was quick and helpful. My only constructive feedback would be the pool deck could be better equipped as there was no place to lounge.

FL Spring Break

We stayed in Southern Serenity cottage during Spring Break this year. We loved the location and the layout of the home was really nice. It suited our family very well and we could walk to everything. The living room setup was outstanding. We experienced a few issues as the back door handle was completely off upon arrival and a locksmith switched it out for one of the upstairs door locks we didn't use as much. It was pretty inconvenient since we had paid to heat the pool, but couldn't use the back door with the pool alarm going off as a result. All in all, a positive experience though and we'd go back again.

Perfect location!

We loved staying here. The only issue was the bunk room is. It exactly what is stated on line. Irs kind of like an attic and the beds aren’t even regular length, so unless you’re a little kid, it’s hard to sleep comfortably. There is also no bathroom. So we didn’t even end up using that room. The cleanliness of the house was good, perfect location, and pretty! It’s not stalked well so you will have to bring EVERYTHING . All in all, a great stay!

A Perfect Stay

We stayed at this property for my bachelorette party and it was perfect! The house was beautiful, fully stocked with everything we needed and in the best location. Easy walk to the beach and all of the great restaurants and shops in both Rosemary and Alys Beach. The communication from booking through departure was fantastic and I truly cannot recommend this property enough.

Enjoyable & Comfortable Stay, Amazing Location!

Overall a great experience for our family which included 5 adults & two babies (18 months and 5 months). The house very comfortable and in an amazing location (walkable to everything). It was cozy and had an open/airy feeling in the living room. My only small complaints are that the toilet paper, paper towels & bath towels are all very cheap feeling. As another review stated, if you have small toddlers - there are a lot of stairs in this house which was a constant worry for us. I rented baby gates but they weren't wide enough as all the stairways were super wide- so just a warning for families with little ones! I'd highly recommend this house and would totally stay here again. Management company did a great job communicating. We will be back to this beautiful place soon!

Both king mattresses probably need to be replaced, but were fairly comfortable. The biggest stressor was keeping up with the 3 beach passes; I miss the old 4 digit code system to access the beach walkover gates. There is picture hanging hardware on the wall over the bed in the main king room, but no picture or art. What happened to that piece? You might want to get the exterminator in there as we saw a couple of big roaches. The Sonos system is dificult since I was not able to play my own music on it. In general, we really liked this house and would go there again

Good Trip

Reviewer Comments: We had a decent stay at this rental, but it was our least favorite house we've stayed at in 30A - it's good but it's not great (and when paying Rosemary prices, I'm looking for great). We probably would not choose to stay at this one again but had a good trip overall. Location: it is super close to the beach and the town square, which is awesome! There is not a lot of privacy, though, as the front overlooks a busy walking street and there are like 6 houses that have balconies overlooking the backyard. -House itself: layout was great (bedrooms on ground floor, living space/kitchen on second, bunk room on third) but the house is very loud and you can hear everybody's movement. The appliances are mediocre (notable compared to luxury appliances in other rentals in Rosemary). Beds are very comfortable and there are ceiling fans in all the downstairs bedrooms. Living area space is nice and spacious and, if you have young kids, there is room to easily move the coffee table to the side to create a nice play space. Pool is fantastic - gets good shade and sun, fun size, nice depth, etc. Biggest annoyance is that there is no comfortable outdoor furniture - it's all hard, wooden uncomfortable furniture. Why no comfortable pool loungers? There's a huge beautiful covered deck off the second story of the house and there are just two hard wooden chairs on it - such a missed opportunity for a comfortable, cozy outdoor lounge space. Management company is great - super responsive and easy to communicate with.

The home was clean, beds & pillows were all very high quality! 2 blocks from the beautiful private beach and centrally located between restaurants and shops! Perfect private home pool too! Could use a few throw blankets, better storage in bunk room along with ceiling fan & loungers by the pool (just a few suggestions) but extremely Happy with our stay. Loved having the 4 bikes and it’s a magical community. Bonus to have the ice maker and kitchen is nicely stocked!! Management company was very quick to respond with any questions we had and very friendly!! Vacay was 10/10. Definitely will come back!!

Reviewer Comments: The home is in a great location in Rosemary beach. very close walk to shopping, restaurants, beach and community pool which was very beautiful and clean. The house had enough amenities to make it work out. We cooked most meals at home. The 3rd floor was warm and they came to install a separate AC in the top floor.We had a small party so we all stayed in the ground floor bedroom suits. The floors were dirty (dusty) when we arrived to the point my wife bought a wet mop and cleaned the place on day 1. But aside from that we were pretty happy. Make sure you read the instructions on how to use the TV, they actually came out and walked us through it. The management team was very good and quick. I have no complaints about them. You will love the location. There was a great farmers market just a few feet from the home on sunday AM and that is very convenient for stocking up. There are several Publix grocery a few min drive away. The beach was not too crowed. So overall, this is a great community to stay and the house was just fine. We loved Pescado's restaurant but make reservations early. Bikes are nice, we had to rent 2 more to fill our needs. We did not bike alot but it was helpful -------
