Nuestra propiedad es una casa moderna de estilo suroeste en 1. 7 acres en la subdivisión de Tonto Hills. Ofrece una gran vista de 360 grados del adyacente Bosque Nacional de Tonto, las montañas circundantes y el "valle del sol". A una altura de aproximadamente 2400 pies sobre el suelo del valle, los máximos diurnos son 5-7 más fríos que el valle y existe la rara capa de nieve que desaparece antes del mediodía, ¡en invierno!

La casa principal de 2700 pies cuadrados tiene 2 baños completos, tres dormitorios y una gran oficina que se convierte fácilmente en un cuarto dormitorio. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king. Las otras dos habitaciones tienen reinas y la oficina tiene una cama de día que se convierte en dos gemelos. La casa de la piscina de 564 pies cuadrados tiene otro baño completo, dos camas individuales y a solo unos pasos de la piscina y el spa. Toda el área de la piscina / casa de la piscina está rodeada por una cerca de seguridad de 5 pies de altura. Hay 3 patios espaciosos y cómodos cubiertos de losa enmarcados con columnas de piedra Castle Rock importadas y techos con vigas de madera a la vista. My wife and I had such a wonderful time at this beautiful home! Jeff was an excellent and welcoming host, and always kept us informed and provided very useful tips. We especially loved that we could share the experience with our 3 pups. The enclosed front yard, backyard, and pool area were perfect sizes for them to roam, although we always made sure to accompany them to ensure their safety. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the fresh eggs were such a treat! Walking to the enclosed pool and pool house area felt like a little adventure. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and the memories we’ve made here. Highly recommend!!!

Great trip to Cave Creek

Home was just as advertised. It was just my wife and I. Our host, Jeff, was fantastic. Very responsive to any questions we had during our visit and was genuinely interested in us having an enjoyable stay. We really had a great time and absolutely enjoyed our time in his wonderful home! Great Escape

This was the perfect place in the mountains for an escape yet close enough to fun city stuff. Enjoyed the close trails, neighborhood wine bar, and the views from the pool and hot tub! Highly recommend.

Bike Week

Jeff was incredible with communication before and during the entire stay! Emails and texts were very helpful making sure I had what I needed for check in. We didn’t utilize the pool/hot tub, but they looked great. Place is big and beautiful! Will definitely try to book again if/when I’m back!!

Great property, great host

The house and surroundings are excellent. Very clean and plenty of sleeping space - the two kids used the trundle bed in the study. The pool and hot tub were fun and the views were very nice. Jeff was a great host - communicative before our stay and readily available and helpful with a minor issue with the pool heater that was quickly resolved.Highly recommended!

Heaven in Tonto Hills

Being very familiar with the area we were still amazed at the location of this home and the mountain views in every direction. It is only a 15 minute drive to everything one could need, including shopping and dining.This beautiful welcoming home is situated on a huge lot in a very quiet neighbourhood, providing a perfect place to let our dog wander on the fenced property as well as going for peaceful daily walks. Wildlife sightings were an everyday occurrence - we saw javelinas, mule deer, coyotes, and cottontails, as well as a wide range of bird species.The pool house and pool and hot tub were a definite bonus, with an unbelievable stone walkway/bridge connecting them to the house. The house is spacious and well designed with plenty of room for everyone, and the amenities that were provided were very generous. The kitchen is well equipped and It was nice to find a pantry that had all of the basics.Jeff the host was very accommodating with meeting all of our needs and wants, and communication was excellent.If we are in the area again we would definitely return to this property.

Great Stay

House is beautiful and family friendly. Great pool and hot tub. Nice to be able to have adult kids stay in pool house and spread out a little. Owners have thought of everything. So nice to not have to run to store for spices or basics! Amazing views in Tonto Hills. Close to multiple trails but even just walking and biking in the subdivision is great. Would definitely recommend for those who want to get away. You can be to a grocery store in 10-15 mins, only 40 mins to airport. Great home base for those who want a quieter alternative. Loved it.

Beautiful vacation spot

We had a fantastic stay. The house and pool are beautiful, and we loved the location. There are even hikes walking distance or a short drive away. I hope to come back and stay here again!

fantastic vista

the property was wonderful with an amazing 300 degree vista. The owner was very solicitous and everything from pool to appliances worked fine. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor fireplace was a nice extra. The only caution for interior design sticklers is that the decor and furniture is a bit hodge podge and could use a little TLC. I would definitely return.

If you’re looking for quiet and privacy, this property can’t be beat!

House is in a wonderful location, very peaceful with plenty of wildlife to see. We saw different types of birds (including bats and an owl), rabbits, lizards, etc. The house had everything we needed for a weeks stay, and we hope to come back in the future! 😎

Host provides everything you need

We enjoyed our stay at this property, especially the swimming pool, ping-pong table. Location is very private. High-end home is well set- up for guests with everything you might need. Host is very reachable and helpful.

Felt like home away from home

Our family loved our stay at this property. The house is beautiful and fully equipped with anything you could have needed. It truly made you feel like you were at home. The property is equally beautiful. Very private and peaceful. Great views and all you could hear were birds chirping. We loved it and would definitely stay there again if returning to the area. Nice getaway location

We had a great family stay, 3 couples. The house was very comfortable and spacious and the pool area was great, just wished the weather had bit a bit warmer. The house could use a few updates, but these were minor. Loved the Raven's View wine bar, glad we brought in a chef for our special birthday dinner as this location is a bit remote, but that is also what makes it so peaceful!

Perfect!

We had such a great time at this beautiful home! Perfect amount of bedrooms and bathrooms for our 3 families to stay. We visited the area for my niece's wedding and my cousins birthday. It was so relaxing, very well stocked kitchen, gorgeous scenery and very quiet location. We could not have asked for a better experience! Jeff the host, is the nicest and called to check on us to see if we needed anything! Very beautiful location in Cave Creek. The perfect high desert experience!

Beautiful Property

We stayed at Jeff’s house for Christmas. The property is every bit as good as the listing shows, and even better. This was one of the better stocked kitchens that I have seen. The sunrises were beautiful and easily watched from the comfy large recliner. A very well appointed house. We would definitely stay here again.

I grew up in Maryland and moved west in 1971 -- Colorado first, then New Mexico, and finally on to Arizona. I met my wife in California and moved her from the Bay Area to the Navajo reservation when I was the CEO of the hospital in Ganado. ..ain't love grand! We now live in Flagstaff. Cave Creek is our second/winter home, but we are happy to share. It was halfway between our two sons when one at the University of Arizona in Tucson and the other at Northern Arizona University (NAU) in Flagstaff. I have retired but, my wife is still teaching at NAU.

Why not!!?? We bought it because of the quiet location, great views, and proximity to every kind of outdoor activity (I'm an aging rock climber) as well as all the Phoenix events.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This home has approximately 1,500 SF of outdoor flagstone patios and walkways. The back patio has a view of the mountains around the region. It also has a bee-hive fireplace. The pool and spa and pool house are located on the west side of the arroyo that runs thru the property to take full advantage of the view south. they are accessed from the main house via a unique concrete/stone bridge over a wash. The thick walls and tile floors keep the house cool -- along with the a/c. Southwest landscaping complements both the front and back patios. The swing on the front patio is a perfect place to read.

The development/ immediate area is a great place to run, hike, bike ride or walk alone or with your best friend.
Because of our homes 2450' elevation, the average monthly high and low temperatures are typically 5-7 degrees lower than Phoenix.
