Traiga a toda la familia o 30 amigos y alójese en 1003 Ariola Drive. Esta casa ofrece 11 habitaciones, 8. 5 baños, piscina privada (se puede calentar por solo $ 45 más impuestos por día) y fácil acceso a las hermosas arenas blancas como el azúcar de Pensacola Beach.

El acceso a la playa está a solo 100 'al oeste de la casa y ofrece hermosas vistas de la arena y el surf. Hay grandes porches cubiertos en el lado sur de la casa frente al Golfo y en el lado norte de la casa con vista a la piscina.

Hay cuatro habitaciones king, todas con baño privado. Hay cuatro habitaciones dobles con cama de matrimonio, tres de ellas con baño privado. La cuarta habitación doble queen comparte un baño de pasillo con las tres habitaciones dobles dobles. Hay dos salas de estar, ambas con grandes televisores de pantalla plana. Las 11 habitaciones tienen televisores de pantalla plana.

El patio trasero cuenta con una piscina privada con mucho espacio en la cubierta. ¡Por solo $ 45 (por día más impuestos), la piscina privada se puede calentar! El patio trasero también tiene un bar tiki ideal para el entretenimiento junto a la piscina con dos parrillas a gas. Si lo tuyo son las bebidas congeladas, la máquina de hielo comercial en la lavandería te mantendrá en hielo durante toda tu estadía.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been coming to the beach since 1986 with our parents and now with our grown kids and beginning with grandchildren. We have a big group with multiple houses, but the Starfish house is a favorite. It’s big enough for 5 families and grown children, location is great, and the ice maker is a big plus. We were excited to see a 2nd washer and dryer added this year! We had a few maintenance issues, but Paradise homes had everything taken care of within a few hours of each call! We will be back!

11 Great Years in the Starfish House

The addition of the 2 oversize washers & 2 oversize dryers made doing laundry so much easier!!! The new pavers around the pool area look great!! The property management team was quickly responsive to a can opener need & fixing a toilet!!! My only request would be an eating area around the pool & on the front porch. 2 picnic tables would be perfect. Thanks for all the memories 😊

A great week in a great house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is perfect for a large family vacation. We had 22 total guests (14 adults and 8 kids ranging in age from 3 to 11). The upstairs was fantastic with a large center area with a large sectional and 85" or 100" flat screen smart tv. Perfect evening wind down time. Bedrooms branch off this main room for the parents. Downstairs had plenty of bedrooms for grandparents, aunts, and uncles with no kids. House is well appointed with 2 coffee pots, 2 refrigerators 2 dishwashers and 2 washer/dryer sets, and in great shape. Pool area is very nice. If we could add one thing, it might be a table and chairs with an umbrella in the pool area. But we realize that can be a challenge with strong breezes at the beach. It's a great house...our family loved it so much, we've booked it already for next year.

Family Reunion

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great stay at the “Starfish House” for our Family Reunion of 27! The house was sparkling clean with loads of parking when we arrived. All the rooms were decorated fun & beachy as in the listing. Beautiful Gulf beach access was close for our entire family (having a wagon with large inflatable wheels helps greatly). Baby Beach access on the sound side was just across Via De Luna Drive (great spot for boat fun). Pool and patio were wonderful at the end of the day. Downstairs bedrooms with in-suite baths were perfect for families with little ones, while the upstairs had good options for other adults. We prepared most of our meals with the help of a huge kitchen island, double ovens, double fridges, double dishwashers and a huge ice-maker. AWESOME! Casino beach Bar & Grille have a wonderful Gulf view and food choices. We wouldn’t return to Crabs for dinner (too hot and crowded). We suggest replacing the pair of grills poolside, refinishing the dining room table, and considering an outdoor shower near the pool on the ground floor. We recommend the Starfish House (and the Paradise Beach Homes team)!

Reviewer Comments: We have been taking our family beach trip for almost 40 years in condos and this year made the change with our adult kids to Pensacola to try a house. It was an amazing week!! The house is conveniently close to the beach. We loved having our own pool and grills. The industrial ice maker was amazing even though we had to get a repairman out for leaking they fixed the problem within 24 hours. The layout was roomy with a bed for everyone in our group and 8.5 bathrooms meant no one had to wait! The only suggestion we had was with 30 people in the house it could use an extra washer and dryer since those ran nonstop. The 2 dishwashers, 2 coffee makers, and 2 refrigerators/ freezers were so nice to have. We will definitely return next summer!

Another great year in the Starfish House

We’ve been coming to Pensacola Beach for eight years, and have just upgraded to bigger houses as our family has expanded. We love everything about the starfish house! The location is great, the size is perfect for our family. The pool is used all day, every day by someone. When there are 23 people, someone is always at the beach and at the pool! The only negatives were that a few things are starting to look very worn and a bit shabby. The pool is in desperate need of a new liner, we had a leak while we were there and the water got low and there was fear on our part that something was going to happen with the pump. It was resolved quickly, and that was greatly appreciated. The main living room furniture, and several of the bedding sets are looking quite worn, and should probably be replaced soon. Other than that, it was an another perfect week at the beach! And as has always been our experience, Paradise Beach Homes will go above and beyond to help you with any issues you have! highly recommend this house for your big family vacation!

With honorable mention of one who was 30 up until Saturday, the birthday and two who were married in 2004. It was a great week.There were a few minor issues that we reported to the management team and they were addressed immediately. As a word to future renters, clean up your own mess and report any issue to the management.They are great. We will most likely rent from Paradise again and again!!!! Thank yall So much!!!

Beach thanksgiving

We had our family Thanksgiving at the beach. This house is perfect for a family gathering. Plenty of space to spread out and a great kitchen for cooking all together. This is our second stay in this sane house and it’s perfect, so close to the beach and also having pool. We would highly recommend and will most likely stay here again! Thank you for helping us make beautiful family memories!

Pensacola Blast!

We had a really great experience at this property and plan on renting this property for our family trip again next year. The management company was excellent and handled a few minor issues promptly. We had a great experience with this rental and it fit every need we had for a family Group of 17 ranging from 65 years old to 1 yr old.

Great for family reunion

We’ve been to several different places for our summer family reunion. This was by far the best! Everyone’s favorite. Plenty of room with great bedrooms. Great beach access. Lots of fridge and freezer space. Great kitchen setup and plenty of cooking “resources”(pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses, etc.) The ice machine was a very appreciated icing on the cake. Definitely hope.to return!

Great Group Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was perfect for what our group needed. Three couples with their six kids took over the upstairs; lots of room! The other adults all enjoyed the four main floor bedrooms/baths. The large kitchen/eating area could accomodate everyone at the same time. We loved having two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and a commercial size ice maker. The large pool/deck was thoroughly enjoyed every day and the uncrowded beach was only a two minute walk away. The few small concerns we had were promptly addressed by the maintenance personnel. We also appreciated having the trash bins moved to/from the street twice while we were there. This was a great accomodation for our large group!

The beds were comfortable, the pool was warm, the beach was close and it was all very clean. The only thing that could have been better is if there was some sort of shade area down by the pool and better knives. Loved the ice machine and having two refrigerators.FYI - you do need to bring your own beach/pool towels.

Another Wonderful Week in the Starfish House

This is our 7th consecutive year in Pensacola Beach, and with Paradise Beach Homes. As our family has grown and our needs have changed, we have changed properties three times. This is our second year in the Starfish House, and it will now be our permanent vacation home! We are a group of 21 adults, and five children. This home fits our needs perfectly. We are never cramped or crowded! We gather for large meals and games in the large kitchen/dining area. You can always find a group of us on the expansive front porch in the mornings and evenings looking at the beautiful gulf views directly across the street. The pool is used by our family every single day after our days at the beach! The perfect way to cool down and relax after a day of sun and sand. The industrial sized ice machine is AMAZING!! If you have rented vacation homes before, you know what it is like to have to go to either the gas station, or to the big ice machine on the island every day to get ice for your coolers... I’m telling you, the ice machine is amazing🙂Our experience with the rental company has always been very positive. We have had a few little items that needed attention, and they have always been quick to send someone out and help us immediately. No complaints whatsoever.Things I recommend... Take a trip to Joe Patti’s fresh seafood market. We have done this for several years and have a night of wonderful, fresh seafood. This year we rented a double deck, pontoon boat with a waterslide. We docked it in the sound, which is just a short walk from the house. We set up canopies with our beach chairs and had a wonderful day of boat trips, lounging, music.etc. A great time! The kids always enjoy the go carts/putt-putt, zip line course. We rented a slingshot, lots of fun! 😊 There is always so much to do! Most importantly, make memories with your family♥️

Family Vacation 2023!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a nice stay the week of Memorial Day 2023. The property was clean and well-maintained. We called about a few small issues and the response time was exceptional. The maintenance team was friendly and considerate. We had 23 family members staying in the house. There was plenty of room and the kitchen was stocked with all the amenities to host a large group. The ice machine and extra refrigerator was a must.The pool and balconies provided plenty of outdoor space for everyone and we loved the convenience of the beach, just a short walk away. The wood part of the pool deck, gave us many splinters. That was really the only negative; but we had tweezers! The Boardwalk is about 1mi. away, some walked it and others used Gopher Carts to travel back and forth.Great family vacation! The Starfish House was good to us!

Enjoyable Weekend

The home is very spacious and is great for a large group of adults due to the 11 rooms, many bathrooms, and large kitchen. The beach access is very close and we enjoyed sunning and swimming by day then retiring to the pool in the evening and making use of the grills for dinner. I don’t believe we have any significant complaints. We’re hoping to do this again next year! Thanks for a great weekend.

Beach getaway

You cannot beat the location and layout of this house. I booked this property for a team building weekend with my co-workers. The beach access was so convenient, and the house was close to many restaurants and shops. The ice maker provided is also a huge bonus! Communication with the management company was great. They were very helpful and accommodating with anything we needed. The only thing I wish could be improved would be going to keyless check-ins. It was stressful trying to time out a long travel day with a large group to arrive within an hour window to pick up keys. It would also make it easier for larger groups that have several people coming and going to not have to continually pass the keys around to make sure everyone can get in. In regards to previous reviews discussing bugs found in the home, we did find 3 large roaches in the house but all were dead. No live bugs were ever seen indoors. Overall, it was a great stay and I would book this house again in the future.
