Nuevo en nuestro programa, esta nueva casa de lujo de seis dormitorios / seis baños, se encuentra a unos 50 pasos de la playa de arena blanca como el azúcar y el agua verde esmeralda de la playa de Pensacola. Una increíble casa construida a medida diseñada por el propietario Kevin Hubbard, tiene capacidad para hasta 22 huéspedes con lujosas comodidades que incluyen una piscina privada de gunite y una terraza en la azotea perfecta para ver los impresionantes amaneceres y atardeceres de la playa. Esta casa fue diseñada para grandes eventos familiares para crear recuerdos inolvidables.

Con espectaculares vistas del Golfo y el Sonido en los tres niveles, esta espaciosa y moderna casa cuenta con un amplio plan abierto con un área de sala, comedor y cocina que incluye electrodomésticos de grado comercial totalmente inoxidables (horno doble, máquina de hielo, refrigerador) con asientos en el bar (cuatro asientos) y una gran mesa de comedor (nueve asientos). Esta sala de estar está inundada de luz natural y se abre a una hermosa terraza cubierta.

El dormitorio principal de la planta principal cuenta con un rey con un baño personalizado que incluye una bañera y una ducha con mampara de vidrio. El armario principal incluye una litera doble sobre doble sobre doble. También en el nivel principal, hay un escondite "secreto" (debajo del armario) con un gemelo, además de una litera doble sobre doble, con un baño completo al otro lado del pasillo.

El segundo dormitorio está ubicado en el nivel superior con dos reinas y dos literas dobles sobre dos camas individuales más un baño completo. Las habitaciones tercera y cuarta cuentan con una cama King y comparten un baño Jack-and-Jill. El quinto dormitorio tiene un rey y baño privado. Un cubículo del pasillo presenta una litera doble sobre doble.

El sexto dormitorio cuenta con un loft queen con una escalera de caracol.

La enorme piscina exterior gunite ofrece fácil acceso a un medio baño. Con más de 6,000 pies cuadrados de área de estar al aire libre y espacio en la terraza con paisajismo personalizado e iluminación exterior, este es un lugar maravilloso para entretener a la familia y perfecto para bodas y reuniones.

Perfect getaway for a large group

We loved our stay. The accommodations were perfect for five families with kids, with plenty of beds and space. Just steps to the beach and a comfortable pool made for a relaxing retreat.

The grandchildren had a blast and they loved all of the bunk beds in all of the cubbyholes. The beach was only a two-minute walk so it was easy going back and forth to the house and the beach to replenish supplies or grab lunch. Nice area, nice sidewalks for a morning run. No complaints. The beach was beautiful and big enough to fly kites.

Beautiful Beach House for big group

This property was great! 5 bedrooms and 1 loft bedroom. Bunk beds everywhere. Great use of space. Nice pool and short walk to the beach. View of the beach from sun deck. There were 16 adults in our group Plenty of room.

2025 Family Vacation Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect for our stay, easy access to the beach, away from the crowds. We booked for the 6 bedrooms, but the '6th bedroom' was not really a bedroom, it was a small room on the bottom floor near the parking and a little creepy to stay in so we had to make it work with the other 5 bedrooms, which turned out fine due to all the other built-in bunks available for the kids. The space is great, it does need some upgrades to the furniture, but overall ok for a beach vacation home. The pool and putt-putt kept our grands busy for hours. We would for sure stay again.

Perfect for a long weekend full of laughs, chaos and good friends. We used every square inch of the property and I love the upgrades, updates and floorplan. Very creative use of space. My only hesitation is that it is not conducive for six adult families. One of the bedrooms accounts for 10 people sleeping in it.

The older crowd were very thankful for the elevator to go up and down in throughout the house. The beach is such a quick walk from the house. The pool was such an added bonus for the kids to entertain themselves with. The only recommendation I have is the need for more towels and blankets. We look forward to renting this place again!

There is ample space, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, and lots of decking for sunning and relaxing. Bring your putter and some golf balls for use on the mini putting green near the pool. Short walk to the beach. Nice gas grill and pool area to enjoy. Widow’s walk (crow’s nest) near the roof to enjoy the sunset. Kitchen was spacious but could use more plates and utensils, other than that it was well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place for Family or Group Vacation

5 Calle Traviesa was a super location for our multi generational family vacation. The walk to the beach was short with easy access. It was extremely helpful to have the elevator in the house to lug luggage, groceries, and people to all levels of the house. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The pool area was very nice and we were glad to have some outside covered areas to sit while it rained. The family room area could use new couches ( not in great shape and not comfortable). TVs were in every bedroom but the only ones that worked were the family room and one bedroom (bedroom only got about 5 channels). There were lightbulbs that needed to be replaced( especially downstairs elevator area- was pitch black with outside door and elevator door closed…I should have called and had that that replaced). We appreciated the easy check in ( not having to come by office was terrific). Overall this is a fantastic place to stay and my family would happily stay here again.

Nice Property...overall I give it a 4 Stars.

Property in good condition...some light bulbs needed to be replaced and some furniture in living area needs to be replaced or recovered, all beds were comfortable and clean. Plenty of dishes, sitting area, towels and kitchen well stock with everything you need. Beautiful home.

This home had everything it advertised for a large family plus close proximity to the ocean. The property was very clean and the kitchen extremely well supplied with cooking utensils and numerous cooking pans. The extra cubbies were a great sleeping area for our little ones. The pool was a refreshing break in the afternoon and evenings.Paradise Beach Homes is a terrific company to work with. We’ve used them on all of our visit and have been extremely pleased with their service.

Family get away vacation
