Este es un condominio de dos dormitorios y dos baños en el tercer piso de la Torre Sur con vista a las piscinas y excelentes vistas del Océano Atlántico en la hermosa Myrtle Beach. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y baño privado, el segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas queen, perfecto para niños o amigos y la sala de estar tiene un sofá cama queen size. Todos los colchones nuevos en las habitaciones y la segunda habitación se convirtieron en camas queen.

Una amplia sala de estar y comedor, junto con una cocina moderna con electrodomésticos nuevos y encimeras de granito. Los baños tienen encimeras de granito también. El condominio cuenta con 3 televisores LCD de pantalla plana, (TV LCD de 46 pulgadas en la sala de estar) 2 reproductores de DVD, estufa, refrigerador, microondas, lavavajillas, utensilios de cocina, lavadora y secadora en el condominio. Se proporcionan sábanas y toallas de baño. El servicio de limpieza viene a su salida.

Kim was great and communicated with me every step of the way. She takes great pride in her beautiful condo. The location and amenities at this location are fantastic. We had a great time and highly recommend this property!

July 2021 family vacation

Condo-had issues with cleaning service not cleaning until late after we checked in-owners responded & they are making changes with this. The condo has a sofa & love seat-seemed comfortable for 4 people. If you have a party larger than this you will be sitting at the kitchen table. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Dryer wasn’t working so we used the coin-operated ones on the 2nd floor. In the condo, it was loud quite a bit. Doors were slamming loudly around us; we could hear kids screaming in the pool starting at 8am & adults partying outside the condo until 1-2 am. One night a couple was crazy fighting outside the master bedroom & another night it sounded like a bachelor party was happening-We were surprised security didn’t attend to these incidents ( we didn’t call them to respond ). Building-very busy. Saturday check-in’s reminded me of college move-in day. We didn’t realize north Myrtle beach had gotten so busy, or maybe it was just a busy week? The beach was packed until 4 pm daily; pools very busy during the day; hot tubs packed 7-11pm. The hot tubs were used so much the water was low all week & it made the water very, very warm/hot. Kind of grossed us out. Pools seemed clean but needed more umbrellas around the pool. Most days we had to sit around the pool in direct sunlight & it was very hot. We had older teens-which was fine for this setting. The condo building was very loud & busy & I personally wouldn’t want to vacation there with younger children, at least in July. This is probably one of the largest condo buildings around in that area, but no restrooms close to the beach/pools-you have to go up to your room or go to the 2nd floor. We were surprised this large building didn’t have a nice bar or swim-up bar. It does have a tiki bar but no seating at the bar. Area in general was very busy last week of July. Restaurants in vicinity were slammed for dinner with 2-3 hour waits with not many places taking reservations. The only one we found that took reservations was The House of Blues. We started going out for a late lunch instead to avoid the craziness. Overall, I believe setting was good for families with older kids-plenty for them to do. I wouldn’t say I’d go there in July for a relaxing vacation or couple’s getaway. Walking on the beach was good, especially in the morning & evenings. You can walk down to the pier & there’s a couple bars attached to some condos/hotels along the way that we stopped in for a drink.

Good location

This was our first time using VRBO. Owner had great communication about the property location. The keypad was helpful! Really liked not having to take a key everywhere. Full-size washer/dryer is a plus too! However the showers had hair and sand in them still when we arrived. Beds are very uncomfortable and the master bedroom had a musty smell. I’m guessing it’s in the carpet. The main living area had tile, but they left carpet in the bedrooms. Not sure we’d pick this unit again just because of the bedrooms. But the location, main living area, and property was great.

The Sea Watch Resort is a very nice facility. This was our 2nd time staying at this resort. It has been cleaned and painted top to bottom. VERY NICE

Great condo, great resort, great location

This place is as described... everything is in mint condition within the condo. The resort is very nice with lots of pools & hot tubs. The resort offers a number of activities and entertainment throughout the week some free some very reasonably priced. The owner is great to work with and manages the property like a true professional. My family and I had a great time.

The location was great with easy access to things. The property was clean and well maintained with easy access to the beach and pools. The condo itself was nice and clean with pretty much everything you need. We would stay there again.

Great vacation for Keen party of 5

This was our first time staying at Seawatch Plantation and it didn't disappoint. The condo looked exactly like the pictures and it was exceptionally clean. All the items that you would need are available for you. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of cooking items that you would need. I always like staying on a higher floor for the view but you really didn't need one for this condo. You have an excellent view of the ocean. Location is great, only minutes from the main road. I will definitely stay here again as the owners were very friendly and easy to work with. Everything they said it would be, it was. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

Great condo!

The condo was just as pictured. It was clean, updated and had everything you would need. Kim was very nice, easy to work with, and we had no problems during our stay. Would definitely recommend the resort and this condo. This was our fifth vacation at the Seawatch and look forward to our next!!

Great family place

The condo is clean, well stocked and the furniture is very comfortable. The area incorporates natural beauty with turtle floating in the pond below and the beach is lovely. The pools and hot tubs are great for kids but one of the lazy rivers is closed for repairs, only one pool was heated and the indoor pools are small. The WiFi is slow.

Overall a great stay

Good: The condo is well stocked in the kitchen. Anything you need and more. Both bathrooms had hair dryers. A full size washer/dryer stacked unit was great. I could wash everything I needed and wasn't trying to use a tiny apartment size washer for beach towels. Our friends had a tiny little washer in their unit and I laughed when I saw their donut sized hole to put clothes in so this was a big bonus. The beds were very comfortable. There was also an iron and ironing board as well as a vacuum. The location was perfect. You can see the cars out front and watch if you have visitors coming. You can see the beach and pools from the balcony to enjoy the view or just checking on how crowded things were. Over looked a little pond and watched a couple of ducks and turtles swimming. Best location for running to the store or shopping. Great food near by. Beach was Great! I didn't hear any others guests the entire stay unless the balcony doors were open. Disappointments: I was disappointed that the weather didn't cooperate so we didn't get to use all the pools etc. Only two were enclosed and heated. There aren't any bathrooms around the pools. If near the South Tower you must go to the second floor for the closest public restroom or back to your room. They had activities planned each day but i didnt see anything really happen. The coffee shop in the north tower is closed on Monday and Tuesdays. I still drink coffee those days.... the pool bar was only open 1 day while we were there. The condo needed a good scrub down but I alerted the owner and feel confident this won't be a problem in the future...plus, I'm a freak about this. So others may not be bothered by the small details. My husband laughed at me. LOL. So don't be too concerned. It would have been nice to have some games, puzzles etc in the unit to use. Overall: I recommend this unit. The owners are great and my disappointments are really minor. I wouldn't have any concerns with booking this unit again.

Absolutely breathtaking

The condo was very clean and the location was great. The view was very nice , you have both the view of the ocean and also poolside. I would highly recommend this place. Me and my family had a great time and look forward going back.

Great! Great! Vacation!

Loved it. We will be back. Everything was as described. Owners are easy to work with. Location was perfect on the third floor and the view was awesome. Kitchen had everything we needed, condo was clean, beds were comfortable. It nice to have a washer and dryer in the condo. Need to go back to the breakfast buffet in the North Building, it was delicious. Thanks for a great family vacation.

A nice property in a good location

We truly enjoyed our stay at Sea Plantation unit 317. Kim was extremely easy to work with and provided all the information we needed prior to our arrival. The view of the beautiful property and beach was great. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Bedrooms were small and a little cramped but the location of the unit (3rd floor) and access to the entire resort far outweighed the limited space. This was a first visit to Myrtle Beach and will not be our last. We would definitely return to this resort and unit again.

Perfect Condo!

The condo was perfect! We have stayed and booked through Seawatch many times in the past. This condo was by far the best one we have stayed in! It was updated, well stocked and had beautiful views! Although the weather wasn't perfect, our time here was! Definitely will be renting again! Thank you!

#317 South Tower Renovated Condo

#317 Condo in the South Tower at the Seawatch Resort was perfect. We had a great vacation. We have stayed at the Seawatch Resort numerous times since 2003, and it was very apparent of the renovation and upgrade of this unit. The condo does not lack for anything. Even though my kids are older now, they still enjoy the beach, pool, DJ music, etc. My husband had to contact the owner, Kim, a few times prior to our visit, and she was very nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay at this unit on future visits to Myrtle Beach and the Seawatch Resort.

Very convenient location being on corner

My first impression was it was very clean. The bed in the master bedroom was terrible. I feel bad evening giving a bad review because the place wasn't bad. I would say average, but Mike wasn't able to sleep in the bed. The couch was his bed for week. Location is great Resort is awesome

GREAT ROOM! The convenience of this room cannot be overstated!

First, the décor is very up to date which gives a more relaxed feeling. (Can't explain why - but it does!) The kitchen is well outfitted - way more than other Sea Watch rooms. Second, the location is virtually perfect! You get a beautiful morning sun. As the sun passes your balcony is in the shade which makes for a nice evening retreat! The third floor is perfect because you are far enough up to not get much noise, but close enough to ground to walk the stairs if need be. Owners are great to work with. The packet was self explanatory and had everything we needed. Keypad entry is a plus. I could go on and on....will definitely be considering this room again! Ron Gilman Kokomo, IN
