Vallarta sur del río

Ofrecemos un encantador apartamento de dos dormitorios en Condominios Loma del Mar - un lugar bonito jardín con árboles de plátano, jengibre blanco, enormes árboles altísimos y una piscina que ofrece algo para todos con una zona poco profunda para los niños y una gran sección de cinco pies de profundidad para nadadores graves. El complejo está ubicado a dos cuadras de la colina desde el muelle en Olas Altas, una zona conocida como la zona romántica o casco antiguo oa veces simplemente "al sur del río '. Apenas ocho bloques fáciles para caminar desde el centro principal de la ciudad, Olas Altas es un barrio de bares, cafeterías acera, cyber cafés y restaurantes de todos los tamaños y variando la cocina. Pero el paisaje y la ubicación de Loma del Mar lo convierten en un mundo aparte del ruido y el bullicio cerca.

Ofrecemos un apartamento totalmente equipado ... incluyendo TV por cable, VCR, y un equipo de sonido con capacidad para dos cassettes y CDs. El salón se abre a un patio con jardín de helechos colgantes, la impaciencia, y algunos cactus muy inusual. Hay una mesa y sillas allí que hacen un maravilloso lugar para tomar un café por la mañana o leer un libro en la tarde. La cocina está totalmente equipada con un horno de microondas, horno tostador / parrilla, licuadora, cafetera, cocina a gas con horno y parrilla, y una gran variedad de especias y condimentos para que usted utilice. Podemos parar en el supermercado en el camino desde el aeropuerto a comprar verduras y alimentos perecederos. El gabinete de licor se mantiene abastecido ... beber un poco y dejar un poco ... y hay incluso una colección de rompecabezas y libros. Hay una cama de matrimonio en un dormitorio y un doble en la otra.

Servicio de limpieza tres veces por semana por Lucila a cualquier hora que usted elija. Usted va a aprender a amar a esta mujer. Ella es la perfección personificada. Y ella puede entender su Inglés a pesar de que probablemente no va a hablar de nuevo a usted. Va a encontrar un / diccionario Español Inglés entre los libros si usted necesita un poco de ayuda.

Este era nuestro barrio durante 11 años antes de que nos mudamos a Bucerias ... y nos gustó. Muchas veces nos encontramos desaparecidos y toda la actividad. Así que si usted elige este apartamento estaremos encantados de que lo lleve a la calle y tomar una copa o dos y te introducirá en la zona ..... es divertido. También le puede ayudar con los tours y excursiones por la zona.

Hay aparcamiento en la calle seguro para un vehículo.

Perfect For What I Needed!

This is not fancy or new….but it is in a great location, great pool, quiet, cleaner and property manager is great and place is clean. Needs some desperate updating and the person next door smoked nonstop (but not sure if that was an owner or tenant). I was here alone for most of my stay and my wife came for a few days and it was ok for the both of us for that time.

GREAT PLACE IN THE HEART OF OLD TOWN

The place was awesome, very Mexican, cozy and quaint. The complex had a wonderful pool area. Lucila, the house keep/property mgr. was so lovely! I will definitely look at going back. Also, very close to Olas Altas and Zona romantica, you can walk to all the restaurants, bars and great shopping.

Two weeks in PV.

Good location, neighborhood however, lots of climbing! If you're not up for a 200 + step to return to the property, then beware! No Air but fans were good and ground floor is cool. Beds were poor and couch in living room needs replacement. Towels were great! Very clean apartment! Housekeeping was available but, we mostly cleaned up ourselves. We thought we were going to be closer to the beach. We prefer not to wait until last 48 hrs. to get address. The price was fair. Great Pool!

The heart of Puerto Vallarta

This was a great space in a perfect location. You are a few steps to EVERYTHING..... Restaurants, shopping, shows and the Beach. The unit was comfortable and good space. Just a little dated but very comfortable and in a gated community and close to everything. The host was very pleasant and informative.

The condo was exactly as described; well appointed and very clean. The property was exquisitely maintained and very secure. Would definitely rent again Check in was a little challenging but all worked out in the end.

Cute with all amenities needed

Stayed 6 weeks March-April 2022. Loved the location, close to where we love to be. Hill up from Olas Altas is a brief walk but could be challenging for those with mobility issues, however taxis are ample and if you drive (we did not) I believe a parking space is available as well Suite is a great size and very comfortable and includes all amenities needed to relax, cook at home or work (I did comfortably). The photos are accurate albeit outdated as the TV and sound system have been updated and include smart TV and no longer include a stereo (but the TV soundbar is bluetooth and can be synched to music on your phone). The staff and security of the property are friendly and helpful. Lucila is exceptional and goes above and beyond to accommodate comfort, cleanliness and helpful information. The price for the location and accommodations can't be beat, We'd certainly stay here again! Thanks, Patricia, Joanne and Lucila!

Best Old Town Vallarta Value

We are annual repeat guests for over 5 years. Well-located just 2 blocks from Old Town beach, this quaint 2 bedroom condo is secure and appropriately appointed for the 1-3 week business & personal trips we make to Puerto Vallarta. We are able to conduct professional, confidential business (via Wi-Fi) from this functional condo while enjoying the ease of access to a large, refreshing swimming pool and a short, relatively easy walk to the main Wharf, beach and Malecon strip. The circulation fans plus open-air iron fencing allows a nice, consistent breeze to flow through the condo. (We work in mornings, then close in the cooler air by closing windows/doors when we leave the condo for most afternoons.) We rarely notice that the condo doesn't have an air conditioning unit. The well-maintained gardens are beautiful in all seasons, the great staff are helpful (most correspond well in English) , and the resident neighbors are friendly.

The location is fabulous just a few minutes to the beach the pool was nice as well except there are not many lounge chairs that are not ripped .The apt was nice the kitchen is basic but it met our needs .The gardens are beautiful and felt a very safe neighbourhood .I would love to go back there .

The perfect home away from home right in Puerto Vallarta's Historic District.

First and foremost, the pictures are nice, but they do not do this place justice. It really is a lovely garden apartment that feels just like home. You are two walking blocks away from all the action happening at Los Muertos Beach . Patricia and Samantha set us up and assisted in recomending two very different tours with Manny's Tours. Anytime we had a question, it was answered in less than an hour. The apartment is well equipped with everything a person needs while setting up house. The wifi is excellent, the kitchen well equipped, the closet stocked with lots of bath and beach towels and the t.v. has plenty of channels. Remember, you are in Mexico; t.v. stations are in Spanish. There are plenty of OXXOs for quick grocery runs, and the Mega is on the way home from the airport for your big shopping needs. Honestly, you are so close to all the restaurants, bars and coffee shops you may not need that much. We found the beds very comfortable and did fine with the one bathroom between the four of us. Taxis and Uber are plentiful and inexpensive. If walking is a difficulty, this will come in handy. While the apartment does not have air conditioning, we never had a problem. There are ceiling fans in each room that keep things very comfortable. The pool area is excellent and very well maintained. The residents of this complex are friendly and engaging. All in all........a very successful Christmas! Thank you Patricia and Joanna!

Wonderful!

We spent the month of May in P.V and we thoroughly enjoyed staying at Patricias condo! Patricia, Joanne and lucila were a pleasure to deal with. Made us feel very much at home and had no hesitation and answering my 1 million questions! The apartment was great for our family of five. The pictures don't do it justice as we found that it was so quaint and very traditional! Exactly what we wanted to see in Mexico! very comfortable two bedroom. Very clean. The condo only has fans, no air conditioning but because of its location on ground-level it stayed very cool. We found that we felt very safe and secure as well. The security guard's were so helpful in helping us get our water (30 pesos for large jug) and answering any questions we had as well. One even started to teach me Spanish! The pool is awesome! Like a bathtub. Our kids loved it! Loved the resident lizard as well ;) Location, location!!! What can I say? Two blocks from the beach and action of Romantic! Wow!!! We had no problems with the hill however this could be a concern for someone who has mobility issues. Having said that there's always 1000 cabs around to take you up the hill. I love that there are two options to access the condo. Walking through romantic or going up the 200 Highway. Oxxo stores are close if you need milk or snacks. Subway is also right above the condo just in case you get tired of tacos! Loved our time in PV and at Loma Del Mar! Tanya

Super Comfortable and Affordable

A friend and I stayed at this condo three years ago. I'm heading back with my husband and was pleased to find the unit still on VRBO, I figured I'd write a review of my previous stay. This condo is not fancy by any means but it is super clean, fully equipped, and within walking distance to many area attractions. The unit has two ample size bedrooms and beds, a small bath and a decent size living room area. The kitchen is small but more than stocked with utensils and equipment. It has a nice enclosed patio that you can keep your beach gear on. There is also a nice pool on the property if you don't feel like walking the three blocks to the beach. The owners were super nice and easy to work with, they even picked us up from the airport (for $25) and took us to the bank and grocery store. They also gave us the lay of the land and suggested places we might enjoy. The condo is safe and quiet and I'd happily stay there again...it's a steal for the area.

Charming

Not opulent and not spartan. Charming is the word for it. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Close to shopping for toiletries, groceries and all. Walking distance to everything. Located on a hilltop that looks more intimidating than it is. I was not sure if there was a place to grill in the community of condos. There is not a view of the ocean form this unit. However the tropical planitings are very beautiful. Owner is easy to work with.
