Esta unidad está ubicada en Emerald Beach Resort en el piso 17. Unidad de lujo con cama King en el Master y literas dobles en literas en el rincón de literas y un sofá cama de reina en la sala de estar. Encimeras de mármol en una cocina completamente equipada y pisos nuevos instalados en invierno de 2017. Impresionante plano de planta con amplio balcón. Usted está a 1. 3 millas de Pier Park a 3 minutos en coche o tomar un agradable paseo relajante en la playa en su camino hacia allí. El complejo cuenta con 2 piscinas, una que está al lado de la playa y la otra piscina grande está en el lado norte de la propiedad, las piscinas están orientadas a niños. Una gran sala de ejercicios también está disponible en el sitio. Starbucks, Sky bar y varios otros proveedores para elegir en el sitio. ¡No se pierda el libro de hoy para guardar su lugar en el paraíso!

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was nice and clean. Checkin process was easy. Condo is within walking distance of many restaurants and activities.

Great place and location! Very responsive property manager, the freezer in unit had been defrosted before our arrival. She was very upfront with us on the issue! Loved the location, other than elevators being slow and half of them out of order.

All elevators need to be in service. We were told the two out of service I. Metals bay side had been out for over a month. This should be a priority fix

Great place, but to busy to enjoy

During our stay, it was hard to find a parking space, parking deck narrow so be careful due to people driving like it is a speed way, property had 8 elevators for 600 condos. Sounds good but during any given time 75% were down. 1 or two on each side would work. Very noisy at night due to traffic and younger group playing loud music, loud cars and just hollering at each other. TV had very few stations. In my opinion, which we all have, to expensive for what you get in return.

Beautiful gulf view from 17th floor balcony. Fast elevators. All the conveniences of home and clean. Very cool ac and ceiling fans.Combination door lock so no having to keep up with a key.Nice pools and parking. Would stay here again.

Great location & clean!

My family stayed here for a week vacation. The unit was just as shown in the pictures & very clean! We had a problem finding the wifi password and Terea was quick to respond and give it to us. We (along with many others arriving the first day) also had trouble figuring out the elevators. If you park on any other floor other then 3 in the parking garage you will want to go to 3 to cross the sky bridge, you will come to the escalators and elevators to the left. Take that elevator to the 1st floor, then go to the left to more elevators that will take you to the room. We loved the ice cream in the lobby and Starbucks! My kids loved the pool where they served snow cones and we never had trouble finding a chair. We enjoyed our stay!

The floor had felt like it hadn’t been mopped in a while, you walk across from one side to the other and your feet were black! The floors didn’t bother me as much as the sheets looking like they weren’t changed from the last people who stayed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was awesome. You're right in the middle of all the action, close to Pier Park and Walmart and a lot of good food. The room was nicely updated and had plenty of space. It's high enough to be away from the noise of the strip at night, but still a good height to see and hear the waves from the balcony. The resort is a bit confusing at first because of the layout of elevators, but it is very nice and clean. The pools are in great locations and are kept very nice. There is plenty of beach frontage for the whole resort, not too crowded like some other places. We'll definitely be going back to this room!

Great Stay

They Listed TV and left a program card with all the channels but cable never worked. Called and told somebody and never got a call back. We even called the cable company they said there wasnt any service to that place. We enjoy back ground sounds for when playing cards. Especially with it being football season. Beside the frustration for cable not working it was overall a great stay.

More pots and pans and cups and glasses. It seemed more stocked for 2 or 3 people. I have stayed in many condos in Panama City beach, this one was very well maintained. Like I said would just like to see more kitchen items, blankets and other items that you come to expect.
