Few days at the beach

Great location and proximity to the beach. Furniture and appliances are a little dated but not enough to keep me from referring the location to others.

When we first got to the property it was not clean. Our room had not had the shower/bath cleaned and the floor was disgusting. We automatically had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean the room. Some of the furniture is broken down and needs to be replaced. The complex was very nice and taken care of

The kitchen needed pan lids and a few more things to make cooking easier. There were multiple lightbulbs out in there unit. Other than that, the unit was great.

Cute and clean

The unit is very nice. Kitchen is lacking in supplies. Basic pots and pans, nothing else. There were 2 toasters and neither one worked. The coffee maker was also broken (buttons do not work). Otherwise, a pleasant condo. Comfortable beds and couches.

Just an FYI: kitchen has VERY bare bones supply of pots/pans, utensils, basic resources to cook with like salt/pepper/spices. Not really complaining, but it was a surprise to realize we had to come prepared for even the simplest and smallest of items in order to do most any meal prep or cooking. I would rent here again, I would just plan ahead a bit better. Some units take care of the small details 😎

Great Family Stay

Condo was nice, feels more like a 2 bedroom. 2nd area was very small room (no window so they cant call it a bedroom). but has bunkbed, closet and small tv. 2nd bathroom was good size and we really liked having the 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was nicely stocked with dished, cookware and silverware! Condo had heated pool and hot tub. The parking is TIGHT!! so if you drive anything larger then a midsize car its hard. We ended up parking in their overflow parking right across the street and it was super easy to get in and out. Overall we would stay here again as everything was nice and complex was nice.

Several maintenance issues!!

Several maintenance issues that, if fixed, would have greatly improved our stay! For the price, i wasn't impressed and wouldn't recommend it. The bunk beds are so unstable that we didn't feel safe to sleep on them, there was no remote to the tv so couldn't use, the bathroom sink was plugged and didn't drain at all!!, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom didn't work, the microwave didn't work, we had no parking pass when we got there so had to track one down after hours from the security guard so that our car didn't get towed, The beach was great and the facility overall was great but i wouldn't recommend this particular room.

Great Property - condo lacking

Condo complex was nice. Great views. Elevators were awesome - very fast and available. Location is great and beach access was great. The condo itself was somewhat lacking. The kitchen wasn’t stocked very well - not enough coffee cups, pots and pans, cooking utensils. The pantry was messy with some electrical supplies in a garbage bag in the floor. The drains in both bathrooms need repair - the stoppers are broken. The door needs repair - it doesn’t close without pushing it closed. Linens seemed very old and worn, pillows might need replacing. The bunk beds are a little dangerous - tip bunk very wobbly. Our condo didn’t come with access to beach chairs. My sister was staying in a unit on another floor and they had 2 beach chairs, a welcome bag, and their unit seemed more homey, much better stocked. Overall we enjoyed our stay. I would stay in this complex again but probably a different unit.

Great Place

The property was so clean. The decor was beautiful without clutter. Every question we had was answered in a timely fashion. It was a great place to stay! I fear sharing this for fear so many will rent that we won't be able to get it the next time we want to come!!!

Wonderful View - Huge bed

This place was very nice. The main bedroom bed was gigantic. Would stay again. Bathrooms are in the bedrooms if people are sleeping. Patio door is heavy hard to move.. Parking takes some maneuvering.

Beautiful Condo

This was a beautiful condo that helped make this week wonderful. The property management was very helpful and the place was immaculate. I especially love that there was no carpet/beautiful flooring. We will be back...often!

Best condo for a quick trip!

Great place for a short stay at the beach!

Living room and kitchen had ample space for a family to relax and cook in. Bunk room works well for kids, and nice they have their own bathroom.

Wonderful family vacation!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our condo was lovely, and very beautifully furnished. We were disappointed that the ceiling over the hot-tub area was being worked on, so it was closed, but otherwise, we loved it!

It was okay

Property was as described. For the most part it flowed pretty well. The location was great and all the amenities were good. The only issues we had were the front door did not close properly and had to be slammed shut when closed and we did not have tv remotes for the bedrooms. We contacted Panhandle Getaways multiple times requesting remotes and still never received the proper remotes to control the TVs.

My only wish is that the bedroom was on the beach side. I cleaned the sliding door track to the degree that I could. It was quite dirty. Also the door entering the unit needs painting. The rest of the amenities were nice. The asking bed was pushed against the wall.moved it over a bit to be able to get in from both sides. There were plenty of towels and other essentials needed

Overall a very nice property. Location is great, beach is great, property well maintained.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. But if I’m being honest, a few things would have made our stay perfect. First we were not given the code to the parking garage gate. We arrived after office hours and had no way to get in. Not cool. Second, kitchen is fairly well equipped but there are NO POTS. No way to cook anything. Not cool. And lastly, the shower curtain in the master bath needs replacing. Not the kind that should be used without a liner. Because of that, it stays wet and the result is a very unpleasant mildew smell. Not cool. Aside from those few things, a very nice unit. We vacation on the gulf coast every summer. This property is one of the top three for sure. We will return!
