Lake Dillon Condominiums 109 es un hermoso 1 dormitorio, 2 baños con increíbles vistas a la montaña. Duerme 6. This rental was exactly as described and provided all the essentials that you need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect and centrally located to a number of ski resorts, which was important to us. It was also reasonably priced which was an added bonus. Would stay here again! Thank you

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our families rented 3 spaces at Lake Dillon Condos. We had been coming there since the early 1990s. Tow of the 3 were just fine. One space had water leaks and the folks hadto spend a half vacaton day relocating. So it affected all three of us and our scheduling. They said a $100.00 refund would cover the inconveniece. Very sad deal. Would you give up all that time for $100.00?

Management company made it right

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately this rental was not up to my expectations. The unit was well decorated and clean as a pin. When I arrived the internet connection was not available however the management company was able to rectify this within 6 days. The building is very old and from what I understand the homeowners association is reluctant to make the necessary improvements to the property. The particular issue.that created the most objectionable problem was very noisy clanking which occurred continuously from day one throughout my stay. The property management company took my concerns seriously and we were able to resolve the situation to my satisfaction.I might add that even using ear plugs the noise was still unbearable. Therefore I could not honestly give a favorable review for this property. I have rented through the Summit Resort Group for 5 years now and have never been dissatisfied so my problem is not with SRGbbut instead the Lake Dillon Condos.

Needs cleaning

The condo needs a thorough cleaning. Especially the carpets. Also lots of noise from the condo above us. The view of the lake is beautiful.

3rd Time staying at Lake Dillon and I can't wait for a 4th

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 3rd time friends and I have rented a condo here. Every time we stay the condo is clean and in great shape. We all enjoyed ourselves and got a giggle and big smile from the skiing pics on the wall. We all can't wait to go back. My only one piece of advice is to have look at the baseboard heating covers, some need a bit of work, lil bent. So out of a 100, they get a 99.7% rating.

Adequate place

The check in and check out process is inconvenient. You have to go to an office and pick up the key that is a drive from the condo. You also have to drop the key off at the same place when you check out. We were falsely and rudely accused of having a dog in the condo by the property Mgmt company. We never had a dog in the condo. The patio table is right on top of the neighboring patio table. You have no privacy on your patio. The view is very pretty.

City market being just opposite was super helpful. The mgmt group also responded quickly too any issue (we needed a fan and they provided a new one immediately). We rewashed all the silverware because a lot of it was dirty. The dishwasher might have been the issue. Ice machine needed to be unclogged. We rented 108 and 109. We liked they layout, electronics and updates in 109 but the beds were better in 108. Grills are available for use. They had yoga out on the lawn each morning and you could walk to the farmers market on Saturday. Great access to the lake and the trail that circles the lake.

Cute Lakefront Condo - Great Location

We had the best time in Dillon at this cute lakefront condo. Honestly, the location was wonderful - ground level so you can walk right out on the lawn and relax while overlooking the lake. Easy access to the walking path, marina, dock, playground and a nearby restaurant (Arapahoe Cafe & Pub). The condo itself was clean and comfortable with a fairly well equipped kitchen. You can tell it needs some updating and a little TLC in certain places (baseboards, walls, ceilings, carpet, shower tile) but it was comfortable enough. The only major criticism I have is there is no access to in-room laundry. I cannot remember the last rental property I have used that did not have laundry access, so it was a bit of a surprise and disappointment. The solution that is given is that laundry machines are available in the on-site clubhouse. While this is true, you will pay for use of the machines in quarters. This turned out to be a MAJOR pain in the butt as there was no quarter machine in the clubhouse, and it is nearly impossible to find quarters during a pandemic. We drove around to 4 places in Dillon to find some. Laundry became a half-day annoyance. Even though the condo itself it fairly nice, with kids, I would look for another rental with the ability to easily do laundry in the unit. Overall, nice and clean condo with a wonderful location!

Family Friendly

It was nice, clean, and well situated. The logistics of the unit are that when you enter, you walk thru the only "bed room" with two full size beds, then down a hallway to the kitchen, living room. This is OK if you are a friendly family, but may be an issue if more privacy is needed.

Great centrally located one bedroom place!

I stayed here with 2 other friends for a February 2016 ski trip. It was a really nice condo that has been recently remodeled. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well set up, and the location was great. It was centrally located between the Summit County ski resorts and grocery stores and restaurants were within walking distance or a short 5 minute drive or less. While there, we skied Copper Mountain and A-Basin and both were nice short drives. The condo complex hot tub and game room were in good shape and we were the only ones using them.
