Great Location

We loved our stay. The condo was very well equipped for cooking. Close to drive to the beaches and as well as Waimea for the farmer's markets. Able to walk to some restaurants and the grocery store. Beautiful sunset views from the big lanai. Would stay again!

Great central location

Very clean property, great property manager, and centrally located to most destinations. I was there for work, so didn’t have much downtime to enjoy all the property had to offer, but the grounds were well manicured and clean.

Location, location, location.

This is the place to visit the whole island from. I have stayed in Kona and Hilo but this is the most convenient to visit the Kohala region and Waimea.

The condo was better than advertised with all the amenities plus the kitchen was well supplied. Quiet and relaxing and close to excellent beaches. Would definitely stay there again plus the owner was a great communicator!

Nice place

We liked this place a lot. It was peaceful and we enjoyed the pool and met some very friendly residents. No AC was definitely challenging but we would stay here again for sure.

Our stay at Waikoloa Villas

This was our second time staying there. It is very comfortable. I was originally worried about not having AC, but we did not need it. We used the beach chairs and the hot tub almost every day. We hope to stay there again!

Good location for exploring the entire island. Recently updated with laminate flooring and stainless steel kitchen appliances. Condo was well-equipped, especially with beach equipment. Great weather at this location. Owner was easy to communicate with and helpful.

very nice, clean condo with well stocked kitchen. Beautiful, quiet, non touristy location with easy axcess to the best parts of the island. Only drawbasck is lack of restaurants close by. I always stay in this area when visiting Hawaii Island and would stay in this condo again.

Wonderful

The condo was perfect. The lanai was big and the view was beautiful. It was a very quiet place to stay at, except for the turkeys and roosters in the morning, haha. It was better than noisy traffic and people. Kerrie was very easy to get a hold of and very helpful. It was very much appreciated. We loved our stay there and will definitely stay again.

A very nice place to stay

My partner and I spent a very pleasant four nights in Waikoloa Village. The unit has two spacious bedrooms, a comfortable living room, well stocked kitchen, and a lanai that looks out over a golf course. It was a great escape from the crowds and chaos of Kailua-Kona where we have stayed in the past. A shopping center with a supermarket and several small eating establishments is within walking distance. A 30 minute drive takes you to Waimea, with multiple farmers markets and perhaps the best restaurant on the island, Merriman’s. We will be back.

We are located in a great central area on the island and now with the new shopping plaza going in, we will have a lot more options for dining and shopping. See you on your next visit!

Exactly what we wanted

The condo was exactly as described and was exactly what we wanted. There was an adequate supply of towels and beach goodies and a kitchen full of plates, bowls, pots, pans, etc. The washer/dryer was nice to have as well. Wi-Fi was not working for us on two of our three days there, but we were out and about mostly so it really didn’t impact us.

Happy but warm

Everything was great the room was clean had everything we needed the only downfall for us was there was no air-conditioning. It was hard getting to sleep at night.

Home away from home

We enjoyed our stay, our condo was stocked with all the usual items plus more! We arrived late at night, and found that the condo was prepped for our arrival. There were lights on so we could find our way around and a lovely fruit bowl waiting. During our stay we did not have to purchase paper towel, toilet paper, or trash bags... a real bonus when you are travelling. The kitchen provided a large inventory of spices and all the basics needed for preparing a meal. We enjoyed the sunsets, the pool and walking in the evening. The location is great. We highly recommend staying in waikoloa villas.

Better than advertised. Best location on the Big Island!!

Look no furthe!!. Great place!! Great price! I am a suoerhost myself (with the competing vacation rental website) ....therefore know the difference. The place was very clean, neat and the hosts were professional and accommodating (all of which are a very rare on the Big Island) in every way. The location was fantastic. Walk to dinner and shops. On 9th hole of a fantastic golf course. Pool and hot tub were fantastic...super clean. Would recommend Highly. Best place I have stayed in Hawaii. Thank you Den and Sylivie. I will return.

Aloha Fred, We are glad that you had such an enjoyable time staying in our "House of Happy Songs". We do enjoy helping our guests with their plans and try to make their stay comfortable and easy. That means being available to answer questions quickly both by email, text and phone. By doing so we have ended up getting to know and becoming friends with folks from all over the country, so a bonus for us! Our location does give our guests easy access to so much of the island and there is a lot to do within a short distance. We spent 4 months in our condo this past winter in vacation mode, but also doing more things to enhance the look, feel and livability of the space. Over the past couple years we have added a new full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, and shower doors. Last year we added a 60" flat screen TV and this year decided to mount it on the wall, giving a more spacious, roomy feel to the living area. Reviews such as yours validate what we have tried to accomplish in our special second home in the Islands....having a place to enjoy during our Colorado winters and also being able to share it with others.
