Appartamento Emilei con parking privado

Ese amplio y silencioso piso està ubicado en la ultima planta (con ascensor) de un antiguo edificio en el centro de la ciudad, a lado de Piazza Erbe. Además a una entrada monumental con patio interior, tiene el servicio de portería durante todo el día. Los 130 metros cuadrados esta divididos en un amplio comedor, una pequeña cosina con terraza y vista en un maravilloso patio interior, tres habitaciones y dos banos. Las habitaciones, respectivamente, son dos matrimoniales, una con vestidor y terraza, y la individual con mesa. En el salón está la posibilidad de abrir el sofa y tener otra cama por un máximo de 6 huespedes.

Previa comunicación aún está la posibilidad de un parking privado y de poder acceder a ciudad (pero no estacionar) en la ZTL (zona restricta por los residentes). Esta es la elección ideal por quien viaja por trabajo por lo fácil que es llegar al centro y por las familias en vacaciones que quieren eficiencia y funcionalidad.



Se ruega comunicar la hora de llegada al menos un día antes para organizar el check-in privado en el alojamiento.

El check-in se realiza de 14:00 a 19:00.

A la llegada se solicita el pago del impuesto turístico (4,50 € por persona y por día) y de la limpieza final (100 €).

En el momento del check-in se requiere un depósito por daños de 200 € con tarjeta de crédito.

Después de la revisión del apartamento, el depósito será reembolsado en el plazo de una semana tras el check-out.

it was a very pleasant experience. having an elevator in a historic building is a plus considering all the luggages that needs to be brought up to the Unit. it would be nice if there was bathroom mat that is more stable, to prevent any slips.the double mattress on the other room is uncomfortable , uneven. Having a parking spotin Verona is another plus, only at a cost. I wish it is included in the rental.location-wise. - it is very conducive to the points of interest.

This apartment was perfectly located for us. The bedrooms were clean. The common areas were sparsely furnished and the rugs and furniture could be cleaner. Parking was challenging, as the apartment is in the city center. The parking spot referenced in description requires an additional fee and cannot accommodate a larger car. Very secure building.

Location was superb. Apartment was lovely. The only downside was that the AC was only in sitting room. So the bedrooms were quite hot at night. Fans in bedrooms could have helped.

Keine passenden Steckdosen für Föne, in der Küche nur eine Verlängerungsschnur auf der Erde für Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine, keine funktionierende Steckdose für Milchaufschäumer.Fernseher nur mit italienische Programmen.Fernster in einem Bad ist undicht. Wir haben diese Probleme an die Kontaktperson schriftlich weitergegeben.

Nice appartment in the city center

Nice and clean, directly in the old town of Verona. You need to reserve a parking space with the owner, otherwise you have to find one on your own, and that might be tricky.

Great stay

This was one of my family’s favorite places we stayed. First, Licia was excellent. She met us at the property and had a map of the city and offered the best recommendations of restaurants and highlights of the city. One day we were inconvenienced by the train strike and she referred us to a driver who took us to Lake Garda which worked perfectly. The place is big and spacious with 3 bedrooms. The kitchen had what we needed and we cooked 1 night. If I had one thing to comment on was we were there in the heat wave and the AC units could not keep up with the heat. But we closed all the shutters and it helped a lot. The property is centrally located and we walked to all we wanted to see. We would stay again and we can’t wait to get back to Verona. Such a wonderful place.

Lovely apartment in excellent location.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this apartment for 5 days. Licia was most helpful. Her restaurant suggestions were exactly what we asked for. The location was excellent. Close to all the local attractions but in a quiet area. The apartment had everything needed for a pleasant and troublefree stay.

A great way to discover Verona

confortable, very centrally located apartment in a very quiet, elegant building that made us feel like locals. No need to have a car, we walked everywere. Loved the little balcony with flowers, could use a couple of chairs to sit and have a drink. We did not use the kitchen except for breakfast but it looked like it had enough to make a meal. Lots of restaurants, bars and shopping near-by. Our hostes, Licia, was a great help with informations and available to answer any question we had. I could have been a very critical traveler because I was born in Padova and grew up in Rome before moving to California and know Verona and the whole area. I have used HomeAway often and never been disappointed. I was traveling with my daughter and my younger sister that lives in Rome and we have nothing but good reviews to report on our stay. Thank you to Licia for her hospitality, Isabella

Great location big apartment

Great location and big apartment. However beds and couch are not comfortable at all andnees updating. Also electrical plugs are narrow and only one adapter provided for all appliances . Host very helpful and garage great.

Lovely apartment in great location!

Our family of four loved our time in Verona and this wonderful apartment! The location is really perfect - within the city walls and just a short walk to all the sites, shopping and many great cafes and restaurants. The apartment itself is really large, very pretty and was well stocked with everything we needed. We stayed for 5 nights and it was so nice to have room to be able to spread out and relax. We explored beautiful Verona and took easy day trips by train to Padua and Mantua. We had a fabulous evening at the Verona opera to see Nabucco. Watching it in a Roman amphitheater was an amazing experience and our young adult kids (18 & 22) loved it just as much as we did. Licia was a great help! She was very responsive, answered all my questions and even made a special trip to the apartment to show me how the washing machine worked when I couldn't figure it out! If we are ever in Verona again, we would definitely stay here! I highly recommend this apartment!

The apartment was a good as we hoped it would be. Well appointed and in a very central location but also quiet and secluded at the same time. Licia was very helpful and able to advise on everything we needed. I would advise anyone to visit this apartment

Wonderful apartment in the historic center

We stayed in this most perfect apartment for 10 days in November. Licia was very kind and professional. The apartment was was very clean, quiet and beautiful. We loved the balcony to relax after having explored the city. The amenities were great and everything worked well. The apartment was within walking distance for everything: the historic center, museums, churches, stores, restaurants. What a fabulous spot to stay. We would highly recommend it to everyone. Wonderful apartment., PERFECT location !

My daughters (15 & 19) and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Licia's very spacious apartment. It is really where you want to be while staying in Verona. The location could not be better. Verona is such a walking town and this apt. was on a quiet street, steps from everything. It feels very Italian with it's pretty entry and courtyard, also a super safe area. Happy also to have an elevator in the building for suitcases. The apartment was very clean. Kitchen well stocked. Both bathrooms were large and pretty. In unit Laundry was easy and convenient. The air conditioner worked great- we had a couple of 95 degree days during our week stay and the icy blast as we entered was SO NICE! Licia was great to work with and really nice too. She gave us some fantastic restaurant recommendations, including a pizza place on the other side of the river we all loved, "Da Salvatore". My girls and I saw the opera Aida at the Arena, highly recommend a special evening there-What an event.! We are not opera people- but this took our breath away! Very happy we chose this apartment and would absolutely stay here again if we return.

Great apartment in perfect location!

We stayed for a week at Via Emilei 24. The location couldn't be better or more convenient...close to all the sights in Verona as well as restaurants and shopping. The apartment was well equipped,immaculate and roomy. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals and all was in good repair. The bedrooms were also large and very comfortable. Licia was instantly available for any questions and was very helpful. If I go back to Verona, this is where I want to stay!! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fabulous 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment.
