Las vistas que se disfruta desde esa quinta planta (con ascensor) y los 300 metros cuadrados son los puntos de fuerzas del apartamiento. El arredramiento clásico con componentes específicos y detalles de lujo completan el perfil del piso. La ubicación central es a dos minutos andando por Piazza Erbe, corazón de la ciudad. El piso se desarrolla en una única planta y tiene dos comedores conectados, uno clásico con vistas rio y el otro con pequeño hogar con televisión. Una cosina casi profesional permite de poder cocinar algo mas complexo con herramientas especificas. Las habitaciones de distinguen en 3 matrimoniales, por una máximo de 6 huespedés. Finalmente el piso tiene 2 cuartos de bano, uno con banera y el otro con ducha.

Esta elección es ideal por todos los que quieran pequeños lujos cotidianos y al mismo tiempo desean amplia superficie en el centro de la ciudad.



Se ruega comunicar la hora de llegada al menos un día antes para organizar el check-in privado en el alojamiento.

El check-in se realiza de 14:00 a 19:00.

A la llegada se solicita el pago del impuesto turístico (3,50 € por persona y por día) y de la limpieza final (100 €).

The apartment is spectacular - just like the pictures. It is located perfectly for us to visit many of the top attractions and great restaurants in Verona. I highly recommend.

This is an exceptional apartment. It is well suited to either a family or two couples. The location is superb within an old town Verona. It is about a 10 minute walk to the Verona Arena.. the apartment is on the fifth floor and has excellent views of the river and much of the town of Verona. Decor is art deco, but it’s nicely maintained for an older facility.. communication with the host was exceptional. Parking is very difficult in old town, Verona, or Centro. Offsite parking at parking Paradiso.was helpful and about eur 20 per day.

Amazing place, but parking is an issue

The apartment is as beautiful and convenient as listed. It's a HUGE three bedroom flat with a great view of the hills and river surrounding Verona. You can walk everywhere within the main city, the arena is 10 minutes away. The accommodations are stunning, all of the cabinets in every room are custom made and artsy. Me and 3 friends had a wonderful time. You will too. One big problem was parking, which in Verona is a well known issue. You can not drive in the old town, let alone park downtown. In the ad on VRBO, it says parking is included with an extra price, but it is never offered to you and there are no buttons to reserve it. I asked about parking when I paid the second payment, but the host said it was already rented to someone else. Why? They never sent a message asking me if I wanted it. They just rented it. This is poor service. You can not unload your groceries and luggage conveniently because there is no driving on the apartment entrance street. You must unload the car around the corner, then drive 10 minutes away to a public parking spot. Then walk back. You need multiple people to do this. A simple message from the host should be sent about parking. Also, a few unfixed items offered on VRBO made the apartment seem slightly neglected: broken clothes dryer, broken spa, no soap holders in shower, loose toilet flush handles. It needs a little fixing and better communication for 5 stars. However, I still loved it.

Wonderful place. Loved the location. Great views. Plenty of room. Although we spent most of the time out and about our family if 4 had plenty of room. The parking garage was a slight walk and we had a bit of luggage but it all worked out. Lucia was very nice and helpful.

Location is an 11! Well equipped apartment that offers comfort, space for a large group, and the best location possible. So very walkable, good food close by, and shopping! Only negative for me are the beds were to hard for my liking.

Great place

The person that met us and check us in was amazing gave us a map and told about the town and gave great suggestion for food an other things to see, the pasta place was amazing. Perfect location by the river and grocery store close. Center of old town a few minute walk. The rental was large and beds comfortable. I would defiantly stay there again

Fantasic location and amazing views

Very large apartment located between the main areas of Verona and the river. Coffee shop on street and many wonderful restaurants wthin close walking distance - including in Romeo's horse stables! Apartment is a bit aged and could use some TLC, but overall a great place to stay with a group.

The best of the best

My wife and I and even sometimes our adult daughter have stayed in VRBOs around the USA, Europe (Italy, France, Spain, Portugal) even Latin America. Nizza 20 is by far the best and that puts it in tough competition with spectacular VRBO's in NYC, San Francisco as well as Venice, and Rome, and so forth. The apartment is huge close to 2,700sf, with a sixth floor, 270 degree view of the river that encirles the old parts of Verona. Everything about the trip was perfect. And the price was ridiculously modest for what the apartment provided. Highly recommend!!!

Lovely apt in a lovely town

Great stay at a great place in beautiful Verona!

This apartment is in a great location. Beautiful views, walk to almost everything, especially shopping, restaurants, the arena, Piazza Erbe and Piazza Bra. It also is very spacious. My wife and I brought our four older teen/young adult kids and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was great and allowed us not to have to eat at a restaurant for every single meal. Licia communicated very clearly and well with us about the check in process via Email and WhatsAp and she gave us some great suggestions on things to see and do as well. Finally, the train station in Verona made it easy to get to Florence and Venice. So glad we stayed there. All around a great rental and we’d definitely go back.

Wonderful apartment

The location is very central and in the old part of town. The view from all over the apartment is fantastic. It is five floors up and directly overlooks the river. Beautiful setting. The apartment is very large and is tastefully furnished, albeit some time ago. The agent, Liccia, was very efficient and helpful. All in all, a great few news in a lovely apartment.

We'd have given this one 10 stars is we could!

This apartment has it all: it's HUGE, gorgeous, comfortable, and located in a great spot with AMAZING views on two sides. It's in a great location for exploring the walking district of Verona, but with some peace and quiet, as it's on the river. It's near a small grocery and tons of restaurants, and the views - oh, the views! The apartment is a 3/2, so it should work well for a family or group of friends, with room for everyone. It was spotlessly clean, as well. There is an elevator to bring up bags, but if mobility is a challenge, ask for more info, as you'll have to be able to climb 5-6 steps to get to the elevator. Communication was easy and efficient. A great option in Verona!

Spacious, comfortable and great location

We spent 4 nights with friends in this wonderful apartment. It was clean, in a quiet location close to the opera, surprisingly spacious and with great views and the managers were punctual. Overall a wonderful experience

Excellent location and spacious

Great spacious apartment for family. Clean and well kept. Perfect location in the heart of Verona. The only minor downside is it the individual room AC units take a little time to cool on a hot day. (We kept the units off when not in apartment as requested at check in).

Perfect location and view in Verona

This apartment was huge and spacious and perfect for our family of 6. It has breathtaking views of the river that was better than expected. The location was perfect as it was quiet but close to a little grocery store and amazing restaurants. A luxury in Italy is that it had a reliable elevator that was easy to use and take you up to the apartment, great for luggage and tired children. If we find ourselves in Verona we will definitely stay here again. The check in process was simple and Licia was so helpful. She was incredibly responsive and professional. Thank you for an amazing experience in Verona! Kitchen - full equipt and enough room for all of us Bedroom 1 - 3: clean and comfortable with room darkening shades Bathroom 1: the only shower and it’s tight but that’s normal in Italy. Clean and well equipt with toiletries and toilet paper Bathroom 2: large tub (we never used) and clean with plenty of toiletries and extra toilet paper. Living area: massive in size and there are a lot of personal effects. I was worried my kids would break something but it worked out great. The floors are extremely slippery so bring inside shoes.
