Great location. My only suggestion would be more towels and there were no washcloths. Overall great place and owner very responsive. I highly recommend.

This is a great place to stay. We were there for 4 weeks and enjoyed everything about it. The location is one of the best in Playa for the beach, shopping and 5th Avenue. Very quiet condo that has everything it advertises. Owner and Property Manager were excellent to work with and kept us up to date on any issues that affected us (a power outage in the area). We would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent Location, Great Condo

Three blocks to the beach, two blocks to the pedestrian tourist street and only five blocks to a modern grocery store with a wonderful bakery. Plenty of restaurants! The host communicated promptly and the property manager was wonderful. The condo is secure and well insulated from the noise of the area.

we was there for 4 weeks there it was a Place that felt like home by the end. There was a few problems with the building our first few days the water system kept failing and we went without water for a few hours each of thouse days. but this gave us a reason to get out

This place is a GEM. The condo is really big & cozy! Beds & pillows are comfy! Close enough to everything you do not need a car unless you need to travel out of town & there’s taxi service just outside. We ended up renting a car for the day because it was cheaper for 5 of us. We just came back from 10 days in Playa Del Carmen with 3 little kids 13,10,8. The condo has everything you could possibly need. The pool was great because the beaches have a lot of saragassum most days. We LOVE it here & will hopefully return one day! THANK YOU. It was a pleasure staying here!

A comfortable spacious Apartment in Playa Del Carmen

The apartment is spacious and charmingly decorated. The bed were comfortable according to all my guests. You can’t beat the location if you like to be in the centre of things. Mamitas beach is just three blocks down and the hot spot for dining and shopping, 5th Avenue, is just two blocks up. The property manager, Dana, and, and her assistant, Yamila, are worth their weight and gold and provided timely, thoughtful assistance. The only drawback is that the pool area is very small and can only accommodate 3 to 5 people at a time. However, with the beach, so close, it hardly mattered.

Fantastic Stay

Myself, my 2 kids and my mom and dad came down for 12 days. The suite is nicely decorated, the beds are comfy. There is everything you need for cooking and when our blender wasn’t working Dana had another one for us that very day. You have a view of the pool from the balcony. The pool is perfect for the kids and we ended up spending most of our time there. The nice little added touch was the floaties and body boards in the suite for us to use. There is a 7/11 across the street for anything you need. It’s quiet and safe here. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk away. My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Wonderful!

Hello Natalia, We enjoyed our stay at your apartment confortable like home and well located close to the beach restaurants and grocery stores. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen for cooking,the beach chairs and the parasol the racks for drying laundry. Negative point:the noise coming from surrounding restaurants and bars. For future guests,the water flow in the toilet adjoining the 2nd bedroom should be increase because the filling of the tank is really very slow. Thank you Natalia and Alexander for renting us your little paradise in the sun,we will not forget it. Lorraine

Well located in tourist zone

It is just minutes to the beach and to the pedestrian street. Because the building is on the interior of the others, you do not get the noise from the rowdy bars around the corner. Decor is nice, a must when I select a vacation rental. Three split A/C units, so everyone will be comfortable. The bed is OK by Mexican standards but guests from north of the border will find it on the firm side. Lots of beach stuff -- towels, chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear. The access to the development is secure and there is a young man there morning and evening to help and keep an eye on things. Be sure to tip him. The safe was left locked so we couldn’t use it, a feature I always look for when selecting a vacation rental. It was never restored. Second bathroom sink drain and toilet need some attention to be fully functional, but that was not addressed in a twelve day stay. There is a combo washer/dryer in the unit, but no instructions to help you through the maze of buttons and settings. We found some documentation on the internet but after considerable flailing. Overall a very good place to stay.

Great stay!

This is a very comfortable and attractive condo with an ideal location near the beach and 5th Avenue restaurants/shopping. Parking was convenient at the property, and overall conditions were quiet and secure. The ownership and management went above and beyond to help me out! ... friendly and accommodating. This is a great value in terms of quality of the condo, location/convenience, and attentiveness of management. I would definitely choose this one again!

Perfect location

Nice, safe place in prime location. Smooth check in. Confusion with transportation. The smell from the pipes was an issue. But we found a solution: closing all drainage wholes and covering with towels. Overall we recommend this place.

This condo was exactly what we were expecting for our Playa Del Carmen vacation! Location was great with everything you would want close by. Having off street gated parking for our rental car was such a huge plus. Thanks for having us!

The condo was beautiful and had a great location. Good we had our own parking within the complex. Beaches have seaweed, but snorkeling in Akumal or Cozumel is clear. Fishing is awesome.

Great place

Was exactly as shown in photos. Very spacious. Well equipped kitchen all the way to a blender (important for margaritas). Their were 3 sharing and just overall great.

Eine sehr angenehme Wohnung mit allem was benötigt wird.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen, Hand-Badetücher im Überfluß. Auch Kücheneinrichtung Top, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Einmal Strom und Wasserausfall wg. defekt am Heißwassergerät, wurde aber sofort erledigt dank Eric!!! Es war zwar manchmal etwas laut in der Nacht aber wenn man in Playa del Carmen eine Wohnung anmietet, weis man was man macht!

Excellent location and great accommodation! Friendly and helpful owner and property management

My husband and I, along with our two children (ages 16 and 13), spent a week at this condo and it was a perfect place for our family. A couple of blocks from the beach and a block from a plethora of restaurants and shops. The condo was well appointed and spacious. Two beds in second room was a big plus for our teenagers. Owner and manager friendly and helpful. We rented a car for a few days so could leave it parked in the gated area. We felt very safe and would highly recommend to anyone.

Best Condo Experience Ever, Family So Impressed

Our family of 5 (2 Adults, and my 3 Boys (17, 12, 6) spent 10 amazing nights at Magic Paradise Unit C3. We found the condo to be excellent. My wife is a hard person to please, and she loved the condo. Everything from the pics matched the property. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, multiple burner stove, high end refrigerator, water cooler, and even a stacked washer/dryer. The condo is well equipped with tons of towels (bath and beach). Plenty of hot water in the showers. We all slept very well and the beds were huge. We used the A/C, and ceiling fans anytime we were in the condo. We did go just a bit over on the electricity use allowance, but for the small added cost to our family it is worth having the comfort we are used to back in the USA. The property is super safe, and everything is secured with codes or garage door opener, and own condo key. The area is very trendy with a lot of snack type bars, or upscale dining. The beach is under a 5 minute walk right down the street, and the main tourist street (5th Ave) is about 10 minute walk around the corner. My kids and I did make use of the pool on site which is not deep, but great to cool off, and relax after long filled days at the beach. The WiFi is amazing, and with our tech savvy youngsters always were connected. The condo is also well stocked with beach gear, boogie boards, small cooler, etc. Just wish we had some Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs or similar in the condo so we could take to the beach. I saw others walking out of other condos with some. I had a difficult time using the android TV equipment. I could not find instructions in the condo. The language was Russian I believe on the Guide, and I could not get it to work. My kids figured out how to use the apps (Netflix, etc.) Luckily we brought our own Roku, so I had TV access to watch FIFA world cup. Our concierge Montserrat was really good at checking us in, and checking us out. She gave us our space, and provided the info we needed. We have been visiting this area for 16 years annually so we did not take up each other's time. They do provide a cell phone to contact her if needed, otherwise use your own cell phone and use Whatsapp to communicate. We also used her Globalia company to book tours (Xenses & Xcaret) cheaper than the website. The whole renting process was super easy through VRBO, and dealing with Natalia the owner. We are looking forward to using this condo again in the future."

When can I go back?

This condo met all our expectations and then some. It had lots of pots and dishes and beautiful glassware. A water cooler and hot water dispenser even. The beds were super comfortable large couch for lounging. Great internet, with android box even local calling phone. Proximity to the beach is excellent, very safe condo. Our hosts Alex and Natalia, as well as our concierge Nahiely were very attentive and responded quickly to any concern. We had family in two other condo apartments and ours had the best service by far!!! Hope I can return in the future!
