Mi casa tiene 3 dormitorios, 1 baño completo, un medio baño en el primer piso, la cocina se suministra con platos, vasos, cubiertos, platos y ollas y sartenes, aire acondicionado central, lavavajillas, lavadora y secadora, vallado en el patio. A poca distancia de las playas de Rehoboth y playas Dewey. Cerca de centros comerciales, parque acuático, pistas de tenis públicas, además de otras playas vigiladas hermosa vida. Por supuesto que hay grandes restaurantes donde se puede caminar, bicicleta o en coche.

Welcoming

Patti’s place was inviting. It was the perfect place for a beach get away. There were even dog beds so my dog was comfortable too.

Great beach vacation

We loved our stay. Patti's place is well stocked with kitchen items and comfortable furnishings. We appreciated that it was also dog friendly. And the location was great - a short walk to the less crowded northern Dewey beach, or into the town itself, or to the Rehoboth boardwalk. It was also conveniently located next to the Rehoboth Ale House and a couple blocks from Fifer's Farm Kitchen. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect holiday weekend

Patti’s place was perfect for our family of 6. Having the beach and boardwalk close enough to walk to was definitely convenient. We did have an issue with the cleanliness of the backyard/patio once we got there but Patti was prompt in addressing the issue and had a power-washing company come out the next day. Having a fenced-in backyard was pertinent for our 2 dogs and it was great to enjoy the outdoors once it was cleaned. We would highly recommend staying here!

Quiet and peaceful

Well placed home with walking distance to the beach and Dewey. Amenities were nice although the mosquitoes in the backyard were bothersome. A nice place to rest in between going to the beach and going to Rehobeth.

Great Property and Location

The property is located between Rehoboth and Lewes and is an easy walk to the beach that is not crowded because it is between the two. The backyard is private and a great place to hang out and if you have a dog. We rode our bikes into Rehoboth multiple times and rode up to Cape Henlopen. It was a great place to stay and Patti was very helpful.

Very cute townhome!

This was such a cute little townhome! It literally had everything you would need. It worked perfect for my small family. The fenced in back yard was great & the location to the beach was a nice walk, less than 10 minutes. The area itself was very nice as well. Communication with the owner, Patti, was great. Overall, we had a wonderful trip!

Decent walk to the beach - a little far for us because we had toddlers Awesome backyard and sun room Cute decor Kitchen has everything you need Beds were a little uncomfortable but that’s expected in a rental We didn’t know to bring sheets and towels so make sure you bring your own Very dog friendly

Great Rental!

This home was perfect for our stay, great location! The home was the perfect beach rental smack dab in the middle of everywhere you would want/need to be! Short walk to beaches and restaurants/bars. By far our favorite part of the home was the huge outside area, it was a great place to hang out and enjoy the weather and lovely summer nights! Patti was great to work with and was always very responsive to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this rental to others and would 100% stay here again! Thank you for opening your home to us-we had a great time!

Great Beach Vacation

The property was clean and very well-stocked. The back yard and overall property were definite plusses (loved the hammock and outdoor showers). Host made herself very accessible. The walk to the beach was pretty easy if we just had the beach bag but driving is recommended if you have little ones in tow or have a ton of toys and beach chairs. Parking wasn't difficult to find near the beach. We love Dewey and Rehoboth for restaurants, bars and live music and had no trouble getting into town each evening. My non-beachy husband loved escaping to the ale house a block away while we were enjoying the shore.

Nice House in a Nice Location

We booked this house based on its location, closer to Dewey, and about a 15-minute walk to the center of Rehoboth. We like long walks and quieter neighborhoods; this house fit the bill. Using a shortcut, thanks to a helpful map from the owner, we could walk to the beach in about 15 minutes. You can also quickly drive to the beach and drop people off as needed. We were three adults and there was plenty of room for us in the house. Owner was very responsive when we texted questions. The Rehoboth Alehouse is a block away - the staff there is super friendly, you can meet lots of locals and tourists, they often have live music, and the on-site chef produces great dishes (try shellfish chowder). Overall great visit!

Patti was an absolute delight. Her home was a wonderful place to get away, and the fact that it is dog friendly makes it even better! We had 7 adults and our 9 month old lab puppy (Grizz) and there was plenty of room. We had a great time, but I think Grizz had the best time! The beach was short walk or drive. The only issue was that I didn't understand the parking lot/garbage & recycling cans and area. The house is a duplex and these areas were on the other side of the other 1/2 of the house. We actually thought they belong to another home next door. A very minor inconvenience and I only mention it so others know. Thanks again, Patti! You rock!!!

Dog friendly home close to dog friendly beach

We enjoyed our stay at this Rehoboth property. The home was very comfortable with all the amenities of my own home. There is a nice backyard with a hammock, bbq, tables & chairs.. There is also a "three season" room to sit out during inclement weather. Overall, we'd highly recommend this property!

Great place!

This property was great for us! The fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs. Grill worked great, house was clean, and three nice bedrooms. And only minutes from the beach. Patti was great to work with. Thanks Patti!

Pet Friendly Getaeay

Visited Dewey Beach with family and our west highland white terrier to vacation while practicing social distancing. The place was much larger than expected, a pleasant surprise. The outdoor area was nice, rooms were confortable, and we appreciated the giant Jenga set and hammock. The best part was the location. No need to drive at all, it's only a 10 min walk to the nearest Beach and the Dewey Strip where you have tons of take-out options and can catch the Jolly Trolly to Rehoboth Boardwalk (we chose to stay away from the Boardwalk crowds but on a normal year this would have been another added bonus). Definitely had the telltale signs of a pet friendly location, but this was perfect for us and our little dog for the extended weekend.

Clean house with everything you need

The house was exactly as advertised. We were impressed with the cleanliness. We didn't bring our dog on this trip, but she would've been very comfortable if we had. The location isn't ideal with respect to walking to the beach with gear, but we never had any issues finding parking near the beach.

Convenient location, cute house

Patti's house is in a very convenient location, just a short Uber ride from many different bars, restaurants, and beaches. The sunroom as well as backyard are really cute, and the grill was ready to go. The kitchen was very turnkey. The house was comfortable, and exactly what I was hoping for on this vacation. I will note a reminder to bring your own sheets and towels as there aren't any at the property. Patti does let you know to bring them in a letter she mails out, but they are listed under amenities so it can be a little confusing. Overall, very great experience and Patti is very responsive and helpful. Thanks!

Relaxing getaway for pups and their humans

A short walk - or drive - to Dewey dog beach makes this an ideal location for both humans and pups. The house is clean, well maintained, well equipped for dogs and contains everything needed for a relaxing stay. Fenced in back yard is a real plus. Owner is friendly, helpful, attentive and responsive to questions. Thanks, Patti, for your thoughtfulness during our stay and for sharing your home with us. This was our first visit to Rehoboth - and we are hoping it won't be our last!
