We already knew the surfside, it’s great. Ali’I was great too, even while they had to do maintenance at the place when we were there (stuff happens) the logistics and the contractor were great! Thank you!

We loved our stay here. The weather is drier and sunnier this side of the island and the location is central to everything. Great beaches and snorkeling near buy with gorgeous views!!!

Even coming from someone very picky, this unit was fantastic!!! Gorgeous, gorgeous view, 1.5 bathrooms, very well appointed kitchen, easy parking, great location, easily accessible pool and beach. Would absolutely stay again!

Awesome accommodations

We’ve been to Maui multiple times..but this was the best condo we have been in. The kitchen fully stocked (better than my own!). Amazing view from the lanai

Excellent location and fully equipped unit

We know Maui well having owned two condos here over the past ten years. We always wanted to stay in this building and glad we did. You can’t go wrong. Beautiful beaches and lots of good restaurants nearby. Or you can stay in and cook and watch whales from your deck!!

Great location for our Maui adventure

This property is in a great location. It is oceanfront with a spectacular view. The pool and grounds are a beautiful. The beach path allows you to explore both North and South. A sandy beach is only a few hundred feet away. Countless whale (winter) and turtle sightings from the balcony. The property is one bedroom condo with all the amenities you'd expect.

Amazing view

Communication before arriving was great - we received all the information we needed. Check in was a breeze. The view was incredible from this unit. The kitchen and condo had everything we needed including beach chairs, beach towels, and binoculars. It could have used a little more detailed cleaning, but I am pretty picky. Will definitely stay here again!

Maui Retirement Celebration

On this trip to Maui to celebrate my wife's retirement / birthday we decided to stay on the Kehi side of the island. We chose the Kehi Surfside Condos as out location. We reserved a unit on the 5th floor corner with an amazing ocean view. We had an awesome time. Amazing accommodation with awesome sunset each day for 10 days. One of the better condo locations in the area. Highly recommend this complex.

Beautiful sunset view

Very nice condo with a gorgeous view of the water & sunset. Great spot close to both Kihei and Wailea. Well equipped with everything you need for cooking & beach. Some construction going on while we were there, but the apartment is lovely. Just do be aware, there are lots of chickens and roosters & no A/C, so if you sleep with the windows open you will definitely be woken up by them at the crack of dawn.

This place is perfect!

It is what I wanted and it delivered. Perfect place for snorkeling all day or just hanging out at the beach and just close by to all the shopping areas (foodland, longs, and good restaurants). 5 Palms is right on the beach for some quick lunch for the keiki and cocktails for the adults. But way too close to Wailea shopping so bring your padded credit cards ( ha ha). We will back again. We've stayed at the Kehei area many times and this is the best place on VRBO/Airbnb by far!

Great Condo, Great Management Company

The unit has just been remodeled and they did a great job. Also, nice touches like beach towels and beach chairs included. We have stayed at Kihei Surfside before and love the location. Easy walk to Town of Kihei, Kihei Boat Ramp for all the ocean activities is 2 minute walk, great beaches with restaurants and bars close by. Kihei Surfside grounds are very nice and quiet. We booked through Ali'i Resorts and they did a great job communicating with us up to our arrival and met us at the property to introduce us to the condo.

Dream vacation

The unit as described is absolutely beautiful. The views took our breath away. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. We bbq’d nightly. The bed was comfy. And the best part is we saw a ton of whales from the patio. It’s the nicest unit at this property!! We love Kihei surf side and will be back to this unit for sure!! Thank you for such an amazing vacation!!

Beautifully renovated 5th floor unit with spectacular views. Everything you could possibly want.

This updated, modern unit is absolutely gorgeous. I first stayed at the Kihei Surfside in 1980 and it remains one of the most picturesque and unique spots in Kihei. Unit 503 is close to the ocean so you hear the waves all night and is equipped with everything one could possibly need. I watched both turtles and sunsets from the lanai and can't say enough about the amazing views.

Best stay in Kihei

As soon as we walked through the door we felt at home. This unit has everything to make you feel comfortable. Here are just a few examples: A very comfortable bed, the living room pull out that is also very comfortable, brand new kitchen appliances, Wifi, Cable, North American calling, all the cookware and dishes you could ever ask for, fresh linens, towels.....and it's super clean. Like I said, I really felt at home and comfortable. Great value. The lanai faces Northwest overlooking Maalaea Bay, which is a bonus since this is a rare unit that gets a nice breezy airflow if you open the sliding door to the lanai and leave the front door open. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking.

Amazing Vacation

A Perfect vacation at Kihei Surfside. The condo was clean and updated throughout. The grounds are beautiful with a professional friendly staff. A Fully stocked kitchen. An Amazing view, we watched the turtles swim from our lanai. Great communication, Ali’i responds immediately to any questions or concerns. Check in and check out was super easy. The only suggestion we have, is to provide more than one beach towel per person, one day at the beach or pool, the towel is done. Just pack an additional one. There are many bath and hand towels.:) The bed was very comfortable, good support with a nice pillow top/topper. Note: there is no air conditioning in the unit as described, so be prepared to open windows at night and close everything up during the day. Fans are provided. We like it warm so it wasn’t an issue, but could be a problem for some. Thank you

Perfect

This unit is exactly as described. My husband and I had a wonderful time. The unit is perfectly stocked for cooking and hanging at the beach. The unit is spacious and the view is spectacular. We received great communication from the host to make sure everything was as expected. Check in was a breeze. The location is perfect and close to whatever you need. Great beach on the door step and close to many other beach’s. Restaurants etc are within walking distance, but a car is great if you want to explore. I would definitely return when I return to Maui.
