Love the location and view. Could use a dishwasher, better lanai furniture and an update but overall we had a great stay.

This place is not just wonderful it’s also amazing

The location is amazing you can walk at the beach, Wailea walk simply put walk to everything The view is pricelessThe owner has made the place the perfect paradise spot and she is very good at communicating that is extra bonusThe unit is well stocked with supplies. Great Location

We loved this place. IT had a great community feel and the view was amazing. the bed was very comfortable too. We didn't realize there isn't a dishwasher, but it worked out ok.

March break stay

Perfect location! Comfortable bed, nice to have the AC in the bedroom. Bathroom could use a little maintenance… sink tap needs re-caulked behind it. Well-equipped kitchen, Overall fantastic stay!

Only hiccup was not having the room number with a late check in. Not on the list in front of the office. Had to try the code on every door at midnight until we found the room

What a view!

The view is spectacular. Whales and sea turtles were easy to spot from the lanai. Kihei boat launch is a very short walk away. Keawakapu Beach very short walk away also. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. No dishwasher or condiments left in frig. No big deal. I would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!

Kihei Delight

We have stayed at Kihei Surfside many times and it is always very enjoyable. This condo is on the 6th floor, with a sweeping view, quiet (except for the sea), perfect comfort, clean and well equipped. People we've met were always friendly and helpful. There is a community spirit here which is lacking at typical resorts.

Wonderful Condo and Location

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo had everything we needed and was perfect. The bed is very comfortable which is not always the case with rental properties. We LOVED the location. The community feel at the complex is fantastic, everyone seemed happy and relaxed, it is quiet, away from the restaurant area which we prefer, and the view is very nice. The beach is on the back side of the building and is a quick walk there. We also liked the fact that the condo complex is near the boat launch area so we could walk there for our early morning snorkeling tour of the Molokini Crater. It is a great location to sit and watch the sunset, the turtles swimming in the water, read a book, or watch the colorful birds. Being on the top floor is a bonus. We would definitely stay there again if we ever return to Maui. Thank you for sharing the condo with us!

Perfect location and incredible views!

My husband and I spent 12 days at this condo and absolutely LOVED IT. The location is perfect (Kihei, in general, but this specific location was perfect for our vibe). It's easy to get everywhere on the island, and while the town of Kihei is right up the road, this condo unit was quiet, yet active and has a beautiful park adjacent to the building. Every evening at sunset the park came alive with neighbors and vacationers to watch the gorgeous sunset. We saw whales every single day from the lanai (we were there the very end of March), and we saw sea turtles and enjoyed watching the daily activities from the boat ramp. There are 2 beautiful beaches within steps of the condo, among the many gorgeous beaches on the island.While the unit could use a few upgrades, the bed itself was comfortable, the AC was very nice to have, and it had all the basics for an extended stay.Thank for your sharing your beautiful property with us - we FULLY intend to come again! 5/5 Stars.

Love it here at the Surfside ❤️

We’ve stayed here for years and love coming to the surfside! We have never stayed in this unit and was surprised to see there was no beach chairs, umbrella, or cooler! No dish soap as well as there was no dishwasher. BUT.... the view, the people, the families that are so friendly on the lawn at sunset are really why we are here so all in all we would stay in this unit again if it came available! Sad to be going back to Montana!!

606 condominium

I love staying at the maui surf rider. When we arrived the apartment was very dirty and no cleaned from previous guest. we went to the office but the office was closed due to short staffing. We say some housekeeping with a bag labeled 606 so J asked them in Spanish if they were cleaning 606. They said yes but it not booked until tomorrow and showed me the paperwork. We dot a hold of Lauren and she said it was miscommunication. We got the apartment 2 hours later. Lauren was helpful and even purchased 2 chairs since there was only one beach chair but we had already purchased one. She dropped them off anyway. Our stay was good. Over all condition of apt needs some renovation.

Beautiful location! Ideal sunset spot

We loved the location. We've stayed at Surfside before but on a different floor. This 6th floor location was incredible! The views exceeded our expectations, the sunsets were amazing. The unit itself was very comfortable. It was just two of us so we were very comfortable with the space. The dining room table is very small so that's something to consider if you have more than 2 people. There is no dishwasher in the kitchen, so prepare to wash dishes by hand if you like to cook (we do). The lanai is wonderful and we enjoyed many sunset dinners there. (the grills by the pool are fantastic and you can get fresh fish in kihei) There is no air conditioning but the breeze was enough to keep us cool and comfortable. My only drawback was that we both work remotely so internet access was critical. The provided internet username and password were not working so we reached out to the owner but never got a response. Thankfully the next day we contacted the office downstairs and the manager was super helpful and gave us a new username and password. Without his help we would have been very stressed. The office staff was very helpful and handled every question that we had. We'd definitely stay at Surfside again! The snorkeling outside cannot be beat!

Great condo location

Perfect for my family of 4. So happy we opted for on-the-beach over in-room laundry. The setting is beautiful with amazing sunset views from the balcony every night.

Property 10, condo 3

This condo was in a great location, and the view was fantastic. However, this condo is about 30 years past needing to be remodeled. Furniture was old and broken, kitchen was very poorly equipped. Sheets, bedding and towels were so cheap and old, and the bathroom had mold. Would absolutely stay at the property again, but not that unit.

It’s a condo. It’s a place to sleep. Unit is nice. Think they need to put a hand hold for coming out of the shower. Oceanfront., sunsets off the lanai. Wouldn’t stop you from renting this.
