Amazing hosts, amazing location!!!

Hosts were very welcoming & helpful thru my booking process with VRBO and during my 2 week stay while attending L’Institut Français for French immersion. The apartment is located with easy access to shopping plus buses; very spacious with a great kitchen & full bathroom plus provides nice outdoor patio. I plan to definitely stay at this charming Studio again & highly recommend it to other visitors to Villefranche💕🙏

best place to stay in nice!

the place is well taken care of, with cleaners coming into clean before we checked in. we were able to leave our bags there early and the hosts are very gracious and kind, providing us with everything we needed for an amazing stay. location is close to a convenience store, the bus stop, and restaurants. the hosts had a very cute dog too and were kind enough to drive us to the metro station on our way to the airport free of charge. most amazing hosts and most amazing place to stay near nice!

Very nice but also rheumy

Overall the Appartement is very nice and the owners are very lovely people. The only negative is, that the Appartement is rheumy, which means it gets never dry in the bathroom and clothes etc get clammy. For me, personally it was not very well cleaned. The kitchen especially was sticky everywhere.

Superbe séjour

Marie est très attentionnée pour ses hôtes. Le logement est très bien situé, vous avez votre place de parking, c'est très bien aménagé, il y a tout le nécessaire, juste à prendre ses effets personnels. A renouveler sans hésiter.I

Kleines aber stilvolles Appartement auf der Höhe zwischen Villefranche und Nizza.

Nizza, Èze, Monaco mit dem Bus problemlos erreichbar. Bushaltestelle ca. 5-10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Geht kurz steil bergauf. Dort kann man auch einkaufen: Supermarkt, Bäcker, Metzger. Appartement liegt sehr ruhig. Weg zum Strand in Villefranche ist steil. Es gibt aber einen Bus, der nahe am Appartement hält. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Formidable!

J'ai passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement était très agréable et propre. L'accueil des propriétaires a été très chaleureux. Si on ne veut pas utiliser la voiture et si on est bon marcheur, on peut aller à la plage à pied ( la remontée est un peu dure), sinon il y a un arrêt de bus juste à côté. On est à 5 minutes (à pied) du col de Villefranche où il y a supermarché,boucherie,boulangerie... Bref ce fut très agréable!

Un petit nid dans la ville !!

Excellent accueil par la propriétaire. Le studio est parfait: confortable tres bien équipé meublé et décoré avec goût on s'y sent bien. Parfaitement situé dans un endroit calme et sécurisé, d'où on peut accéder à Nice et ses alentours facilement. Côté très pratique on peut y garer sa voiture juste devant.

Charmant appartement et proprietaire accueillante

La description de l'appartement est assez precise. Charmant, propre et vraiment bien entretenue. Madame m'a donne de bons conseils pour le bus et les magasins plus proches. Un ideal endroit pour un ou deux personnes, bien securise. Tres proche de L'Institut de Francais. Villefranche a plusieurs bons restaurants, bon marche samedi matin et brocantes dimanche matin.

Great apartment

This is a great apartment, especially for students of the Institut de Francais. It's on the ground floor of a private home with a private gate, so it feels very safe. The bathroom and kitchen facilities are fully updated and very comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Saved Me! Close to the Institut Francais!

I had been assigned an icky apartment through L'Institut Francais. I was in a dire situation as I was studying in Villefranche for a month and I needed a different place at the last minute. I was so very fortunate to have found this apartment Sunday evening and moved in Monday afternoon. The owner was extremely generous to pick me up at the icky apartment and wisked me up the hill close to the Col de Villefranche with my luggage. It was every bit as close to the school as the initial apartment, but far, far nicer. I would highly recommend this apartment to any students at the school. I would also say that the owner does speak some English, but for my purposes, I loved that I had to use my beginner's French. The marmalade is wonderful!!!!! Merci Beaucoup!

Charmant séjour

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce charmant loft ou il ne manque rien. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil de la propriétaire (merci pour la confiture maison qui était délicieuse). La vue sur la colline est très belle le soir avec toutes les lumières. La ville mérite d'être visitée ( vieille ville , citadelle et ses musées gratuits..) Nous recommandons cette location pour toutes ces raisons. Irène , Patrick.

Very nice and great location

The location was ideal for our purposes as it was centrally located. Just a short walk up the street was a small village with a restaurant, bakery and market. We were a short drive from many sights and museums we wanted to see. The apartment was comfortable and charming and the proprietors were helpful.

Very enjoyable week in Villefranche

We had a lovely week in this studio apartment in Villefranche. Apartment was spotlessly clean with all conveniences on hand. The owners were helpful particularly when we had some trouble with our hired car. We were also presented with a lovely pot of home made marmalade (oranges from their own garden). There are plenty of restaurants in the village down near the beach within 10/15 minutes walk.Be warned that the walk back up after dinner is quite steep.

Nice and cozy flat.

We really enjoyed out stay in this lovely flat. The neighborhood is very quiet so that you can relax easily and sit outside. The interior left nothing to be desired. Everything was clean and in place. The air conditioning was a welcome addition in some of the warmer nights. The owner was friendly, uncomplicated and helpful.

Perfect for L’Institut Students

The apartment is just a 5 minute walk to L’Institut de Francais and is as advertised. It is in a private home so it is very quiet and has a great kitchen with everything you need. The mountainside view from the patio is lovely. The owners are friendly and helpful. Because the owners are nearby and the apartment is very secure, I would recommend it for someone traveling alone. Because of the layout, it feels much more spacious than a studio, especially when the patio door is open. My husband and I spent one month there and it was great. The owners speak a little English so it is helpful if you can communicate in French, even if it is not perfect.

Long sèjour d'un mois dans ce studio confortable,moderne,très propre, très bien aménagé,très bien agencé. Au calme. Prestations de haute qualité. Propriétaires discrets et serviables. Conforme en tous points à l'annonce

Impression " coup de coeur " à l'arrivée , la location est spacieuse , décorée avec goût , rien n'y manque , les prestations sont à la hauteur de la proposition . Les propriétaires sont discrets et néanmoins très attentifs à nos besoins , nous conseillent sur les découvertes à faire et la région ne manque pas de sites à visiter. Les vues depuis les corniches , les villages pittoresques , Nice tout près , la fameuse "socca" , les nombreux restaurants . Pas de déception , nous recommandons cette location . Yolande
