Este espacioso apartamento estudio amplio, encantador, muy soleado y luminoso (con área de dormitorio separado) con una generosa terraza exterior, tiene impresionantes vistas al mar con vistas a la bahía de Villefranche y St Jean Cap Ferat. Está en una excelente ubicación, con tiendas y transporte dentro de 1-2 minutos a pie, y al casco antiguo y al mar aproximadamente 4 minutos a pie (otros 3 minutos a pie de la preciosa playa de arena Villefranche). También hay aparcamiento gratuito. El beneficio real de esta propiedad es de las impresionantes vistas al mar de la bahía de Villefranche desde la amplia terraza - que es perfecto para cenar 'Al Fresco'. Este sería un punto de partida ideal para una pareja que le gustaría relajarse y tener fácil acceso a la encantadora ciudad de Villefranche-sur-Mer situado equidistante entre Niza y Mónaco (4kms a cualquiera). The apartment is exactly as describe clean and comfortable with a fantastic view. The location is good for local transport and amenities. We would definitely stay in the apartment again.

It’s a wonderful apartment, small but with everything you really need, and the view of the bay from the large balcony is truly fantastic! Tim is great, very personable, communicative and accommodating. It’s a perfect location to visit other places in the Côte d’Azur, and very close to major bus stops, a small grocery and Picard’s frozen foods. We spent a whole month here and the only problem we had was dragging ourselves away from the view to go sightseeing! Highly recommend this apartment!

Enjoyed a 6 night stay in this lovely apartment, we spent most of our time on the spacious balcony. The view of the bay was amazing. Location is perfect for bus stop, train is 10 minute walk. Lots of eating places nearby and a delightful bakery for your morning pastries. Good communication from hosts throughout and our deposit was refunded a week later.

Wonderful view from balcony

Ideally located apartment for buses and local shops. The view from the balcony is amazing and the the apartment has everything you need. the owners communication is great and helped us out when the bus stop had moved in Nice! the only downside is the proximity to the main road and the noise from the traffic.

Our Happy Place!

We've been holidaying in Villefranche for about 12 years and have stayed in lots of different apartments but we keep returning to this one and have stayed here 4 or maybe 5 times. Says it all really! This is our happy place and now feels like "home from home". Villefranche is such a lovely place to stay and the apartment is just perfect with the most beautiful views from the balcony. Location is great - 10 minutes walk to beach and restaurants and the bus is 2 minutes away to pop along to Nice or Cap Ferrat for lunch! We love it here and hope to return many more times in the future!

What a view!

This lovely apartment had a large balcony with a view that would be hard to beat---bay, bikers, people running and waking, strolling with their dogs, etc. It was close to grocery store, shopping and old village. Our host, Tim, was kind, quick to respond to any inquiries and flexible. We hpe to return. Merci beaucoup!

Tims Apartment hat mich begeistert von dem Moment an, als ich es betreten habe. Es ist super hell und geräumig, und die Aussicht auf die Bucht von Villefranche ist einfach traumhaft. Man möchte am liebsten den ganzen Tag auf dem Balkon sitzen und sie genießen. Ich habe 9 Tage in dem Apartment verbracht und wäre gerne länger geblieben. Die Lage ist ideal, man ist direkt an der Bushaltestelle und bei einem kleinen Supermarkt, und das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Tim war sehr gut, er war jederzeit erreichbar und super freundlich. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und werde sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Wunderschöne Aussicht auf Villefranche

Bereits die Kommunikation im vorhinein war einwandfrei (auf englisch) und immer nett. Wir hatten bei der Ankunft kleine Probleme wegen der Schlüssel, die immer mal auftreten können und welche auch schnell angegangen wurden.Ich hatte die Anzeige vorher schlecht gelesen, sodass mir erst vor Ort klar wurde, dass es keine Waschmaschine und kein WLAN gibt. Für einen 10-tägigen Urlaub muss man dann einige Bade/-Strandtücher mitbringen, was wir nicht hatten, sodass wir einige nachkaufen mussten - als Tipp (P.s. 4 Stk. wurden gestellt). Die Tür zum WC und die Tür zum Bad können nicht geschlossen, nur angelehnt werden- als Info. Die Lage ist super, man ist schnell fußläufig in der Villefranche Altstadt und die Bushaltestelle für die Busse nach Nizza, Monaco, St. Jean Cap Ferrat und zu all den anderen sehenswerten Orten ist in 3-5Min zu Fuß erreichbar. Wenn man keinen großen Einkauf schleppen möchte, kann man sich von Carrefour oder Intermarche den Einkauf liefern lassen - super Sache! Nizza ist natürlich kostspielig was Essen gehen/ Sonnenliegen mieten angeht, aber mit Wasserschuhen und einer gemütlichen Liegemöglichkeit auch auf Steinböden, hat man immer schöne Strandtage. Und selbstgekochtes Essen auf dem Balkon war immer schön. Wir lieben es! Dankeschön an Tim und Catherine, dass wir den Check out spontan nach hinten verschieben konnten, für das gemütliche Appartment mit zauberhaftem Blick und eine schöne entspannte Urlaubszeit!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, in der es an nichts fehlt. Wunderschöner Blick auf das Cap Ferrat.

Alles war Bestens, guter und freundlicher Kontakt zum Besitzer. Wir haben die Wohnung den Blick und die Nähe zu allem genossen. Natürlich bedeuten die zwei Straßen mit den 2 Ampeln auf den beiden Straßen, dass es nicht sehr ruhig ist, was aber vorher schon bekannt war. Dennoch haben wir gut geschlafen und die 5 Tage in dieser herrlichen Gegend, ein Katzensorung entfern von Nizza sehr genossen.

Fabulous views

.we have stayed in this apartment a few times before and love the authentic simple french feel this light bright apartment gives along with its magnificent views of the bay. Lovely to relax without the invasion of technology and the hum drum of the modern world. Villefranche-sur-Mer perfect location for exploring South of France and even a plunge into Italy. Easy access to public transport but the real plus are the owners. They gave a real personal touch with invaluable information and tips to enhance our stay. Places to visit, walk, eat, shop, transport etc. . Fabulous. So glad we decided to go for three weeks and eventually got our delayed, due to covid restrictions, holiday.

Apartment with terrace and beautiful view

The apartment is situated in the hill over Villafranche overlooking the bay with marvellous view. Different cruise ships and boats arrived each day and we enjoyed very much the view to the lighthouse in Cap Ferrat. The apartment is practical, but has not got an air condition, just a fan, so in July it was very warm. We had to move the beds in front of the terrasse and sleep with open doors. Excepy from this, the apartment and view was brilliant.

Just lovely

One week spent here in June. The view from the balcony is stunning. The Apartment has everything you need for your stay. There is a busy road outside but this really didn’t bother us at all. We loved eating out every night at the harbour which is a 10 minute walk away. Shops, bar and fabulous cake shop all minutes away. The train station is a 10 minute walk away and the train travel is fast and cheap. Our only issue was works being carried out in another appartment upstairs but there’s nothing that can be done about that and it takes nothing away from this lovely place and it’s surroundings

Perfect holiday flat

This flat is as beautiful as the photos. We stayed here a week and felt like locals. It was perfectly appointed. We shopped, we cooked we couldn’t have asked for more. Tim and Catherine were very responsive and very friendly we felt as if we were “borrowing “ a friends place. the bus, right outside the door, runs from Monaco to Saint Tropez as does the train which is an easy walking distance. The building felt very safe,we came home very late a couple of nights and felt perfectly comfortable. Home away only provides for five stars, we would give it TEN! We just got home and we are already planning our return.

Absolutely charming with a spectacular view

I had the pleasure of staying in this charming studio apartment for one month while I studied at the nearby Institut de Francais. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen and nice bathroom/shower. The view of Villefranche Bay is spectacular and I enjoyed watching the sun rise every morning from the large french-door/windows. The apt. location is perfect as it is close to the bus stop, train station, and the historic Old Town. There is also a nearby park with a farmer's market each Saturday and a small grocery market around the corner. I would also recommend this if you are planning on attending the Institute as it was an easy walk up the hill to the school (5-10 minutes). The booking was easy and the owners Tim and Catherine were extremely responsive to any questions and checked in throughout my stay to ensure all was going well. The other residents of the apartment building were also very friendly and helpful and it's a completely safe (and clean) building with secure access. Villefranche is a great location to stay while you enjoy the sights around the Riviera. It's a very quick bus ride or train ride to Nice and Monaco/Monte Carlo as well as other places along the coast. I highly recommend this apartment for your next holiday adventure!
