Bienvenido a Ships and Giggles, la obra maestra más nueva del frente del golfo en Cape San Blas. Esta unidad fue COMPLETAMENTE renovada en 2019 y ahora está lista para alquilar. Todo es nuevo, incluidos muebles, electrodomésticos y ropa de cama. La unidad incluye una suite principal con una cama king size que da al golfo. El segundo dormitorio, también con vista al golfo, tiene dos camas individuales, perfectas para los niños. También hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar con vistas PANORÁMICAS del Golfo de México. Disfrute del café de la mañana en la cubierta del segundo piso con vista a las hermosas aguas del Golfo. Esta es una unidad del último piso (segundo piso) y está situada perfectamente para disfrutar de un largo fin de semana o vacaciones prolongadas. No se permiten mascotas y se requiere una estadía mínima de tres noches. Hay una cocina completa de cocineros con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. También hay dos baños recientemente renovados. The unit was clean and recently remodeled with newer furniture. The ocean was clearly visible from main windows and beach about 30 yards away.

The condo was very clean, easy instructions on arrival and departure routines, and in an excellent location. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The deck was large for hanging out and watching gorgeous evening sunsets. The condo is just a few steps away from the beach. The beach was private with very few people when we visited in October. There are a few local restaurants on the cape but lots more in Port St Joe. There is a bike path that spans the whole length of the cape. Wonderful biking views. We even had campfires at night right on the beach. Overall, a great experience. We plan on going back next year for fall break.

We love this place! Can’t beat the location for the price. Beach is narrow so it can get packed if there are a lot of people but the condo itself is perfect for a family of 4.

Clean comfortable unit with amazing sunsets.

Unit is as advertised. Very comfortable. Kitchen is supplied well enough to cook and eat. It even had dishwashing liquid and paper towels. The beds were comfortable. Soft, but comfortable. The deck facing the gulf is large and has a clear view. We were amazed with the sunsets. This is a relaxed life style. No hustle or bustle. Just laid back. Small intimate restaurant and a few shops.

Great location

Close to the trading post and St Joe Seafood. Amazing location on the beach! 6 miles to the State park and 6 miles to 30A. This is an older unit that has been partially renovated and on the second floor so there are steps. The unit was clean. Our only real complaint was with the mattress in the master. We stayed 9 nights.

Nice but Property Needs Updating

The location of the property is right next to the ocean. You could hear the ocean waves from your bedroom window, which was really cool. The updates that have been done to the property were nice. However, the properties kitchen needs an overall. Also there were places throughout the property that needed a deep clean, specifically in the bathrooms. Overall not the worst or the best place I've stayed at.

Great View and Good Location

Great location near the Trading Post (grocery) and shops. Location is great for a quiet stay right on the gulf. The unit could use some cleaning in the kitchen and bathroom, but overall it was nice stay! The views are great and you are steps from the beach. Further down the beach towards the state park is a bigger space on the beach, but perfect for a small group (just not a huge beachfront). The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the appliances and necessities. Easy check in and out procedures.

January retreat

The good things about this unit, it sits steps from the beach, has lovely views of the surf from multiple windows, it is very open with great lighting, great seating for reading or watching TV, nice dishwasher, stove and refrigerator, lovely dinnerware. The bad things, although the listing says everything is new, there were many things not in good shape. The counters in the kitchen are in desperate need of replacing. I misread the description, thought it said there was stainless steel cookware to use. The cookware is all nonstick and well worn. If I had known that, I would’ve brought my own pots. One of the instructions is to refill the Britta water filter, I’m not sure what happened to it, but there was no such filter. We did drink the tap water and it was fine, but for those people who would like to have a water filter, you need to bring your own. The shower curtain in the master bath needs to be replaced, it’s not clean. The shower nozzle in the master bath drips, so you have to leave it off of the connection dripping down into the Drain. The mattress is soft in the master bedroom, the listing said it was new, but the side closest to the door felt hollowed out like you were sleeping in a little low spot. That’s a matter of preference, we prefer a firmer mattress, this one was soft. Lamps in the sitting area did not have switches, not usable. For a unit that was recently remodeled per description, there were a lot of things in need of repair.

Thanksgiving getaway/get together

We have stayed in this unit multiple times now. Location is GREAT and great views! Super close to the beach - a matter of feet. The unit is always clean and well stocked. The owner is always good to work with. Cannot wait for our next visit.

Long weekend chill

The place is easy to find. Unit is on the second floor with great views of the gulf from every room. The unit is nicely furnished and the beds were comfy. Getting to the beach is easy and less than 30 seconds I'd say. The 2 general stores arewiyhin a half mile
