Esta casa está perfectamente ubicada lo más cerca posible de la playa y al otro lado de la calle de un restaurante y una tienda de comestibles. Esta unidad cómodamente decorada está en el corazón de todo en la playa de México. Es un lugar ideal para que una pequeña familia o dos parejas disfruten de unas excelentes vacaciones.

Good spot

Good location, clean, looks like the photos.Great view ,easy walk over sand dune to the beach.Kitchen well equipped,1/2 bathroom on main level a plus.The bedrooms are nice. Better for older kids.Lots of beach decorations, some games and books.Normal wear and tear in high traffic areas.Killer Seafood across the street is great.Heather was very helpful with check in and and questions I had.

Awesome Beach House

Perfect place to stay. Step right on the beach out the door. Beautiful view of ocean and sunset. Convenient to everything on Mexico Beach and Port St Joe. Would absolutely definitely stay at this beach house again.

Perfect spot!

The property is directly on the beach, for beach coffee each morning, and easy access to the kitchen and bathroom through the day. Perfect for younger kids who may need to go up multiple times. The unit was immaculate, the staff was easy to communicate with and check in/out was a breeze. We would absolutely recommend Pristine Properties and stay with them again!

Calming and peaceful. The view of the beach when you first enter the living room is breath taking. The property is well managed and beautifully decorated. Communication between property management and us was timely, efficient, and helpful from the check in process to check out. Definitely the best vacation for relaxation.

Infested with bugs

Got up in the middle of the night and went into the bathroom. Cut on the light and small roaches were everywhere! Complained and no one responded. I even took pictures and sent them in the portal

Location great but not property

We decided to try out Mexico Beach for our annual beach trip. We’ve been to PSJ and liked the seclusion of the area. The location of the condo was wonderful. Food trucks right across the street, low crowds, and calm water. We will be back to the area but will likely try next door at Perry’s Place. Arriving at the property, our door code didn’t work. After a minutes we contacted the property company and was sent another. The cleanliness of the condo looked okay at first glance, but was really not. There was a lot of mold in the washing machine, on the air vents, very dusty surfaces, etc. Overall, the condo smelled like mildew. I understand Florida heat and humidity… But this was negligence of the cleaning crew. I contacted the property company (with a picture) to let them know and to handle it when we left. Someone showed up the next day. I sent her away because one of my children fell sick on the trip. I explained to her what my message said and she was very understanding… she was just doing what she was told. Our door code stopped working during our trip. I texted the property company to let them know we couldn’t get in. It sounded like the battery was low because the door lock was clicking continuously and not unlocking fully. Hours later they got in touch with me. Thankfully my husband got us in much sooner than their reply. Was the location nice? Yes! Could you stay somewhere nicer for the same price? YES!

Sandcastle C - Pristine Properties

The property itself is amazing – most notably, the location is direct beach access, so it’s convenient for adults with medical/health issues or small children requiring easy/frequent access to the unit. Maintenance issues happen, and unexpected things go wrong with properties from time to time – this is understandable. However, our experience here was, when things do go wrong, that’s when you learn more than you ever wanted to know about the property management company (when you’re supposed to be on vacation). It’s not what happens, it’s how you address what happens that makes the difference. Unfortunately, our experience was that the actual interaction and tone of engagement with Pristine’s property management is predominantly unresponsiveness mixed with untimely and/or insensitive responses depending on the day of the week, and subsequently, which local team member you might be able to connect with… Additionally, we found that being proactive and actively seeking resolution of any possible concerns completely falls to the renter (again you are dealing with all of this while you are supposed to be relaxing on vacation). For us, this completely mitigates any possible benefit the property could provide. Essentially the first two days of our vacation was filled with stress and worry, and now, two weeks later, we are still in process of trying to resolve one final detail. We loved Mexico Beach and will return there in the future. However, we will never stay in another Pristine managed property, anywhere.

Great beach location.

Could throw a tennis ball to the water from the porch. It is a very nicely decorated and very very well equipped rental. The stairs were a little problem for my 89 year old legs, but were no problem for my younger wife and niece.

Sandcastle

Sandcastle is a beautiful condo with all the amenities of home. I was especially impressed with the kitchen. It was well stocked with everything we needed to cook great meals. One thing the owners might consider is replacing the mattress in the bedroom on the highway side. It is a little creaky for two adults. Otherwise everything was excellent!

Spring break 2021

Excellent stay. Very clean and very well stocked. Beautiful view!! Literally steps to the beach. Shower was very handy to clean off sand or wash the many seashells we collected. Closest full grocery store is a drive to Port St Joe. Two playgrounds nearby for kids who need a change of scenery. We really enjoyed our quiet and relaxing family vacation.
