Great Time in Trastevere

My daughter and I spent a week at the residence and had a great time. Every aspect of the residence suited our needs, especially the location near restaurants, shopping, and transportation. We especially appreciated the cleanliness of the residence, and the fully equipped kitchen. It would be our choice should we again visit Rome.

Location, Location, Location

When you search for a place near restaurant's and shops you not sure if you actually get that. I was pleasantly surprised to see that this apartment was exactly that. We could walk the neighborhood get a Gelato, a pastry, a pharmacy, go to other restaurants all within a 1 to 5 min walk. we were very satisfied with our stay. We plan on coming back to Rome and would stay again.

Matteo was very helpful in answering all my questions quickly. He met us promptly on the first day and showed us around the apartment.The amenities were as advertised. The apartment is in a great area and easy to walk to everything. However, I don’t know if the apartment sat vacant for awhile but the shelves in both bedrooms have not been cleaned in sometime. My friends cleaned most of the ones in the spare bedroom, Also the floors throughout the apartment were dirty. It seems they have only been swept but not had a soap and water cleaning in some time. The instructions in the elevator about where the trash cans are is correct, but there were never all of the different trash cans there.

don´t, just don´t

This apartment was very dirty, hot water was intermittent, The furnishings were looked like they had been bought at Porta Portese and of questionable cleanliness. If this were the last available apartment in Rome, I would pick a different city to visit.

Appartement behoeft dringend verbetering

Slechte, versleten, smerige banken. Veel van de stopcontacten onveilig of onbruikbaar. Tweede badkamer zonder verlichting en niet meer af te sluiten. Kortom veel gebreken. Wel op een mooie plek in de wijk.

Very misrepresented

Very run down property. Linens were torn and worn, rooms looked nothing like pictures. We paid an extra cleaning and towel feel but when we showed up at the arranged time, they had not even started cleaning from previous guests. They left two rolls of toilet paper for six hues for three nights. We had to purchase our own. Run down and dirty.

Great Location But……

We were a party of 3 staying in Rome for 7 nights. The good, the location is fantastic. Close to great restaurants, waking distance to the major attractions. Definitely check out Rione 13 restaurant and Fatamorgana for gelato. Both are just next door to the flat. The not so good. One towel per person, very uncomfortable beds and bedding, very small showers, one small rubbish bin for the entire flat with no extra rubbish bin liners, no instructions for rubbish removal, slow enquiry response from the management company, half a roll of toilet paper provided for both bathrooms and vague instructions to go to the breaker room on the first floor if electricity goes out. Luckily we didn’t have to deal with that.

Appartement spacieux et confortable globalement, accueil chaleureux et professionnel, emplacement ideal dans le quartier Trastevere et pour des excursions romaines. Quelques remarques : - nous avons ete prevenus que l'electricite n'etait pas suffisante pour soutenir les 3 blocs d'air conditionne, - ustensiles de cuisine limites, - j'ai paye des frais supplementaires sur place en inserant mes details de carte de credit sur le telephone de la personne nous accueillant, tres moyen en termes de securite bancaire et pas agreable d'avoir un paiement a faire a l'arrivee qui n'etait pas clair pour moi.

Location that we expected.

I started with my location not by accident. Trastevere is a great place. The apartment was very nice and according to needs! I can honestly say we want to. Everything was positive! Our host Emanuele was very kind, friendly and gave us a lot of useful and right advises!! I will give only one tip: The surcharge for Saturday and Sunday accomodation is a little ungraceful. Not as a "number" of money, but as an idea. I think the holidays are mostly at the end of the week, not mid-week. People should feel "attracted", not a little "uninvited"

Great location in a great neighborhood. However, refrigerator did not work which was awful.

We've stayed in Trastevere in the past. We enjoy the neighborhood and the location. It is very easy to get to all the sites. This apartment is on a nice street off the Piazza di San Cosimato. Unfortunately, the apartment is handled by a rental agency so you are not dealing with the owner directly. When we arrived, on a Friday, a nice rep from the agency met us and showed us in. He turned things on and had us sign an agreement. Sadly, after he left, we soon realized that the refrigerator did not work and a toilet was constantly running water. We quickly notified the agency rep and he said he would look into it. We ended up spending the entire weekend without a fridge. The separate freezer worked, so we froze water and wine and placed it in the fridge to keep our food cool. After sending another message to the agency on Sunday, a different rep came on Monday to look at the fridge while we were out. Apparently he thought the fridge was adequate and told us there was nothing they could do - he didn't seem to notice that we were using our frozen water and wine to keep things cool. Very frustrating. We never ended up cooking in the apartment. And it was not fun sleeping with a constantly running toilet. My advice: Rent a place where you are dealing directly with the owner. I would avoid this place.

hello we are really sorry for what happened. that was something that was not notified but the previous guests. we tried to intervene as soon as you told us and we sent someone to check it and it seemed working again. we have now replaced the refrigerator with a new one.

comfortable flat in Trastevere

The position is perfect, in the heart of Trastevere, the most vibrant and authentic area of the City. We found everything we needed in this great house, perfectly clean and well equipped. We would stay again, definitely! The comunication is really easy. We highly recommend it!

Den Preis nicht wert

Buchung, Anreise und Abreise haben ohne Probleme funktioniert. Wir waren zu dritt für 10 Tage in dem Appartement und finden einiges zu bemängeln, was bei diesem Preis nicht sein kann: -bei der Anreise um abends Uhr wurde noch geputzt, obwohl man um vormittags abreisen muss -in einem Bad Schimmel an der Dusche, eine Scheibe der Kabine ist locker, der Toilettendeckel ist abgeschlagen -im 2. Bad kein Haken, keine Ablagemöglichkeit für irgend etwas - eine Garnitur Handtücher für 10 Tage,das finde ich zu wenig -der Teppich im Wohnzimmer ist schwarz vor Dreck -über den 2 kleineren Sofas sind Spannbetttücher gebreitet, die Kissen haben zerrissene Bezüge und sind so durchgesessen, dass man kaum drauf sitzen kann -es gibt nur einen Schlüssel, wie man das zu sechst machen soll, weiss ich nicht, ist zu dritt schon schwierig -kein Geschirrtuch vorhanden -der Spüllappen völlig versifft -es wird eine Telefonnummer für die Wohnung angegeben, es gibt aber kein Telefon -unter dem Esstisch und auf den Regalen Staubschichten, wofür zahlt man Endreinigung - zwei Lampen haben nicht funktioniert das sind alles Dinge, die man beheben kann und für den Preis kann ich das nicht akzeptieren. Die Lage ist sehr gut, es ist ruhig in der Umgebung und im Haus und die Verkehrsanbindung ist auch gut. Es befinden sich alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. -

Perfect

Apt was reasonably clean with ample utensils and sheets and washing machine was working well. Location was very good, we were able to walk down to major attractions. The place is safe and neighborhood friendly. Good food was available within walking distance. Gelato stores always near-by

the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, we were met with kindness and everything was explained to us in detail. We enjoyed our stay and everything inside the apartment was really comfortable, clean and convenient. I would definitely recommend this to anyone travelling to Rome

Great experience

Our family loved this apartment. It was comfortable, clean and had all we needed. Wifi and ac work good, kitchen is full of utilities, the beds are comfortable and bedrooms are extremely quiet. Trastevere is just a lovely area where to stay, it is full of restaurants and nice places to discover. Excellent customer service from weekey rentals. Everything went really good. Thank you, we had a truly special trip do Roma!
