We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back next year. The condo had everything we needed and is much bigger than first thought. Very clean and the view of the beach was stunning.

The condo was clean heads were comfortable. The side was amazing with the balcony and the access to those. The one issue I had with this condo was the amount of mirrors in it. That is the one thing that was not listed and was not welcome.

Amazing

Amazing location. Condo was beautiful. And very roomy . NiceLocation. Beach was not overcrowded which is a huge plus . Pool is in middle of the two towers it’s nice everything is close by restaurants stores etc

Great vacation spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 5 days in our rental. Our unit was very easy to get in and out of, parking was under the building which was nice bc it kept our vehicle out of the sun. We loved the proximity to the beach and how easy it was to get to and from with our chairs etc. We had no issues with the elevators they worked great and the luggage racks to take everything up was the best. Our unit overall was great, its very dated. It doesn't seem to have had any updates at all and is very drab. It was very clean. We did have an issue with only having 2 wash clothes in the rental but we all had loofahs and made it work. They did offer to bring more quickly. Also, the entry door frame was cracked when we went in behind the cleaning lady. The door latch had went forward and was shut in the door, so when we opened the door it cracked the frame, I reported it immediately and it didn't hurt the door closing or locking so we didn't ask for it to be fixed immediately but after our stay. It was addressed and discussed immediately. Very attentive when messaged and that was nice! It could be a bit more updated and there have been some shotty repairs done in the past looks to me, but it didnt hinder anything in our stay just cosmetic. Decor is all beige and very drab. The outdoor furniture is rusted and not very comfy, an upgrade there would help tremendously! Overall 4/5. I would stay again simply bc its clean and so convenient to the beach! ⛱️

We loved this place

This place was so nice, clean and looked just like the photos. I really liked the fact that this wasn't one of the huge condos. It made it less crowded on the beach. The parking under also made it so convenient. Will stay again.

Nice place

The unit was bigger than expected, very clean, decent furniture, plenty of towels. The complex had a nice pool and Jacuzzi and because it wasn't one of the huge complexes the beach wasn't crowded. Would definitely stay here again

I do think they mop with a smelly mop. Kitchen nonstick at all. Has to go buy a non stick pan and a spatula. No salt or pepper. Both bathroom toilets were stopped up. I got unstopped with a plunger that was there but made me wonder if toilets were even cleaned.

I’ve had better

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at AquVista a few times previously but never in this unit or with this company. We love the location which is why we went with this place. We arrived 30 minutes before check in and they did give us a one time code to enter early. Upon entering we were met with an absolutely putrid stench. It smelled like bad seafood and urine. Like bad. The lady on the phone with me for the code wanted to know what it smelled like and let me know there had been no complaints or record of the foul odor and offered to send a machine that could “remove all the oxygen in the condo and purify the air to help remove the odor.” In order to run said machine we would need to be out of the room for a minimum of 3 hours and after driving for 9 hours we weren’t interested in being out that long the day of arrival. So we aired it out best we could with the 90degree breeze the first night and made plans to use the machine on day two. Even the maintenance man agreed it smelled bad when he dropped off the air purifier. It did help some with the smell since we ran it over 5 hours. Overall the staff seemed like they were somewhat trying to help and the maintenance guy was very nice but the condo needs some serious attention and a DEEP, DEEP cleaning. All the furniture feels nasty, the internet and TV were trash, and so many little broken things like the handle on the back door broke off, the cabinet door on the entertainment center fell off, and the faux drawer in front of the kitchen sink just fell off while I was cleaning up. We can deal with outdated, especially at that location with a great view, but stinky, crusty, and falling apart is a bit much. There’s definitely better units at this location. I wouldn’t book this one again.

Baseball and the beach

We had a wonderful stay. Location is great. Close to everything and the ballparks. Had a blast at the Jetty at St. Andrews State Park. For the price the condo was clean and had everything we needed. Management Services were outstanding. Grocery right across the street.

Nice but needs work

Aqua vista is great usually, this year elevator and hot tub were not working. Unit was nice but needs update. There were holes in wall of pantry, outdated decor and no comfortable sitting except for a small couch.

Nice location

The condo was functional and nice but is a little dated. The view and location of the condo was great. The pool would be crowded at times but there was always enough seating. The beach was fairly quiet as well with little crowding. The elevator was out twice during our stay which was a pain as it was out the morning we left. We would have liked to tidy things up a bit before leaving but there were no cleaning supplies for us to use.

Will stay again

Very nice view and very clean. Only problem we came across was elevator did not work the morning we left. At 69 years old it was hard going from 4th floor up and down. Other than that great stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was spacious with a beautiful view. But the property was terrible. The evaluator did not work half of the time. Told maintenance about it but nothing was done. The hinge of our front door to the condo fell off on the first day. The check in was not smooth. The code provided didn’t work. The smoke alarm detector went off on our third day went off for 30 mins for no reason. When we called the management groups they asked us to removed and will send maintenance out tomorrow. The guest bathroom the tub wasn’t draining at all. Over all the unit itself was spacious for us and it’s a short walk to the beach. They do not provide beach services which I highly recommended they do. For the price we were paying. The beach service should included. I’ve talked to couple other owners. They all provided for their guests, which they said it was plus for them and the guests.
