Dine and enjoy a drink at the large table on the EXTRA LARGE balcony providing unobstructed breathtaking views of the sugar white sand, sunsets and the gulf! Floor to ceiling windows span the whole front of the unit allowing you to soak in panoramic views of the World's Most Beautiful Beaches! Aquavista condos are low density, so the beach is less crowded. Heated pool (Oct-March) and hot tub. Low rise building with elevators.

Great Condo on a Great Beach

Working with Beth was great - very responsive and helpful. Amazing beach to look out in from the patio and the condo! Access to the beach was super easy and condo was roomy. We haven’t seen a better beach! Thank you Beth!

This is probably the sixth or seventh time we have stayed with Beth. It is by far our favorite place to stay in Pcb. We love the huge balcony and quiet beach. The walk to the ocean is short and u can just leave your beach gear in the car. They are spot on responsive to anything u might need. We have had family trips, couples trips and girls trips here and never been disappointed. If they ever sell I could be first in line. Just love this place and the hosts.

Gulf Coast Jam Trip!

Stunning views and a great location!! The huge patio on the back facing the ocean was a highlight of each morning!! Super close to Pier Park with shopping and restaurants. The private beach access was an added bonus!

The room itself, balcony, and pool was top notch. We were a little disappointed though we were not able to check in a little early just to drop bags off then leave. But the worst thing overall was the lack of toilet paper. Each bathroom had a half roll, when those ran out we were buying our own from Winn-Dixie. Overall we would stay there again but would hope for improvements to be made.

Normally this is not a problem, but we were actually staying there and our plane did not go out until later in the afternoon. We were completing some needed maintenance. The cleaning lady was rushed as it was to get things ready for you, hence the reason she probably forgot to leave extra toilet paper. We absolutely loved this condo!!! This place is gorgeous & the deck was huge!! Everything looked exactly like the photos we viewed upon booking the condo. The owners were so nice & quick to respond to any questions we had about the property. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Great Spot in PCB

We had a great stay at Aquavista. We liked the fact there are not as many units/floors so waiting for an elevator was never an issue. The property is in a good location with a grocery store, pharmacy, and a seafood market all close by. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and communication with the owner was very easy. We definitely enjoyed our time in PCB.

Property view is beautiful. So close to the water. Overall it was clean but slightly dated in some areas. We will revisit this place again in the future.

The location is awesome as well as the beach view. The cleanliness was horrible. My 2 year old grand daughter and daughter-n-Law was in the condo barefoot for just a couple hours upon arrival as we settled in and their feet were black due to the tile being filthy. Not sure whom they are using to clean but I would be making a change asap. We overlooked, we will not return to this condo in the future.

Sandy, so sorry you were unhappy with the cleaning of the unit. My guest's satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me. If you had let me know, I would have been happy to send the cleaning lady over again to make it right. We did have some service people in the unit in the days before your arrival. That was after the cleaning. Perhaps that is how some of the dirt was tracked into the unit. I hope that you enjoyed your vacation with your family regardless.

So much to like!

Our 3 generation family (ages 1-72) spent 5 days here and enjoyed them immensely. We spent many comfortable hours on the large deck facing the beach. The sleeping arrangement worked well for our group of 6, and the beds were very comfortable. The condo was as advertised. If Panama City Beach is your destination, this unit will not disappoint!

Breathtaking views from every angle

The condo was very spacious, nicely decorated and the location was perfect. Breathtaking views of the ocean from every angle. The beach was never crowded and the condo being on the 2nd floor meant no waiting for elevators although there is one if needed. Communication with the hosts was great and they always responded very quickly to any questions. We would definitely like to stay again next year in this lovely condo.

Family Beach Vacarion

Great location and quieter area in Panama City Beach! We wanted a place with a pool, balcony with ocean view and enough bedrooms for 2 adults and kids. This place checked all the boxes. It would benefit from some updates to the patio doors, and extras like trash bags, dish towels, etc. be provided as most people don’t want to buy a whole pack for a week, or less (read the list of what’s provided before you go). Overall our stay was great, location was just what we wanted, and the view can’t be beat!

Perfect beach location

This condo was perfect for our family of 3 teen/young adults. Great view and deck and had everything you will need. We love staying at Aquavista. The beach is not crowded and close to good restaurants and the Winn Dixie. There is road construction right outside the condo and they are working on the exterior of Aquavista now but it did not cause any problems.

Weber Family Summer 2024

Another summer vacation in the books! We traveled down from Illinois with a couple of other families staying in Aqua Vista and other places. In all there were 20+people. This condo was absolutely spectacular. We texted with the owners upon arrival with a couple of housekeeping inquiries and they followed through with instructions immediately. The views, beach access, and accommodations were wonderful. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

Family getaway

We had some difficulty getting instructions to access the unit prior to checking in due to a mix up but once contacted the owners quickly provided the information. Our unit was not cleaned when we arrived (part of the mix up previously mentioned) but the owners quickly had cleaning staff in the unit and had it cleaned with little to no disruption. We had a very enjoyable stay in the unit and would consider staying there again in the future.

Beautiful Place

We arrived and the unit had not been cleaned. The owner was very accommodating with this issue and responded very quickly. The unit was very nice and loved loved the large deck. The beach was not crowded at all and was so nice. The elevator was out of order only after my sister was stuck in it for 30mis and then our food was stuck for another 45 mins. Other than those few things it was a wonderful stay and would stay again.

Spacious condo, awesome beach

The condo had a great feel for my family of five, we never felt crowded. Cleaning service definitely could have been better, there was food left in refrigerator from previous guest, cigarettes on balcony floor and dead bugs in second bath. The balcony was very large and nice, but with smokers next to us, and teens blaring music sometimes it was unable to be used at times. The beach was awesome, even during July 4th week it was not crowded at all on the beach. It was still a very nice condo and would recommend.

I apologize that you had some issues with the cleaning. It's a really busy time in PCB and the cleaning person may have just been rushed that day. I wish you had let me know as I would have been happy to ask her to return to make it right at no extra cost. I can't fix what I don't know about. Our complex and unit is sprayed for bugs monthly and sometimes twice a month if we happen to be down there. I am glad that anything you saw was dead. Thanks for bringing these things to my attention. I hope that we can host you again in the future!

Girls trip

the property was exactly as pictured. The balcony was amazing. The beach was very private. We parked in front of the unit and dumped our beach chairs in our truck every day. There was a grocery store, pharmacy and liquor store directly across the street. We did not even get in our car to go over we just walk. The kitchen was well equipped, and we could stand several nights. There were six of us and we flip very easily in the unit. The owner was great. I definitely want to plan a family trip there with my adult children next summer. I hope I can get this unit again.

Couples trip

We are just returning from our third booking in just over a year. I am already looking at future dates. The property is so conveniently located. U can walk to the grocery, liquor and drug stores. There are great restaurants and seafood market closed by. The beach is beautiful, private and just a few steps away. Parking is beneath the condo so we always throw our chairs in the truck and don’t lug them to the room.the balcony is huge and my favorite part. Every time we go we notice an upgrade. This time it was blackout shades in the bedrooms and recliners on the balcony. The owners are just on the spot responsive. We can’t say enough about them or this space.. it is exactly as described.

Sandy Side Up is our family's vacation home. The name of the unit is tied to someone very special to us. Sandy's love for the beach, card games, vacations and relaxing with a good book and a glass of wine reminds us of why we come to Panama City Beach. The soft white sand, the teal blue water and the amazing sunsets keep us coming back year after year!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love that this is an end unit in a low rise building that is flanked by townhomes on both sides. No high rise chaos for us. Plenty of room on the beach here for everyone. We also really love the big extended balcony! The views at sunset are the best! Also love having the grocery store and restaurants across the street. We are located 1 mile west of Pier Park. Plenty to do always! Really enjoy being on our balcony and seeing the fireworks go off at the Pier on special occasions.
