Condominio de lujo en el último piso con ascensor privado. Impresionante ubicación! Vistas al océano, al lago y a la cuenca del barco con 3 dormitorios y 3. 5 baños en una comunidad segura y cerrada.

Estacione su automóvil en el garaje privado y camine hasta todo. No tiene que preocuparse por quedarse atrapado en el tráfico de la playa o por inundaciones de marea alta en otras partes de la isla. Si desea dar un paseo, está a poca distancia en coche de Fort Fisher, el ferry de Southport, el acuario y a 20 minutos en coche por una carretera que lo llevará directamente al centro de Wilmington. Hay dos campos de golf dentro de 5 millas y muchos más en el área. Todo lo que necesita lo puede encontrar en la isla: supermercados, licorerías, ferreterías, grandes almacenes, tiendas de ropa de playa, etc. Muchos están a poca distancia.

A pie de la playa, restaurantes y tiendas. El elevador privado accesible desde el garaje es muy útil cuando se transportan sillas de playa, refrigeradores y juguetes para niños ... ¡SIN ESCALERAS!

La playa está a solo unos pasos, el lago está cruzando la calle; Todos los restaurantes, vida nocturna, tiendas, parque infantil y paseo marítimo se encuentran a poca distancia. Spacious condo with great location

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious condo just blocks from the beach and boardwalk. The host was gracious and very accessible. The bedrooms were large and comfortable with plenty of linens, plenty of towels, good quality washer and dryer. The kitchen was well stocked. The living area was spacious with plenty of natural light. All in all we had a great time and hope to come back.

Nice place in the heart of town

Nice place with 2 floors (great for privacy!) and garage space. Garage was awesome to walk in and dump your beach stuff without having to drag it in the house. Nicely equipped kitchen that we were able to cook in almost every night. Bath with each bedroom added to the privacy. 2 balconies with nice views. Nice to be able to walk to many places. Pool was great and not busy. Elevator a great convenience with older adults and accommodations on the 4th and 5th floors!

Great family stay

We had a great stay at this property. The 2 story set up was a good fit for our multi generational family and the private elevator was a great addition. The location is amazing. We were able to easily walk to the beach, restaurants, and the board walk. The property was very clean. We were a little worried about reviews from other families about the neighbors but everyone we met were very friendly!

Great location and property

Perfect location in Carolina Beach and close to everything. The condo was very clean and spacious. The complex is very secure with a fence and gates all the way around with entry codes. Great pool on site as well. Thanks Chris.

Awesome Spring Break

This condo was awesome. It is a perfect location to enjoy all that Carolina Beach has to offer within walking distance. The views and condo were great. Having a private elevator was definitely a plus. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is ver nice! We can't wait to come back and when we do we will try to stay here!

Girls Trip

Ages ranging from 5 to 86! Four generations of women. Accessibility for my mother was no problem with private elevator in unit. Clean and everything you could need. We used the private pool every day and short block walk to beach. Chris was very responsive to any and all questions. Great place!

Family beach vacation

We enjoyed our visit to their property. The location is nice for access to the beach, which we found convenient. Lots of linens available, good selection of kitchen equipment (but missing a toaster..unless we just couldn’t find it?) My only suggestion is to make a laundry basket or two available. Chris was good with communication, sending our access codes at the perfect time a couple hours before we arrived. When there was a problem with the ice maker in the fridge, he was quick to respond to my message. I would recommend Chris and this property to future visitors.

Lots of ROOM

We were very pleased with this condo. It was our first family vacation and we wanted to make sure we had plenty of space. WE DID! All 3 bedrooms were a good size and the living room was great too! We had 6 adults and 2 small children that needed room to play. The condo was clean and access to the beach was only several minutes away. The only frustration we had was trying to exit the gated parking lot while walking to the beach or shops. Once we found the trick all was good. In all our experience at this condo was GREAT! We would stay there again.

Nice stay in Carolina Beach

Overall very nice stay in Carolina Beach! The condo is in a great location and has a lot of space for a large family. We stayed with three couples and 2 small kids and the accomodations worked well. Chris was a very responsive host. A few FYIs that are slightly less positive—kitchen appliances and pans are in poor condition (one oven did not work, stove took a very long time to heat up, etc); cooking in the kitchen is possible but difficult so would plan to cook only simple meals. Listing included indications for 3 parking spots but there were only two available. Fix was provided by host but was inconvenient so would plan accordingly. Overall though, this was a lovely condo with a pool in a great location close to beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful stay for three generations

We had a wonderful week at Carolina Beach. Chris and his wife generously accommodated our family. Our son came out from Portland OR and we could only do Sunday through Sunday. The little boys loved the bunkbeds. When their little sister arrived later in the week with her mother, she quickly adopted the trundle bed. The elevator was great for grandparents with creaky knees and a toddler granddaughter. The boys preferred the stairs, suitable for their high energy. The pool was perfect for late afternoon, when the sun was behind the building, reducing the scourge of sunburn. Besides swimming at the beach, we took in the sights: Fort Fisher and the aquarium were great for the one rainy day and the battleship impressed the little boys. Their parents spent one afternoon exploring Wilmington, but they found livelier places a couple blocks from the condo. The lake offered lots of opportunity for running, walking, and counting fish jumping out of the water. Best of all, we sent everyone back home with clean clothes! Thanks for making this one great family vacation.

AVOID! Not always wheelchair accessible

Talk about being a stickler for details We did not receive the codes Saturday until exactly 4:00 check in time. Took the elevator up and the place looked great. Furniture was shaby and should be cleaned. When they said please take the sheets off when we leave and put in the washer we did not expect to have to make our own beds when we got there. However the tip of all this was when on Monday afternoon the elevator broke down. We spoke to the owner, Chris, who came by that evening and tried to reset it, didn't work. Elevator company he contacted did not get there till Wednesday afternoon. They could not fix it. Chris wasn't told about that till we contacted him and he said "you know more about that than I do". Well Thursday went by and no fix for the elevator. We counted the stairs that needed to be climbed each time you went out 60 exactly to the 2nd floor main area. Elevator finally got fixed on Friday afternoon the day before we left Saturday. What a ruined vacation. VRBO was no help in trying to resolve the problem.. My brother who has diabetic foot ulcers could not leave the property till Friday afternoon. AVOID this condo especially if you have any health issues climbing too many steps.

Beautiful, But Beware

Lovely home in a beautiful beach town. Faulty shower track in guest bathroom which caused one door to completely shatter and cut my son’s hands and feet. Thankfully he’s ok. (ADULT son was opening the door and it shattered-zero foul play) Quite scary in fact. Owners have been consistently asking (passively demanding) for a full glass shower surround replacement. Texts, emails, phone conversations. Credit card already charged maximum damages under Vrbo- which is more than enough for a piece of glass to be cut- but they want full new track, hardware, all new glass. It’s causing so much stress and anxiety. Chris and Cherice hired a “family friend” to do the work- no other estimates. Now they want me to pay for an entire shower surround? That’s like someone breaking a window on my home and me re-siding the whole house! I’m an honest renter. I’m a professional. Never had any complaints or issues. This was a direct result of their faulty system. These owners are one of the highest charging in the area, and I will never rent from them again. It’s a shame to run a business like this.

Great Condo, Location, Views, and Owner

Best location in Carolina Beach for walking to food, shops, entertainment, beach, and more. The condo was in great shape and nicely furnished. The views from all bedrooms and the living room were a big plus over other condos we have stayed at in the area. The Owner was very responsive and nice.

Beautiful spacious condo

Beautiful property in a wonderful location! Terrible person that lives downstairs. We got a complaint about my grandchildren at 7am Sunday morning, but they were sound asleep! My daughter-in-law had gone for a run and walked on the steps! I loved the place but it probably should be listed no kids due to the grumpy man downstairs. When you spend over 3000.00 on a vacation you shouldn't have to be scared to have a good time. Beautiful condo though.

The condo is in good shape and as described. Location is perfect and ideal for kids with easy access to beach and restaurants. However…I would not plan to do laundry while staying here. Dryer has to be turned on 4-5 times to dry clothes completely. Even for a small load. HOA came to pool during our stay on a Monday in the middle of the day to tell everyone at the pool to be quiet. Most of the people that are in the complex are permanent residents who work from home (HOA informed us). Apparently they don’t appreciate people who are on vacation having fun in the middle of the day! And the noise they didn’t like was just kids playing basketball in the pool…and the basketball goals were removed the next day. It is listed as a gated community…however one side of the fence is completely broken and held together with rope & the other gate that is supposed to be locked stays open day and night. Overall, we had a good week but I would not stay here again.

Just beachy

Beautiful condo! Excellent location! We really enjoy Carolina Beach. Easy walk to the beach, great views, nice pool. Actually, it was an easy walk to everything. The owner is super accommodating and is a pleasure to work with.

We wanted a place at the beach, and we fell in love with this property immediately! Of course, we had to be diligent and looked at close to 40 condo units, we kept coming back to this one.
