Attention to detail

The hosts had done an amazing job to make us feel welcome as guests. We have rented a lot of vacation homes in the region over the years, but this by far exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean and although being located next to small road, it was screened very well to the pool and garden, and the views were amazing! The host had even left complimentary snacks upon our late arrival, and there were even bathrobes for to all the guests and miniature shampoos, conditioners, bathsoap sets on all bathrooms. We had the impression of staying in a small luxury hotel, but with the bonus of privacy that a holiday home can provide. We can definitely recommend this holiday home.

Wunderschönes Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünschen kann. Großartiger Pool, wundervolle Aussicht - der überdachte Aussenbereich ist ein zusätzliches Highlight. Andrea war fantastisch. Super nett mit tollen Tipps. Allerdings muss man wissen dass es nur 2 Zimmer mit Türen gibt. Das dritte Zimmer ist oben mit einem Vorhang getrennt aber hat keine Tür. Für uns (2 Familien mit Kindern) war das kein Problem (die Kinder haben im “offenen” Zimmer geschlafen). Ausserdem gehen die Klimaanlagen nur in den Schlafzimmern, nicht in den anderen Räumen. Wenn man konsequent die tollen Möglichkeiten des Sonnenschutzes im Haus nutzt, bleibt es aber aus haltbar auch im Wohn- Essbereich

Sensationelles Anwesen

Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool sind außergewöhnlich. Selten habe ich solch ein gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus gesehen, sogar einen Rasenroboter und einen Saugroboter sind vorhanden. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Betreuung vor Ort war ebenfalls tadellos, WhatsApp Anfragen wurden in Minuten beantwortet. Alles super. Einziges kleines Manko, ein Schlafzimmer ist nur mit einem Vorhang von der Küche und Gemeinschaftsraum abgetrennt, das ist nicht so toll. Aber sonst alles super.

la casa è attrezzata in ogni minimo dettaglio, la location è bellissima, esposta al sole tutto il giorno con un panorama sui vigneti e le colline molto rilassante e piacevole, vicina a molti borghi e centri caratteristici è stata una bellissima settimana rigenerante anche per i nostri due cani che si sono sentiti subito a casa.

Tout est confortable et bien pensé dans cette propriété accueillante et ce jusqu'au moindre détail, cuisine pratique et bien équipée, salon confortable, literie raffinée, peignoirs de bain, quel plaisir! sans parler du jardin potager qui nous a permis des repas de tomates et de courgettes

Comfortable with amazing view

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und mit viel Comfort ausgestattet. Die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich und Andrea hat uns mit vielen nützlichen Informationen versorgt. Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel und der Blick ist wunderschön. Sogar einen kleinen Gemüsegarten gibt es. Lecker. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und dann die ausgeschriebenen Wanderwege nutzen.

Dream House in fantastic landscape

We have been in this house for the second time. Everything there is meticulously prepared, there is nothing that one can miss in terms of style, comfort and other necessities. Andrea and Ferdinando are the kindest hosts that you can think of and we truly enjoyed our stay. The area is unbelievably attractive with Alba, Nizza and Torino at your fingertips - nice wineries and great food! Thank you so much - we will definitely come back!

Beautiful place!

Our family (two adults, 5-year, 12-year and 16-year old children) stayed here 4 days and the first thing that comes in mind to describe this place is, WOW! What a scenery and what a place! Everything was so nice, clean, new and modern. Kids loved the pool area and cherry trees in property’s own garden. Our host, Andrea was extremely friendly and helpful and gave us a lot of good information about the property and the area. The only minus was, that we had to leave so soon! Thank you so much!

Hervorragende Lage und atemberaubende Aussicht. Ein wunderschönes Haus, schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alles was man in einem Haushalt braucht ist da. Man fühlt sich absolut wohl. Die Betreuung ist sehr nett, zuvorkommend und kompetent und immer erreichbar. Wir können diese tolle Location nur empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Luxurious villa with great views and very helpful owners

Following last years success we revisited this house for a 10-night stay in August. This house is ideal for our family of 4, parents and 2 adolescents. Even on a hot day the house is very comfortable. A car port has been added to keep your car cool also. Again we had a very good time. We visited Acqui Terme, Torino, Milano and some local villages. The owners Ferdinando and Andrea are very welcoming. The house is very well equipped, we did not really miss anything. We will try to visit again next year.

Un séjour agréable et digne des évaluations déjà faites sur le site.

La maison est bien entretenue.Complètement équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine, le bain, le sommeil, la piscine et les grillades. Accueil chaleureux et flexible pour le check in, le propriétaire et ses collaborateurs reste disponible par téléphone en cas de besoin.Il y avait trois détails à revoir, que nous avons signalés au propriétaire. Le propriétaire s'investit pour garder l'état hors norme de sa maison. Je conseille cette location en sachant que vous êtes isolé dans les vignes avec une vue splendide.La tranquillité hors norme vous permet un ressourcement profond. Autre argument, trois voitures peuvent stationner sur la propriété, quatre si l'on serre un peu. La description de la propriété sur le site correspond à la réalité. wunderschönes Haus mit spektakulärer Aussicht

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Gastgeber Andrea und Fernando sind sehr freundlich, sympatisch und grosszügig. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet. Der Kühlschrank war schon mit dem nötigen wie Butter, Milch, Wasser, Saft ausstaffiert und auf dem Tisch Kekse, Zwieback, Confiture etc. Die Lage ist ein Traum mit Sicht über den Weinhügeln. Super Garten mit Pool. Alles sauber und neu. Mit solchen Gastgebern machen Ferien Spass! Wir kommen wieder!

Beautiful house with airco and pool, all amenities, great views, great service by owners

We had a great 5 day-stay with our 2 teenage kids. We very much enjoyed the pool as during our stay Italy suffered from a serious heatwave. The airco in the house was very convenient and made everything very comfortable. Owners very attentive, helpful and (justifiably) proud of the house and its interior design. Two large bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms, good quality beds, third room is on mezzanine but still large enough. House is well cleaned and kitchen well equipped. We did not miss anything. Garage is clean but relatively small but there is ample parking place on site. Living room feels good with comfortable couches with great view of surroundig hills. Great place to spend a week to relax and visit some nearby small towns. Very few other foreign tourists (end of july), so region feels very authentic. Many vineyards. Good supermarkets open 7 days in Nizza and Acqui Terme. We definitely will come back and we recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the beautiful hills of Piemonte.

Superb, Exlusive, Super Service, One of a Kind

I normally never write or do reviews. However, after having stayed in lóts of places for holiday and/or work this is one of/thé best I must say. Fully equiped, full comfort, beautiful unequalled view and to top it of very personal help and service of the owners!! I would book this house for a second time without hesitation (and that is domething I have never done before!). Bravo Andrea and Ferdinando, you did it!!
