¡Un refugio de isla recientemente renovado! Aquí encontrará toda la tranquilidad y el lujo que desea. ¡Todo nuevo, por dentro y por fuera! Sugar Reef es un dúplex, por lo que ambas unidades se pueden alquilar para un grupo más grande. Vea el Listado # 684977 para REEF DE AZÚCAR "A". Cada unidad tiene capacidad para 4 personas. Con techos abovedados y un plano de planta abierto, la unidad tiene un ambiente abierto y playero.

¡Disfrutará de la comodidad de caminar solo dos cuadras cortas para acceder directamente al Golfo de México! También tendrá acceso rápido a la bahía, parque frente al mar, lanzamiento de kayak y parque infantil.

Sugar Reef está ubicado en el centro de Anna Maria Island, entre Manatee Avenue y Cortez Road para un fácil acceso dentro y fuera de la isla. Puede subirse fácilmente al tranvía GRATUITO para recorrer toda la isla. A unos 20 minutos en coche de St. Círculo de comandos. Ubicado a poca distancia de muchos históricos Bridge Street y muchos restaurantes y tiendas.

We were surprised to see how stocked the house was on amenities that someone may forget. Also there were many beach accessories available for all ages if traveling with children.

The place needed a few things fixed which should have been working before guests arrived.1) The toilet needed to be fixed , as you had to hold the flusher down for about 20 seconds until it completely flushes. If you didn't, the toilet wouldn't flush at all.2) The light and ceiling fan didn't work at all in the bedroom with the twin beds. There was only a small lamp in this room that was poorly lit.The ceiling fan in the master bedroom needed to be fixed also as this too did not work.If these items I mentioned was working, the stay would have been more comfortable. Hopefully when I voiced my concerns about these non-working items , they got them fixed before the next guest arrived.With that said, all the other things were good at this Vrbo home. The beach was excellent and was only a quick 3 minutes walk.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. A perfect location, with an easy walk to the beach. Clean and cozy condo with all the amenities your family could need. We loved this place and will be back again!

3 adults stayed for 4 nights and it was perfect. It was large enough (2 twins in 1 bedroom, a king in another), clean, had a washer/dryer, a car port, an outdoor shower, and took a few minutes to walk to the beach or trolley stop.

Perfect location!

Location could not be beat. We lived walking a block either way to see sunrise or get to the beach. Laura was a pleasure to work with, and the home is clean, well stocked, and perfect. We would love to return!

We had a great week at the beach and our host communicated well and helped us have a great week. The condo was perfect and an ideal spot to access the beach.

Sweet little gem

It was perfect for my girls and my fiancé! He proposed on Holmes Beach (the short one block walk to the beach) during the AMAZING sunset the second night. The girls and I have a tradition of going to the "same beach every night for the sunset" and this duplex was absolutely perfect.Screened in porch was a win by all of us and it was the perfect location for our first family vacation. The duplex neighbors were so friendly and inviting as well, spoke highly of the owner. Very happy and I hope to book again next year!

My friend and I truly enjoyed this place. A bock to the gulf one way and a block to the Bay the other way. Was extremely clean and furnished with everything we needed. Very safe area.

Amazing

This place is a gem!!! Very short walk to the beach. Had all the amenities needed for the beach: chairs, wagon, umbrella, sand toys, etc! They had the most comfortable beds! Decorated cute with everything you need for the kitchen!! I would highly recommend this place and location!!!

Comfortable Condo for Our Family of 4!

Everything up to date, clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for our week in Florida. During Hurricane Debby I was able to go out to the protected screened porch and fall asleep on the couch while enjoying the elements of the weather. Perfectly situated on the narrow island. My grandkids enjoyed standing in the street, looking a block and a half one way to the ocean, a block and a half the other way was the bay. Laura was a perfect host! No wonder she’s usually booked!

When we found this property we knew it was in the perfect location! It's a great neighborhood and so close to the beach. It's super close to grocery, pharmacy, beachy shops and restaurants. Our purpose was to create a comfortable, well stocked beach home where you can litterally arrive and relax.

Sugar Reef is located centrally on Anna Maria Island, between Manatee Avenue and Cortez Road for easy access on and off the island. You can easily hop on the FREE trolley to ride the full length of the island. A 20 minute drive by car to St. Armands Circle. Located within walking distance to historical Bridge Street and many restaurants and shops.
